Could the staff be any more whiny. The first guy got all mad when I asked for a second sandwhich. The next lady was all passed when I asked for more mustard. And then the cashier was mad when I asked for chips and a drink. What a joke. Not to mention the lazy hand written sign on the front door complaining that they didn't have enough people working because of the labor shortage. What a joke!

Placed an online order went to the restaurant and they had a sign on their door that said "Closed due to labor shortage, will open at 4pm". I left but I still got charged, I saw someone walking around the restaurant and when I called they let it ring for a long time, then answered but put the phone on the counter and ignored me, I heared them sigh and walk around. When I called back several times i just got a busy tone. I would like a refund and to be treated with a little decency

So I pull up an hour after opening and the doors are locked. No one inside. Their schedule on the window and website said they were open. Everything on the inside was set up and ready to go, including food stations, but no employees to be seen. Real competent work guys

Bought 2 steak and cheese footlongs ($20) & the meat was expired - smelled horrible, tasted worse. Guess I'm never returning to subway!

Jerk employee mangled my sandwhich. I went in the last couple minutes before closing and asked if they would prefer I come back another time and the guy said it would be fine. The man was super condescending and abrupt during the entire experience and when I open up my sandwhich I see that he completely mangled my sandwhich. I love Subway but I don't see myself going back to this location any time soon.

The new menu is way better than what the old menu was. This location had two young ladies working. They were extremely friendly and nice. Made my sandwich very fast. I have been back multiple times now. I prefer this location to others that are close to my place of residence.

I had come here after the location in Riverdale refused me service. I was very impressed with this location on Harrison and they had good subs and the service was superb and the atmosphere, delightful.

Absolutely over the top experience today!! Super busy but line moved quickly and with a joyful crew working!! Made my experience awesome not too mention how clean it was thank you ellie and Emily for a great lunch break!!!

The food was good. It is standard Subway. But the service is awesome. It is really clean and everyone is super nice!

Just had the best lunch at this location me and the employees had a sandwich cook off and it was fantastic they both made me there own sandwich with little input from me and then I criticized the sandwich I received something of like a spicy Italian with a zing and a Philly cheese stake like sandwich that was just perfectly made. I had alot of fun this location had amazing staff and they are hiring

I’ve been ordering sandwiches from this location online for years. It’s a lot easier to place an order and pick up with a family of four. We have always had great service and our sandwiches have been made as asked. The past 2 times I have placed orders they have completely botched our orders. No mayo, missing ingredients, I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich and there was so much salt put on my sandwich that I couldn’t eat it and threw it in the garbage. It’s extremely frustrating to spend $35 on sandwiches and have them go in the garbage or have to add things like mayo when we get home that we asked for. I won’t be ordering online anymore and will likely go to a different location from here on out.
