RUDE WAITRESSES!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! My hubby and I come here frequently. The last few times we have visited it has been so awful. We had our waitress who was very snooty and yelled out loud to us and surrounding tables to tip your waitresses. When we spoke to the manager Chris about this he was very rude and didn’t care. The last two times we have been in the reward system has been down. When we spoke to the manager Chris again about honoring our reward even though system was down, he refused to honor our reward and told us to not come back since this was our second issue. We will just continue to go to Layton where the waitresses are nice and the managers honor your rewards if the system is down. Plus the Layton location actually answers the phone when you call, unlike this location.

Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but it’s the only way to leave a review. We went with a group of 6. Place was virtually empty and yet took us forever to get a first round of drinks. Employees were all sitting near the bar chatting like it was closing time. It was 1:30pm. 4 of our 6 meals came out wrong. When we brought it to the servers attention she asked if we wanted to send it back because it could be a while to get a replacement!? How could it take so long if it’s empty? New food arrived. Drinks all empty. Not a soul came to check about another round so we had something to drink while we ate. Finally the server came to clear plates and asks if we need another round? Good grief. Who is managing this place??? No way there is anyone with restaurant experience. We wouldn’t ever go back to this location. Maybe one day we will drive by and see the For Lease sign. Good riddance

After being sat it took about 15 minutes just to be seen by the waitress. It took about 30 minutes for our first entree to be delivered (the brisket tots) and the about 10-15 minutes after to get our second entree (10 boneless wings), at that point the first entree was already finished. Our waitress only saw our table 3 times total, once to take order, once to give us our waters they even forgot a drink, and once after we had to ask someone else for a to go box and the check. They were not even short staffed. There were more employees there than customers seated. Our table was forgotten about the entire night.

This location has always been a problem. Inconsiderate staff, always slow, always running out of food. Tonight I ordered take out for my wife and I, and the pictures uploaded is what we got. I ordered for a pick up of 7:15 and the order was done at 7:00. The food was cold. They also told me it was BOGO and when I asked where the rest of the food was they said the didn’t know what I was talking about. They said that it was not BOGO night. I told them that I was told that it was and provided the name of the hostess who took my order. She blatantly lied in front me saying that she never said that. I took my cold food and left. Will not be going to this location anymore.

Just got done here with some friends to celebrate my 17th birthday, Justin (our server) was absolutely hilarious and made my night. All of my friends loved him. Great customer service and remembered EXACTLY what everyone ordered. 10/10 give this man a raise.

The food was pretty good. The server was the best part he didn't rush us into ordering. We sat in the bar area, less of a zoo there.

This was our first time at this location, we celebrate milestones with our kids usually at the Layton restaurant. The food was great, kudos to the kitchen. Atmosphere is fun. When our server (Lynkin?) came we were trying to find the drinks on the menu and my husband asked if they have coke or Pepsi products so we weren’t inconveniencing her making her wait for us and she folded her arms and said “it’s on the menu”. I get it, people probably ask stupid questions instead of taking the time to read. And I get that if you have an unreasonable amount of things expected of you, it would suck to run through your drinks instead of coming back when everyone is ready. We were there in the afternoon and were 1 of 2 tables of customers in the whole place. Because she was pissed and standing there folding her arms staring us down, our teenage daughter got embarrassed and flustered and rushed through ordering a drink. Our son started ordering and she put her hand up to him to stop and told our daughter she already told her they don’t have what she ordered and that she can’t hear people who talk in the other direction so she’ll wait until she’s ready to speak up and order a drink they have. When our daughter looked up at us with a look of disbelief and tears rolling down her cheeks, I could have walked out and never gone back but I want her to learn the life lesson that people won’t always be nice and you can’t run away every time it happens. We didn’t see our server after she brought our food until she brought the check. Our son gets hot wings and by the time she came back he also had tears rolling down his cheeks for other reasons as he had drank his drink and all of ours as well. We will be back because it’s our tradition and we love the food, but we will stick with the Layton location.

WORST SERVER EVER The food was delicious!!! and it was a very relaxed day in the restaurant. 😊 There were few people. However, our server only took our order and never talked to us again. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. Threw stuff on the table and walked away without explaining what was going on with our food, didn't offer us to go boxes, didnt explain how to pay for our bill, not even an offer of ketchup with our fries. Server 101. Danielle did the worst job servicing us I have seen in any restaurant. Very disappointed. Would eat the food again 💕

First Bdubs I've been to that doesn't have open seating at the bar. 45 minute wait wether seating in the dining area or the bar? F that. And the hostess' bad attitude didn't help. Maybe if they had open seating at the bar she wouldn't be so overloaded. Definitely won't be back.

