I lived here for 9 years and bought my home when it was all homeowners. After new company took over they priced me ( and others out). Plan on annual increases to lot rent and utilities. This park took a drastic dive in quality of life after new company took over. ( Bayshore?) I don’t know if she’s still there but Manager Carmen was very helpful when I went to sell my home and move. She did an excellent job despite owners that are out for the dollar. If you’re renting then it would be fine to live there. I’d think twice about buying a mobile home. I gave low ratings for owners. Owners need a decent resident screening process!!!!!! Manager I’d give a 5 star. I manage property myself. Not an easy job.

This gets 2 stars because so far the office manager has been wonderful. It is still an RHP owned property and as such has a lot of rules that you have to follow. If you want a fence or a dog run or a dog or the ability to decide anything about your home and yard by yourself this is not the place to live. If you like someone telling you what you can and cannot do you just might like it. This is a very nice and well kept mobile home park.

I have never lived in a mobile home park before until this past year and everything I had ever thought about mobile home parks went out the window. This park is lined with tall trees and it gives off this very traditional neighborhood like feel. I love that you get this city like vibe but at the same time you get a country vibe and it's just so peaceful and relaxing. Not only is the manager awesome but the maintenance workers work hard to continuously keep the grounds looking nice. If you are in search of a place to call home please give this community a look!

We've lived here for just over two years and I have few complaints. It's one of the better parks that I know of and feels a lot more "home like" than several of the others in the area. Management is amazing but like your average mobile home park they are super picky about certain things like your lawn and porch. It's still a great place to live though.

Originally wanted to live at this community due to wonderful location. At the time there wasn't any in my price range that we fell in love with. The manager was covering another location at the time so she showed me around at Quail Ridge. We found a mobile home there that we loved. She went through the final paperwork with us and the manager of that community was back by that point. She was amazing through the whole process. I definitely recommend this mobile home park to anyone!

First off...shout out to Carmen! She is the manager and my angel!! This woman went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family and me. We were looking into getting into a bigger place and possibly a different community. Things weren't quite coming together in the Lakeview community, but found something in Sundown...where we live. Carmen has been running the two communities for some time now, since my community can't seemed to keep a manager. I don't know how she does it, but she does, and amazingly!! I don't have a home computer or printer, so when we were needing all the paperwork printed out, signed, or emails sent, she was always there for us! She always answers my calls or if she wasn't available at that moment, she would always get back to me asap. We are in our new place now, thanks to Carmen and her awesomeness! She is forever in our hearts and I hope to keep up a good relationship. She is my go to lady...no matter who becomes my communities manager...for the week. Lakeview residents should be grateful to have her!! Forever and always, thank you Carmen, for everything!!!

Carmen is an awesome and down to earth manager. It's so nice to have a manager care so much about their tenants. She really goes above and beyond and it definitely reflects in her community. Lakeview Estates itself is also beautiful and well maintained, in a great location, and seems to be safe as far as I can tell!

I really like the Management , Carmen is very Professional, and extremely helpful. She doesn't sugar coat anything. We need more business people like her. Integrity to its fullest.

I love it here except my only complaint is we can't put up a fence for my dog but if the fence was here kinda not fair I don't think I don't understand why u can't put a fence up but I do have to say Carmen is so sweet and takes care of everything

I've lived here for a few years Carmin has time after time been there to answer any questions and is generally a great person. She is hands down why this park is great!

could not finish application on website. would not let us submit paperwork and when we tried to log in it kept saying we were logged out and had to try every 2 hours to log back in.
