I’ve
purchased
clothes
here
plenty
of
times
in
the
months
before
my
baby
was
born.
There
has
been
good
and
bad
experiences
in
regards
to
employee
attitudes,
not
all
are
unkind!
However,
since
I
have
had
my
baby
I
have
tried
selling
clothes
here
and
it
has
been
the
worst
experience.
Money
has
been
tight
and
I’ve
brought
clothes
into
kid
to
kid
in
hopes
of
exchanging
them
for
in
store
credit
to
buy
pants
for
my
baby..
yet
I
have
not
been
able
to
actually
sell
the
clothes.
The
first
time,
employees
were
kind,
they
explained
the
process
and
had
me
fill
out
their
form
with
all
my
information.
One
girl
looked
through
the
clothes
I
had
brought
and
selected
what
they
wanted
but
then
the
other
employee
turned
me
away
because
I
didn’t
fill
out
my
ID
number
(girl
who
looked
through
the
clothes
said
it
was
okay,
I
had
left
my
wallet
in
my
husbands
car
and
he
was
away
at
work).
After
discussing
their
policy
in
regards
to
the
ID
number,
I
was
confused
why
they
would
go
through
the
trouble
just
to
send
me
away
over
just
that,
but
I
understood
the
employee
was
just
trying
to
“follow
rules”.
She
encouraged
me
to
come
back
another
day
and
it
was
because
she
WAS
so
kind
that
I
did
return
to
try
to
sell
again!
My
second
attempt,
I
was
more
confident
in
my
approach
and
filled
the
slip
out
again,
this
time
WITH
the
gosh
dang
ID
number
(yay).
When
an
employee,
who
seemed
to
be
having
a
bad
day
(or
just
was
one
of
those
employees
that
I
read
about
in
these
reviews
with
a
bad
attitude)
asks
if
I’ve
sold
here.
I
explained
the
whole
situation
from
the
attempt
previous,
when
she
cut
me
off
and
in
a
tone
that
wasn’t
the
nicest,
asks
if
I’m
18.
I’m
24,
but
most
assume
I
am
significantly
younger
so
I
shrugged
it
off..
mostly
the
way
she
said
it
bothered
me.
She
then
proceeds
to
tell
me
that
I
have
to
stay
in
store
and
the
wait
will
be
an
hour
and
a
half
to
TWO
HOURS.
I
then
ask
if
I
HAVE
to
stay
for
all
that
time
in
order
to
sell..
I
have
a
newborn
at
home
who
I
have
to
feed
in
an
hour.
Her
response
was
again
that
I
can’t
leave
the
store
if
I
want
to
sell.
WHELP..
I
left
feeling
very
disappointed
but
also
frustrated.
I
would
understand
having
to
stay
in
the
store
for
2+
hours
if
we
were
trying
to
sell
a
used
car
or
pure
gold
here,
but
it’s
only
BABY
CLOTHES!
If
someone
doesn’t
return
by
end
of
day..
then
maybe
just
donate
it??
Just
an
idea,
that
might
make
their
buying
process
a
little
more
successful.
I
wont
be
trying
to
sell
at
this
location
again,
not
because
of
whatever
policies
but
because
this
last
lady
made
me
feel
so
unseen
and
kind
of
dumb
for
trying
to
sell
at
all..
if
I
can’t
stay
there
for
two
hours,
that
is.
I’m
not
giving
up
on
kid
to
kid
altogether,
because
I
have
had
more
good
experiences
than
bad
and
I
believe
in
people.
I’m
just
going
to
try
to
sell
at
another
location..
which
is
a
huge
bummer
because
this
one
is
closest
to
me.
