Always have pallets on the floor making it hard to get around. Grocery is always cluttered amongst the isles with pallets blocking your way and creating cart jams. Gets really bad when you move over into the home furniture part. Gets downright dangerous in some places with how high and unstable they pack things. See pics.

Timothy was an excellent employee. He was very friendly talking to us while ringing our things up. Keep up the good work. Great customer service

This Wal-Mart has absolutely ZERO Customer Service! No matter how many management changes corporate makes the Customer Service sucks and is no -existent. The store is almost always disorganized and a mess. The Auto Care Center at this store is always Top Notch! That is the only positive about this store!

Pick-up is absolutely terrible. Put in a pick-up order on Sunday evening, expecting to get it after work on Monday at 5. Kept getting “Your order is delayed” messages. Finally got the “Your order is ready” on Tuesday morning. Came to pick up the order on Tuesday at 5 and STILL had to wait an HOUR to get my items. A total joke. Target, Smith’s, all have stellar pick-up systems but for whatever reason, Walmart has not gotten the memo. DON’T OFFER PICK-UP IF YOU CAN’T FULFILL IT. I’m amazed at how many people have given up and left after waiting for so long. Don’t waste your time; go to Smith’s or Target and give them your money. They’ll make it worth it.

It's unfortunate how bad this store has become with pickup/delivery lately. If I order pickup items, I wait for over an hour for them to bring the order out. I've gotten to the point of just going inside and getting it from the pickup storage area rather than spending so much time in a hot car waiting for them. If I try to get items delivered, they simply never send the order. They leave it on "delayed" status until I end up calling customer service to cancel the whole thing 24 hours later. Either that or they bring the completely incorrect order. Which ends up leaving me with money held by Walmart through my bank for 3-4 days that I really need to spend on food for my kids. I'm not sure what's going on with the pickup/delivery area lately, but it isn't running properly. That's for sure. I don't think I'll try to get delivery/pickup from this location again. It's not worth the risk of losing access to a chunk of my food money for several days.

A very nice lady was here from out of state. She is legally blind and having a hard time finding items because the store set up is different from the Walmart she usually goes to. She went to customer service and asked for help. Someone did shop with her but was very rude and acted like she was putting them out to help her. When she asked questions they treated her poorly. When she told me about her experience she cried. It’s tough enough to ask for help. She deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. I feel very angry.

I was racially profiled at this store. I was checked out by the cashier who was lovely by the way & then a older lady with short white hair and a huge Christmas brooch who stands at the doors of walmart demanded to see my receipt even though she just watched me get checked out by the cashier and implied I had not paid for an item I handed her my receipt she takes her time to look at it finds the item she implies I didn’t pay for & says out loud oh there it is and hands me my receipt back no apology no have a nice day. 4 other people in front of me she didn’t ask for their receipt. Or the people who left after me. I find it funny she implies I didn’t pay for an item when I was LITERALLY checked out by a cashier this store is not a safe place for POC. You have been warned.

I was going through the self checkout and the card reader was jammed. I went to ask for help and she seemed annoyed that I asked for help. When at the register I tried explaining what was going on and she took the card out of my hand abruptly. She then had a hard time but got it finally and walked off. I even told her thank you but she walked off too quickly. She works in customer service she could be more polite and respectful to the customers.

I don't know if I'm the only one who feels like I'm on an alternate dimension whenever I'm traveling and have to go to a Walmart that's not "my Walmart." I go from "I know this place like the back of my hand" to "Either they have three aisles of bread or I'm completely lost and walking in circles." My only complaint is that the app isn't super helpful for finding things because I never have any service in the giant cement building. However! The employees here were super kind and helpful and made the experience a whole lot less stressful :)

The employees are always so nice but I’ve been sitting in my car for over 30 minutes waiting for my pick up order to come out. I could’ve gone in the store and been done already. I know things get busy but waiting this long is the opposite of convenient which is what this service is supposed to be.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but today’s visit absolutely exceeded my expectations. I came in at night while the restocking was going on, and Johnathan noticed that I was looking around for something. He came up to me first and asked if I found everything fine. I told him that I was looking for coffee, and he helped me find it. I had walked right past it! Then at checkout, Jon helped me correct something I had scanned twice and then informed me about how I can leave some feedback. Best grocery visit I’ve ever had by far!

I'm really not exactly sure what they expect to accomplish. The shelves will still be empty. And no matter how much lipstick you put on it, it's going to be Walmart. Kudos to them for trying to make it nicer. But nicer in my opinion would be keeping the shelves stocked. There is no reason for their shelves to be empty. You can go to any other store around here and they have the product. And they really should fix their app. They say they are out stock on something and you walk into the store and there's like a million of them sitting there on the shelf.

Online pick up is very unprofessional and unorganized. We waited over three hours to pick up our order. They only had one guy bringing orders out. Where is management? They should have came out and helped if they got backed up. I know they were aware because I called customer service and they knew and had already had 5 complaints about extended wait times. We did not need two guys walking around together confirming we had an order they should have been helping. Walmart need to do better for customers and staff.

