😠 Kim the manager’s customer service and attitude was terrible! I happened to find a suit coat and pants that were an exact match as a full suit. She would not allow me to try on the pants because it was 15 minutes to closing time. Apparently they close the changing rooms down 20 prior to close....... People often mention suit, store, pants, full,

Kim the manager’s customer service and attitude was terrible! I happened to find a suit coat and pants that were an exact match as a full suit. She would not allow me to try on the pants because it was 15 minutes to closing time. Apparently they close the changing rooms down 20 prior to close..... I could see it if I had a cart full of clothes. I just needed to try on a single pair of pants. When I got to the register she would do nothing about the price as a full suit. So I got charged more because they didn’t see it together when it got donated. She would barely look at me while she talked barely acknowledging my existence. Very gruff person. I didn’t expect a big amount off. But full suits were on the rack from $12-$25. I paid $30 for the suit. I realize that $30 for a full suit is still a good price, but the $5 extra I paid would have helped me put gas in the tank. Anyone shopping at a thrift store is hard up for whatever reason. So when there happens to be a mistake of separating a suit and they won’t adjust the price..... and they are rude its just bad service. A simple 20% off on just the pants saying that that’s cool you found a full suit would have made me happier. Now the pants were $5. 20% off is only a $1.00. But she came to the register and told me no she can do nothing and walked away. As she walked away I told her I would have not bothered to even ask for the discount if she would have allowed me to try on one pair of pants.... Kim seriously needs some customer service training. I added a picture of the suit to show it IS a matching set not just matching colors.

Goodwill is a pretty great place. There's a decent selection of stuff and donation is easy and quick. I've gotten some great clothes and shoes here, and this is also a great placr to find thrift store items when building a cosplay. Plus for every donation you can get a 20% off coupon that applies to your entire purchase.

I was really impressed with the organization of the store, the friendliness of the cashiers, and the brand-new products available. I was surprised at the price difference between them and neighboring thrift stores, though, especially how much more the furniture was priced at for pieces that were well-used/in poor condition.

I was in store tonight and felt so bad for the employees. There was a customer screaming at them for about 15 minutes but they all did really well remaining calm and trying to work with her. I then had to approach two of them to ask for a discount on an item and they were both so friendly. Scott sat and talked with my mom and I and was a joy to meet. He went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Great shopping experience and prices in store.

Don’t donate there. It’s not appreciated. I donated there twice and each time I get a lecture on how I have items mixed together and how I should be separating items. I saw an expensive figurine that I donated get tossed in a box. I called to complain and the Person that answered, called himself “bill” later told me that’s not his real name., immediately Interrupted me, was extremely inappropriate, disrespectful and cursed at me. When I asked for the name of the store manager, he refused to give it to me. This business creates opportunities for individuals with disabilities, but yet they make demands on how donations should be sorted by a person who’s donating, they are careless with handling donations and their customer services is inadequate and inappropriate.

Pretty well maintained place, fitting rooms available in the back of the store and a good variety of name brand clothing. Make sure you check for tears, rips and stains on clothing before you buy!

pretty good store, basically a smaller DI. it was well kept and things were sorted for the most part. you can also make donations here like you would at DI and they would greatly appreciate it.
