It has gotten progressively harder to connect with this location, but I kept coming back because I had a caring provider. When my insurance needed basic information from them it took over a month even with me following up every few days. This was unheard of by my therapist and support groups. My provider recently left the clinic and I wasn’t notified. I found out by calling in to schedule my next appointment. I talked to a handful of the staff and am feeling completely let down; where is the empathy and urgency to find a solutions for established patients? Especially in unique circumstances I’m very grateful to have connected with a nearby clinic who has been responsive and has gone above and beyond to get me in next week; this goes to show that if they cared they would make it happen. We all deserve providers / clinics that make their patients a priority!

The amazing people at Numinus in Layton have changed (even saved) my life. I have so many good things to say about them and will recommend them forever. Colin is one of the best, most empathetic healthcare providers I’ve ever had. He listens to understand, thinks outside the box to improve my life, and he respects me as a patient and a human. The whole staff have also become like family. From Teddi, Summer, and Marisol - the MAs I see almost daily - to Izzy, Wendy and the other awesome gals in the office, to the providers that aren’t even “mine.” Everyone is kind, helpful, real, and so wonderfully caring. I’ve been a patient for over two years, and - unless I ever get completely cured - I hope to be a patient for years to come. Aside from the people, the treatments have truly changed me for the better. I know not every treatment is for every person, but to know they have so many tools in their toolbox helps give me hope even on my hard days. Switching to Numinus in Layton has significantly improved my journey with mental health and made previously impossible things possible. Thank you everyone!!

Staff is amazing!! Everyone I've met has been so genuine and kind. Dr Sharp especially, has gone out of his way to make sure I got the treatment I needed. Mental health is hard enough to seek help for, these guys understand that, and they make it a little more kind and a little less frightening to do.

Dr Sharp has been great with my son. My issue...every time I call this place to ask a question or schedule appointment's, I get the phone message thanking me for my patience and they will be right with me. After 5 minutes of this message it then comes back and says I'm sorry we can not accept your call please leave a message. The message assures me my call will be returned in 48 business hours. Well I left the message on 10/9, 10/13 and again today 10/18/2023. I have yet to have a return call! It is unfortunate that my son cannot get his medication because NO ONE will call me back!

The girls up at the front desk are so sweet and attentive. The providers and staff are amazing. I truly feel like all of my needs and concerns were met. I will definitely be going back!

Sherrie smith is one of the best people i have met in my life. She will listen to you and take care of you mental health needs. She is very knowledgeable and will educate you in everyway possible. She has changed my life and is the most kind outgoing person. I always look forward to seeing her. Shes just awesome! Thank you Sherrie, for everything you have done for me. I will never forget it.

I had an exceptional experience at the mental health clinic in Utah. The staff was compassionate, professional, and attentive to my needs. Thank you to the office manager Izzy who made sure I was comfortable and my time at the clinic was a good experience. The therapeutic approach was effective, and the atmosphere felt supportive. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality mental health care. Five stars!

I can't say enough good things about Numinus. Tammy and Steinia have been instrumental in helping me through my mental health struggles. Tammy is easily the best therapist I have worked with and I have worked with quite a few! The staff is always super friendly and straight forward, I'm really happy I found them.