We've stopped at many Walmart stores while traveling and love reading some of the reviews people leave. Overall, this Walmart was a great experience; clean store and restrooms, organized and stocked shelves, easy to find items we needed (and some we didn't...lol), and a quick and organized check out experience. Just watch your fellow patrons while arriving or exiting, they seem to disregard the crosswalks for pedestrians so pay attention they may be in a rush to leave one of the aforementioned reviews...lol.

We had to wait over an hour for an Uber eats order. And other dashers we talked to got their orders cancelled after wasting hours waiting for orders. And did nothing about two tweakers who were harassing customers which include my girlfriend and her little step brother. This Walmart is absolute garbage.

Huge variety of everything possible needed. Always have seasonal items and the Clarence aisle is like a treasure hunt. Fun. Great sporting goods section. Grocery section is wide and with generic brands a money saver. Great store!

Absolutely the worst place to pick up orders for Uber from..... Wait and wait and wait don't see a single associate for well over 30 minutes to even mention it's a bit of a wait. And the last time I came here and actually waited the girl threw the stuff in my car and slammed my door with the worst attitude.... If I was this Walmart I'd tighten up on your pickup associates. This is the worst experience I have ever ubering. Thank you Layton Walmart.

Had an amazing employee at the self check out, I think her name was Grace? Long black hair, anyways she was super nice and i wanted to give her the review on the self check out machine, but the option disappeared before I could. So I'm putting a review on here instead! Hope she gets a bonus or something to make her know she's appreciated.

I don’t usually write any negative reviews or have any bad experiences at this Walmart being a regular customer but tonight’s experience was completely different from all others and I just can’t wrap my head around it. I came in around 9:45 to shop for grocery’s with my fiancé, walked in and everything was fine. After checking out at the self check out I headed towards the doors to go on my way, I stopped and asked the associate at the door “Kevin” what time you closed to see if it changed for the summer he then proceeded to tell me no we still close at 11, I say thank you and continue on my way out. Before even getting to the doors he aggressively yells “hey give me your receipt” I stop and start looking for my receipt as he’s standing over my shoulder staring at me and my fiancé I then find my receipt and hand it over to him. He checks it and we go on our way, I come into this store every single day and not once have I had a negative experience with any of the door associates, I am on a name bases with one of them and he’s always the nicest and always very welcoming. Tonight I was not impressed, there was no reason for me to be stopped and questions as there were 4 other couples right behind me who didn’t get stopped and asked about there receipts. Just trying to be friendly and ask a simple question to get yelled at aggressively is un called for.

Walked in and I was immediately greeted at the auto center. She was delightful and led me directly where I needed to get my product. Later she is just nice to everyone who she met with. Sorry I forgot her name it's easy enough to identify aunty happy. She will have gotten many of these reviews. I'm sure

Came in looking for a mini fridge, asked 2 diff people who didn't even look away from their tasks to help and didn't have a clue, was about to leave but Team Leader Brittney saw my frustration and went out of her way to help me!! Found one, payed and Brian even helped me out to get it in my car. W/O these two you would have lost a customer. Thx Brittney and Brian who understood why you have to restock your shelves!😁

The workers were absolutely no help. One man said he was going to go ask someone else for help and never came back. I made eye contact with I'm numerous times. Then I went to ask the lady he ended up talking with and she just said we are wireless. No effort to help whatsoever. Hopefully a different Walmart has competent workers.

This store gives me anxiety. I've never had any issues with the staff but the store is incredibly packed with stuff. It's hard to move through the small aisle space without running into other customers. I'm almost always frustrated when I walk out of this store.

Robyn Z is amazing. I was completely stumped as to what I should do for a heater and a battery for my travel trailer that I wqsnt planning to live in but am right at the beginning of a freezing winter. She saw me thinking for a few minutes and came and offered her insight to help me figure it all out. She is so kind and a beautiful person. Thank you Robyn!

Good store but wish they would have more cashiers instead of pushing people to self checkout. It makes me feel like I work there. If I scan something incorrectly is it theft or improper training from the store?

Just crowded and looks messy. Racks with clothes and shoes in the middle of the isles. So many crates with food and other merchandise in isles. This story is already crowded for all the people in it. I spend more time moving out of the way, and making detours because there's no space to pass people who block the way, or being slow. I want to quickly get out of there after gathering my items to buy. Not be there and waste more of my time because Wal-Mart doesn't know how to keep their store clean, and organized.

Helpful, happy staff. Store was clean, well organized and had most items in stock. Long wait to check out at counters and self service. **I get my groceries delivered for free, at least once a week, with the W+ subscription which also ship’s items free that may not be in stock at that particular store. I absolutely love this service! No impulse buys, waiting in lines, or hauling the groceries in! Do not miss out on the grocery delivery service! They also have grocery pick up from the store. I’ve saved several hundred dollars and over 76 hours in the last year by letting them do my shopping and having them drop them off on my front porch or inside my door. Delivery drivers have been fast, friendly and professional.

It is really a big Walmart Supercenter. The time that I have been in Utah, I did my shops in here and it was really good and cheap. I really like Sunny D. I recommend to everyone.
