    Delicious foods and drinks. So friendly! Nice place to sit and work or meet a friend. Outdoor patio and indoor open seating.

    I love this Starbucks and it usually very nice but today when I went this girl in the drive thru named winter was being really rude because I didn’t specify if I was using Apple Pay or scan on my phone. I didn’t know there was another thing to pay on your phone and then she got mad because I couldn’t see the tip screen and said “you can bring it closer to you” in a bratty tone. Some people come here for coffee so we can wake up. It’s not ok to take your anger out on the coustomers

    Experienced extremely rude and slow service from a rude SOB with a black beard heavy set employee tonight after asking where our drinks were after 30+ minutes, when we saw someone that ordered after us getting there drinks first. Should not be working in customer service. Also letting a woman there taking the lids off drinks and sniffing them that were not hers then handed to another customer, disgusting never going back. Ended up getting wrong size drinks, just left before things got out of hand. This was 12/16/23 ordered around 745pm. Will be contacting corporate to make them aware of our horrible experience.

    I live right behind this particular Starbucks and occasionally will go and grab coffee and a bite to eat during times where I need to study or work late. Tonight, I placed a mobile order and walked over to pick it up, only to find that they close their lobby at 7PM despite closing at 10. Rather than simply handing my order through the door or anything else, the rude barista simply mimed a steering wheel at me. There's zero reason for a customer to have to drive for less time than it takes to walk just so this location has less work to do. If I have to drive to get Starbucks after 7, I might as well go to another coffee vendor like Black Rock, since they actually seem to have customer service.

    I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the friendliest barista! The service here is top-notch, and I love coming here to get some work done. Parking can be a bit challenging since it's limited, and you can only enter through Glenn. However, the drinks always turn out fantastic, and the service from both the baristas and the manager is simply outstanding. This has quickly become one of my favorite locations!

    Starbucks continues to decline over time. The quality of their employees I suppose is inevitable given how lazy people are these days and with everybody feeling entitled to everything for doing nothing. This was the last time I go to a starbucks. There are plenty of better local coffee shops available in every single place I've been so there's just no need to deal with these lackluster humans and mediocre burnt coffee.

    Normally I would not bother to place a review for a Starbucks because I expect them to all be the same and at the very least expect the people working there to be respectful. I went this morning and in addition to an employee scolding me for placing a mobile order she did it in such a rude manner in front of everyone that it was not only embarrassing but ridiculous. Howard Schultz should take a look at this place and get rid of this horrible wench.

    Went here this morning and was greeted by Cornelius , He was taking orders and had such a positive attitude and vibe to him. This man needs a raise , he brings such life to his job.

    The service was excellent and even though there was a line of more than 10 cars they were getting customers through the line in less than a minute or two each customer which was awesome given how stressful of a week we were having with my dad in the hospital at Tucson's Banner medical hospital. They serve the same delicious iced coffee that I usually get at any Starbucks which really helped me wake up and get ready for the long day ahead. Thanks Starbucks 🙂

    Went through the drive through and the barista was very friendly, helpful, and made eye contact with me (the driver) and my passengers. He went way above and beyond to make our experience great, and this wasn't the first time. They delivered the consistently high quality and delicious drinks we expected.

    Don't sleep on this place. Starbucks is the type of establishment that jolts you right into a higher state of consciousness. The caffeine packed liquid tapped directly from Seattle springs shocks you like a toaster in a bathtub! Customer service here is a value second only to the creation of good coffee. Enjoy the devotion of employees who work tirelessly to deliver high quality coffee in a timely manner. As you sip your delicious beverage, keep in mind that we are all on a journey, a journey with highs and lows, peaks and valleys, heavens and hells. As we try and navigate this world, which so often appears to be nothing more than a vale of tears, remember that we as a human species are all in this together.     This Starbucks the service is great, the food is good and the atmosphere is perfect, very relaxed. All of the staff is efficient and friendly. One server Melanie has the greatest smile and always looks to see if you need help.

    I always have the best experience coming here to grab a coffee and study for a bit inside. John is the BEST. I could come here every day just to talk to him. He’s so warm and inviting. It’s nice to have someone ask about your day and it seem like they genuinely care.

    Would not have mobile ordered if I knew they locked the doors over half an hour before closing. The drive thru was quite backed up. Wish I knew before I ordered I couldn't walk in to pick up my drink.

    They should post that their lobby actually closes at 7pm. I drove all the way across town to finish my homework here since the hours said it was open until 9pm. Only to show up and be told it’s just the drive through that stays open. Bummer.

    This evening at about 6:30 I stopped in after. He k lobby times. Online says it closes at 7. To my surprise when I went to open the door they were locked. I peeked in 7 employees. 1 hollard we ar short staffed. I showed my phone that said 7. I was there the other day at about the same time and there was only three employees and they did amazing! One of the employees came out to let me know they were short staffed, I got in line ordered my usual. Brown sugar oatmeal espresso 2 x shots 2x pumps Very light oatmilk. When I get to the window he hands me what I can only consider extra oatmilk. He kept berating me about how they were short-staffed and apologetic but he wasn't being apologetic he wanted me to say I was sorry for trying to order inside. When I told them I said light oat milk, he visually got upset. You spend so much time reminding me that they were short staff that we sat there longer than needed with a line behind me.

