Pathetic services in hospital. Staff does not know anything. Waiting for my discharge since 2pm and till 10.30 pm. Worst experience of hospitalisation. I would never reccemond any one to go there. Most overrated hospital.without any facilities changes is very heavy.Reception staff and TPA staff are need to more Traning.all over experience was very poor.

Complete transparency in charges and procedures. Doctors explain each and every thing in details. Even during procedures, if there is anything more to be done, they guide and recommend best of the solutions available. I am very thankful to Trust for such excellent services.

Rare to get hospital staff who care for patient . And i must compliment the management for highering staff which has been so helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this to anyone in need if treatment with care.. keep up the good work. The hospital staff was 24 hours available and the food was really delicious.

Good hospital with very polite and cooperative staff and all the facilities. Food quality is also good. Take feedback from patients regularly and respond to them in a very positive manner. They make sure to make patients comfortable in all possible ways. The only thing I found which was not upto the mark, the number visitors reaching the wards during visiting hours and beyond that also, which was informed to the concerned person and I hope they will surely come up with some solution soon, but I would like to request people visiting to any hospital it is their moral duty also to follow the etiquettes of the place.

Hi management, my name suman jee bhat (IP NO. 2227368) ICU BED No D114. I was admitted here on 12th aug 2022 for loose motion s with blood admitted in ICU 2 1st floor emergency. Really a bad and very irresponsible staff in ICU I never ever have seen before. During the drips it's not wardens duty to check time to time, whether drips are running properly or not, the duty has been given to me to chk the same, not a single night I closed my eyes properly because my attention was on drips of infections, blood which was given to me during treatment. Overall a very bad experience it was here. Suggest you , requesting you plz maintain this as it's the question of lives. Doctor's given there best role during my treatment, canteen food was very nice, ward service was good.

Very bad! Some Doctors in icu like manish kumar doesn't have any sense how to talk to attendent, when i asked to him sir my patient having pain in his back , is it possible to give her some medicine, he said 'idhar aao, kisi din na gaali khaoge tum' don't talk in front of patient, I'm saying what the patient told me , i don't know what i said wrong , it is thease civic sense , i think we r denying continous for operation as he said to go a particular location that he told but we say we take treatment first for disease we r come here then go for operation in government hospital as it was major one and we can't afford that much amount of money And last but not the least these doctors take cbc, kft and lft 5 times in 3 days, I don't why is it require......? But a good thing head of hospital give us discount after a request And i writing means nothing is false

Very bad hospital.. facility is also very bad...icu nursing staff is not responsible. I'm daughter of the patient and I personally feel the trust make this hospital as a business place. Where u have to come and pay alot.. bhele hi aapka patient tik ho ya na.. ye hospital 1 star ke b layak nhi h.. plz don't came .. as my opinion. There is worst experience ever. There is no timing of their staff. All staff are careless specially orthopaedic. There is no care about patients. Time is precious for everyone but the doctors doesn't understand this thing they don't treat good to pateint. I hope you will understand and take some steps against your staff.

The worst Hospital and worts staff, they don't know how to behave and deal with patient and Management doesn't teach there staff how to talk to patient or patient attendant, and they charge to much for service, money doesn't matter if you treating good or getting good service, but there Management should teach there staff how to beahve Speacilly inside gurad, male or female both.

This is a pathetic place to be . Be it OPD or IPD , the services are really bad . The OPD works in three different ways based on how much fees you have paid . So even though you reach hospital at 9 am and have paid for general OPD , you will be seen when the doctor has seen all other patients who have paid more for priority or private OPD. OPD starts at 9 am but the doctor comes in at 10:45 am . It's like a shop (business)they are running instead of a hospital . VERY Very BAD EXPERIENCE . IPD- They would take ages for getting a bill ready. So we were discharged at 4 pm the next day when the discharge order was given a day prior . Staff is helpful but overall management is really bad . The people who sit at reception do not know that after someone pays they are to give a receipt . Not enough trained . So untill you are not dying refrain going to this hospital.

Pathelic service always think about money nothing doing anything for patients, always blame on other, department, no care for patients and there family. It is my personal experience.

Management is pathetic I came with my 5yrs old daughter for boster injection n for my gynecologist I cam early 9 waited for doctor 11.30 for the baby receptionist ANU dont knw doctors are available or not. Wen can be doctors available. Lack of knowledge about the charges n procedures. After having kids doctors consult he medications 💊 r not available waiting wid for 2 hrs useless . Then after asking a lot gynecologist came at 12 pm. I just went out to feed my daughter n they put my number in last No helping with nurses, doctors no knowledge they have waste of time n money they are not hospital staff they r business man all r here to tak money from ur pocket n give a dam care to provide a service
