I had a great experience at this facility despite being nervous from the reviews. I was seen 5 minutes after checking in with my brutal sore throat. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and very efficient at their jobs. I was offered ice water while I waited to speak with the doc, and she explained my options for treatments and steps forward depending on what I tested for. Will definitely have this as my new instacare!

The doctor was excellent! But I had to call back several times to have a prescription called in. They kept telling me they were sending it in and calling it in right now, but it still wasn't done 2 hours and a few calls later. That is a huge priority and not something I should have to keep calling and reminding them to do. This is not something that should be acceptable. I would go somewhere else since I had to make several calls to chase down a single prescription for hours when it shouldn't have ever been that way if my care was their top priority.

Called ahead. Got here to find out it is a 2-2.5 hour wait. But don't worry, if you are checked in we will take care of you even if we close during the time you are waiting. She then said I could go to a different clinic if I wanted. The Roy location said 17 minutes wait on the board. I immediately called them and they said 30-45 minutes. So the wait times could be on their website, which would be helpful. Oh wait. Doesn't matter. The wait times are inaccurate anyway.

We got in very quickly. Everyone that worked with us was very nice and professional. We needed an x-ray and were able to get that quickly. We didn’t even have to wait very long for the results. I have been to other Instacare clinics and this was my best experience.

I was treated so very well by the Doctor and the Nurse. Their care, compassion and concern for me really helped keep me calm and feeling safe that I was in good hands. They made sure I had all proper tests and what was needed, so I would be okay. I totally trust them and thankful they are there for me.

I just moved to Utah and am extremely unfamiliar with the area, so I was a bit nervous when I had to take a trip to an urgent care, let alone one I’ve never been to. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with the service provided here. From the lovely receptionist at the front desk to the nurses and doctor I encountered, everyone was extremely kind and informational. It was also very clean, pristine, and beautiful inside. The issue I was visiting for was very personal so I was a bit concerned, but I felt very taken care of and my worries quickly vanished. They not only handled my issue, but had multiple back up plans after some tests came back incase something popped up. Even after I got my prescription, they followed up to check and make sure it was working and let me know what to do if my issue wasn’t improving. Needless to say, this is my new urgent care and I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new urgent care facility.

I arrived at the Urgent Care in terrible pain. My son had to go park so I had a cane trying to get inside. Right away, a young lady came to my assistant. She was polite and asked if I was going to the InstaCare. I said yes and assisted me to get a mask on and get in a wheelchair. Wow she was amazing. I started to check in and then my son came in and did the rest. Although I was in so much pain, that was some great customer service right there. I took a moment as I was leaving to express my gratitude to her. While I was doing this she saw another family coming and ran to their aid. Thanks Cami for the amazing care at the forefront.

I honestly wish my home town/city had health care half as good as I received at your Insta Clinic. They were professional, very courteous, kept me informed from beginning to end, they listened carefully to what I had to say and I felt they genuinely cared. Thank you. I took a single star for the wait time to be checked in and be seen (I do understand when it is busy, this was not the case). No one should have to vomit ((I apologize for the loudness)) in front of others because of wait time. Thank you; Nic, Chandra (sp), I appreciate You both.

We didn't have to wait before we were called to the clinic. The staff and NP were all efficient and professional and had a sense of humor! All of our questions were answered and we left the clinic very pleased with the visit and feeling much better!

Very courteous and kind nurses and techs. The Doctor seemed to care, and said he felt a medication would help and he would prescribe it for me to go home with. This didn’t happen and when I called back the doctor was not there anymore and they couldn’t reach him and he had not made any notes about the medication so they said I would have to come back and be reevaluated.

The staff was friendly, professional and put me at ease. It was a short wait to be seen, and the instructions I received for my care were clear and their purpose explained.