    Has anyone not had a Starbucks coffee yet? This store is pretty much like any other Starbucks you might visit (by design, im sure). The employees are mosty nice. And the customer service is usually good. But because of this stores location, it can get really busy, and you may wait upwards of 30 minutes in the drive-thru and lobby.

    It's 9:18 pm. Girl in drive thru cheerfully announced they were closed. I told her all I wanted was a cake pop. She told me that I was wrong. Real nice.

    Wish I could give this location 10/5 stars! I usually go to another location on my morning commute and get horrible service. They never acknowledge anyone when they walk in and the baristas go out of there way to not make eye contact with you while you’re waiting on a mobile order - but not here! This location makes sure to manage the traffic in the parking lot really well. And the employee in the drive thru told me I could skip the wait by just parking in front of the door and running in for my mobile order (super convenient not having to park in a space). I walked in and was greeted by someone at the register and walked over to the mobile area and a friendly barista greeted me and asked me my name. I was in and out in seconds and didn’t feel like I was a burden like I do at the other location. Everyone was friendly, store and parking lot were clean, and everything was organized. I will definitely be making this my regular Starbucks! Also - how cute is the sticker on top of my drink?!

    Starbucks Lake Geneva is in the Walmart Shopping Center. (There's also Starbucks in downtown Lake Geneva.) I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee..it takes urnt & bitter to me. Big fan of their specialty coffees. This Starbucks draws huge Drive-through business. Long lines all the time. Inside ambiance is functional but not as appealing as other locations.

    I would give 5 stars, but they are not pushing Rewards incentives and raised the prices! Higher the prices, and fewer stars, I'll give them. Instead of me going to Starbucks, I'll brew my own at home! I'll go once a week instead of everyday, or I'll never come back!

    This is my usual Starbucks that I go to almost every single morning. I might be changing now after I was rudely spoken to about not wearing a mask by a Barista. I walk in every single morning without one and nothing has ever been said to me until today. Second maybe before you talk about another person to your co workers you should wait till they leave. Guess what masks are not mandatory in the state of Arizona. Thanks for being rude and I more than likely will not be returning to this location.

    Always love the drinks here but the sandwiches have been steady going downhill. Not the stores fault, but come on Starbucks. Seven bucks for three slices of turkey. I didn't mean to take a bite from both ends, but that first bite was all bred. 🥹

    I hit this location once a week. The people are friendly, the drive thru is fast. It's a convenient location. But they only get my order right half of the time. They do away when I order the seasonal drinks, but when I get something off menu (like soy milk because I'm allergic to milk) it usually gets messed up. Due to my appointments, I can't go back to have it fixed so I wind up tossing it. Today I tossed out $10. (My messed up drink and a stale breakfast item.) I love this location, but might try Black Rock so I'm not wasting my money.

    Jana at the drive thru was GRUMPY this morning. They interrupted me at the speaker and missed half my order and then when I had to tell them again at the window I tried to make light of it and then they just thrusted the rest of my order at me like it was my fault. Great start to the day, thanks starbucks….

    It's a Starbucks. Just like every other Starbucks infesting the planet like a virus. I'll never give them more than 3 stars because none of them have the atmosphere of a locally owned coffee shop. Service here was fast and accurate.

    I tried the new pistachio cream cold brew. Definitely my new favorite drink. I felt like it wasn't overly sweet and I'm definitely going to get it again. I also got a turkey egg sandwich. It was okay. I'd probably get it again.

    As someone who spends far too much time in Starbucks lobbies across Tucson, Marana, and Oro Valley, I have to say this one is in my top two favorite. In no particular order, thank you Gwen, Stephen, Amy, Will, Jayden, Nevaeh, and Nicole. The Starbucks power's that be please take note, give raises and promotions. I am sure I missed many other wonderful people. Please forgive me. Sometimes what we all need is a kind word, a warm smile, a conversation, or a good laugh.     Today is a very special day for us my bestfriend is getting married today and we wanted to start our day with a great coffee and breakfast from Starbucks, morning vibes where great UNTIL… we hit that starbucks drive thru, I’ve never seen eyes that have ever roll as far I saw them did when I saw the Starbucks employee, no personality, no drive to give service, ruined our whole day with just one look and sassy ness. She definitely needs to get laid before the holidays or else more guest are going to notice her grumpiness!!! That is all :)

    Welp I barely start going back after lots of bad experiences, wrong orders, etc. So they gave me some one elses' order and passed it off as mine. I do not in any remote way look like a Sophia. Also to top it off my boyfriend ordered a pumpkin spice frap... which they used the topping but nothing else psl. Good going.

    I always come here never experienced bad service like thiss they gave us no receipt they were rushing us they didn’t even ask what size drink and even parked us cause they got our order wrong lol seems like this morning crew don’t gotta clue what they doing cause why rush if you not even doing your job right.