B-Dubs used to be the place to go! But I don't know what has happened to it. But I have gone to three this week and all three were absolutely trash in service. Yesterday I ordered wings over the phone, they told me to come pick them up in 20 minutes. I had a meeting for work that I had to be a part so this worked out perfect but I had to make sure I did it quick. Got got there in 25 minutes. Then Proceeded to have to wait 58 minutes to get my wings. Nothing fancy either. Just two orders of 10. Got the wings they were mid at best. Seems like the product has gone significantly downhill too. They used to use really good meat. Now it seems like they're finding emaciated chickens in an alleyway. And once I got my food and was excited to at least enjoy it. Not only was the chicken sub par but they were way overcooked and dry.

BWW has great wings! Today I had dry rub lemon pepper and honey BBQ boneless wings as part of the $10 lunch special which came out to about $12.50 afyer tax. They tasted really good but I will say some of the wings were a little small which was a little disappointing but still tasted great. I love the atmosphere in here with lots of sports decorationsand entertainment, got to see Messi score a goal in the world cup! I will definitely be back soon!

The hostess was literally so rude!! We had been waiting for a table and made us wait longer when we asked for a booth having a booth available. When we asked her about the empty booth she said she couldn’t sit us there. 30 minutes later, she sat us there. She had an attitude with us the entire time and kept rolling her eyes when she would pass our table. Kati our waiter was the complete opposite, she was so nice and super quick to get our order.

Not too impressed..unfortunately. It wasn't busy..which was a good thing..but.. We couldn't order anything that was battered because they were out of batter. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad that was just okay. My better half ordered the traditional wings with two different kinds of rubs and he wasn't impressed with what he got for the price. We had no napkins or silverware when we were seated and had to ask for both. I do have to say that the cheese curds dipped in caramel were amazing, but that was the only plus side for this visit. This is the second time I've been there and was even more disappointed than the first time.

Sat down in a decent amount of time but took probably about 20 minutes to even get a server. I probably could’ve remembered the whole menu before we got service. Also they have been out of cheese curd for the cheese curd bacon burger for about 4 month. Can’t be that hard to get cheese curds. Dummy’s

Our server, Layla, was absolutely amazing! Never let our drinks empty and was very attentive to us. Great experience and atmosphere. Food and service were equally amazing, 10/10 highly recommend

Server started to complain about serving us. Very disappointing that she did that in front of us. Then sits on her phone instead of helping us.

I went in for traditional Tuesdays! The staff is pretty good and responsive. It was easy to find parking at 9PM. Would go back for another traditional Tuesday!

Mixed on how to rate this. Positives: the food was really good and the waitress was attentive and friendly. The newer menu has some good new additions. Negatives: The wings are way too expensive now. The big jack daddy burger is gone. This visit had plenty of staff and the restaurant was less than 25% full and they still said a 25 minute wait.

Usually we have had great service here but unfortunately not this visit. Food came promptly but follow up afterwards was nil. Yes, one guest was stuck in traffic and came later but customer service stopped after food was on the table. Our wait staff member was more interested in the other customers and we were ignored. And it appeared not too many tables were assigned to our wait staff and the person didn't appear to be having a bad day. I think my husband tipped well but it was NOT because of the customer service provided.

They need to get orange soda kinda disappointed about that . I like orange soda with hot wings why don’t they have it not happy with sever my soda sat empty why he keep asking my partner more beer ect didn’t even bother to ask me if I need more soda . The to go box’s are small and break easy

Loved our waitress Liken. She was very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu. Chicken sandwich was delicious but the deep fried pickles were the favorite of our visit.

Ordered a 30 pack of wings and they shorted us 4. For the price they charge they should be counting. Wings barely had any sauce either. The box was soggy and falling apart too.

It hurts to write this me and my son have been going to this location for years. This was our spot. But today I didn’t have my son so I went there to watch Thursday night football and there was nobody seating at the bar. They told me there was a 20 minute wait.I been noticing this location has been going down hill. It’s very sad. The food and service has not been great:-(. Hope it gets better soon.