They are the best InstaCare. I was really nervous. Because my Heart felt off. The nurses were all so sweet and calming. Very nice. They immediately got me in. The Practitioner was so helpful and theral with checking everything from my history and is making a priority for me to get seen by a specialist. Everyone there took such great care. I felt like all my worries were heard. And it made me feel so comfortable and less worried when I left. I love this InstaCare. 💖

We’ve had to take our toddler here a few times due to nurses maid elbow. Each time the team were so kind and patient to my wife and child. So grateful for kind and knowledgeable staff.

Clean, efficient, and quick! The kind staff, nurses, and doctors helped me with my health issue and it is now resolved. This is the best Urgent Care facility I’ve ever been to.

My healthcare team were absolutely wonderful. I feel terrible that I can’t remember their names but they gave me the best possible care and were so efficient. So grateful to them for their expertise and professionalism.

The male NP is phenomenal! I have never had such a beautiful bedside manner. He was really great with explaining things, letting me choose what to do while also telling me his recommendations. I will come back to the urgent care over others.

So quick, especially for a Sunday visit. Everyone was so nice, the check in lady was very sweet. I had to get X-rays done and almost as soon as the doctor walked out the office, the technician came and got me. I was being examined for a concussion and I was out of there within an hour and a half. Doctor was so kind and very thorough. 10/10 would recommend and see again in an emergency.

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was less than 20 minutes. The dr was genuinely concerned and very professional. I most definitely will go back here again. I was quite impressed.

I did not realize the Instacare didn’t open until 9AM. I was really confused standing in the lobby. The electronic sign had all the information needed, but was portrayed in a misleading way. Getting checked-in was smooth despite several people waiting early for opening time. We were quickly admitted into a room and seen right away by the nurse. She was sweet to help accommodate to myself and my baby in a stroller. The nurse tested me right away and was friendly. (An estimated wait time for test results would have been appreciated.) However, I was very grateful a snack was available, that I could provide my 1 year old. The doctor was very friendly and pleasant. She was able to answer my questions and provide a couple additional tips. It was an overall really good experience. Probably about 45 mins total from being checked-in, to returning to my car.

InstaCare was easy check in and my wait time was shorter than expected. Quick to diagnose my strep but completely discounted my belly pain. I had to ask about it twice and was told it was due to the strep. 2-3 hours later the ER diagnosed appendicitis.

We sought UC services here during a uncertain and stressful time a few days after our daughter was born. The entire experience was professional and compassionate from start to finish. While no one likes waiting around (especially with a newborn at home) I am extremely grateful that the doctors listened to me and took the time to rule out any more serious issues before discharging us with the appropriate care plan. Additionally, the facility is serious immaculate… thank you for a positive experience during a scary time!

Everyone was so kind and took care of me so well. It went from a visit to the urgent care to rule out any serious concerns about minor to moderate stomach pain I had into finding out a short time after that I would need my appendix removed. As I said, Everyone I encountered was kind and the care I received was top notch!! Special thanks to my surgeon who made a point of stopping by the morning after to check up on me and let me know some details about how the surgery had gone. Much appreciated!

We had an hour and half wait time which went faster than expected. The vitals nurse was great. Our dr was kind but did not thoroughly check me. I showed up with a high blood pressure and migraine which he didn’t even address. Did not look in my ears, did not look up my nose ( for sinus infection) did not look down my throat until I told him how badly it hurt, then he said “ oh it looks great!!” Only listened to my lungs and heart. Just after we have to pay a high price, plus wait a long time, on the Dr end please make us feel like you checked everything.

Literally forgot about me in patient room. I had to tell them I've been waiting forever! That was for urgent care. On the other hand Emergency care was amazing they were quick and helped me as soon as possible.

Staff always friendly and helpful. I always feel like the entire staff wants the best for your health and care. The doctor was patient, listened to my concerns and explained everything

The nurse was so helpful and friendly! I had hurt my back and she brought me an ice pack, pillow and a warm blanket to wrap around me. The doctor was also very kind and thorough.

Quick, easy check in. Very nice lady checked me in, professional but also compassionate. Maybe waited 5 min for nurse, who was kind enough to answer all my questions. The Dr. Came in and followed through completely making sure I understood after care procedure ! They maybe new but have it all down & should be the model for others *****
