I used to be a regular at the North location. Since it’s closed for remodeling, I’ve been coming here. I’ve been here about a dozen times, so far and each time, they are extremely nice, on time, and clean. Only thing I would ‘complain’ is an everywhere issue, consistency. My drinks are rarely made the same. BUT overall y’all are awesome!

Long line that took forever! Kept saying they would be with me in a min. Drinks I ordered were NOT what I ordered. Not sure who the barista was that day, 8/9/23 but they did NOT know how to make drinks!!! My daughter ordered the refresher slushy, it was melted almost completely by the time we got to the window. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!

9/15 Although they were very busy at the time I came through the drive thru they were very kind and quick, all things considered. I waited about 25 minutes. The man in the drive thru that handed me my drink was very sweet and made sure to wipe off my cup for me before handing it out (it had caramel on it). Their kindness made the wait more bearable. Great staff at this location! And my coffee was delicious!

Out of the three Starbucks in Zanesville that I consider within my acceptable distance to travel for coffee, this one is the best. I'm a creature of habit and my usual custom drink and egg bites have been consistently perfect. Even when the lines are long and they are swarming with customers inside too, they have been excellent getting the orders our in an acceptable time. The workers at the widow are extra friendly and smile every time.

I ordered on the app at 2:37PM. The app said it would be ready by 2:45PM. I didn't go pick it up til 3PM and still had to wait an extra 25 mins for my second beverage. My first coffee was ready when I got there just not the second one. They was not busy when I got there either. I LOVE Starbucks, literally. I go almost everyday, but I go to the one in Kroger. This one is closer to where I live and work, plus the other store was out of pumpkin spice lol.

Daughter went in to order 1 drink and 25mins later my wife had to go in and find out what was taking so long. Staff was not concerned about wait time. They acted as if they didn’t care and it didn’t matter she was waiting so long.

I have no clue who I talked to but they had a tattoo on their arm and I loved the banter I had with them. The partners here are so sweet! Thank you for a great experience!

The lid on my iced matcha was not sealed. When I picked up the drink it spilled on my sweater. No apologies just a little shrug. Ruined my sweater