Danielle is a wonderful server! Everytime I've been here she's been my server and I'm always well taken care of. My food was out quickly and with a smile!

We do both takeout and dine in and the food is ALWAYS delicious so kudos to the cooks. Today, however, the person who took our phone order was just amazing. Very polite, engaging, and helpful. I wish I had a name but since I don't this 5 Star review will hopefully suffice.

Anyone else notice service going further and further downhill since covid? Came on veterans day as a veteran with my wife. Server was snippy with us from the get go. We got our entre before the appetizer and all the food was lukewarm or actually cold. My wifes fries were stale. My wings were cold like they had been in a refrigerator almost. We were sat by the worker kiosk where they handle the bill. When our drinks were empty the server was standing at the kiosk, asking if we wanted more water whithout actually coming over to our table. Come to the table if you want to talk to me. Dont yell over the sound of the tvs and music. Typically on veterans day I will tip the server the price of what my free meal would have been. I didnt do that this time and I dont think we will come back to this restaurant.

What a great night celebrating with our team! We had Alex as our server and he was fantastic! The manager and host were great in setting up our table quickly! Thanks so much for the excellent hospitality and helping a group of 15 of us with all separate checks have a smooth and enjoyable evening, we really appreciate you creating our top not experience!

It’s been a while since I have been here and was not disappointed. We had great service and great food. Danielle helped us and she was fantastic. Took time to get our order and drinks and continued to check in with us. Also recommended dry rub on our tots which was a game changer. Will definitely be back and will ask to be in Danielle’s section. Thanks for the great experience!

Not too bad of a place... absolutely loved it at first. Now, not so much. Still like it enough to go back.. but definitely wouldn't spend as much money as I did this last few times. I wanted to wait to do a review until I had been there a few times. This last time was different. especially with portions on food! I can't believe how small the portions were this time. Besides that the food was still pretty good. Our waitress was pretty cool very nice. The last couple waitresses we had during visits have always been great. always made sure we had our drinks filled really nice and was patient with our kids taking time to order. Overall I definitely like the food a lot better than a lot of other places in area and I would recommend people to try it out.

The inflation of wings the past 5 years hasn't been kind.. But I'm changing my rating back to 5 stars just for the people that work there. Layla and Crystal have always been awesome to me. I don't know how they have the patience to do that job as long as they have. They are the only reason this place gets 5 stars. And Danielle. One time like a year ago the kitchen staff was on break or something (it was late at night) so she went back there and cooked our food for us. Wait staff don't get paid hourly. Do she did that for free. That's an MVP. And she drops a cup stack like a champ. Any time I get someone other than those three... something gets messed up lol. Shout out to them.

I got a takeout order and it was awesome! Great chicken, delicious sauces, perfectly cooked fries! I'm hooked!

Both times I’ve been to this location, the wings were lukewarm and over sauced. The service was slow but seemed to be because they only had a couple of servers on during busy times. The servers have never been rude though and the appetizers were good. I’m hoping third time will be the charm with this one because I love bdubs

I think our waitress forgot about us. For sure about my food. My friend got hers fast, but I had to wait about 30 mins for mine and when I got my wings they were luke warm, and the plate was hot. You know, when it's been sitting in the window for a while so the heat lamp makes the plate hot. She wasn't great at refills either, which sucked. Oh well.

Wish zero stars was an option and I would avoid this establishment at all costs. There were still feathers attached to our traditional boneless wings.

RUN RUN RUN for the hills. Literally go anywhere but here. Been to dozens of BWW in over ten states and this is hands down the worst one. EVERY single order for the past 5 times has been wrong. Order wings, chips, nachos and I get none of them and random food. Always forgets sauces, extras, and most of the time an entire item or 2 or 3 or 4. A box of rocks would do a better job at managing this location. Go to Layton or anywhere else because I can promise you this location will get it wrong. Absolutely absurd how awful they are.

This is my first time going to Bdubs. We went into the restaurant and we were seated fairly quickly. There are a lot of seats in this restaurant, way more than I thought. Once seated we of course got our drinks and then we ordered our food. And there was a deal where you buy one get one free. So I got like 20 chicken wings which was pretty awesome. I got some mild wings, and some medium wings and it definitely pushed my spice tolerance a bit, but I still enjoyed it a lot. So overall, it was really good! Thanks Bdubs
