Some of the food ordered had sold out, received a phone call to let us know and discuss alternatives, the item we wanted to replace it with was more expensive than the original order but they kindly replaced it anyway. The person we spoke with on the phone was so lovely and helpful and the food was DIVINE - everything tasted so good, generous portions and looked great! The person who delivered it was also really sweet and it arrived right on time. Thank you so much Carribean Experience - highly recommend!

Consistency is key when looking for a good place to eat and the Caribbean Experience is consistently phenomenal!!! Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, a dinner for two or having catering done for a family function Angie never disappoints. This is the best Caribbean food this side of the Caribbean! Angie is super helpful, polite and will go out of her way to make sure your event goes as you planned. The servings are generous and will def leave you with a little extra for the day after (it’s so good you’ll be grateful for the leftovers!!!) 10/10 Best of the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hearty flavourful food, filling, good big portions, we always come here when we fancy a warming home cooked style meal. Curried mutton is the best! Rice and peas never disappoint. My fiancé loves the Jerk chicken, oxtail is great too. And try the sides like dumplings, plantain and yam. Try it all! Good food, cooked with feeling, can’t recommend enough.

If you’re a vegetarian and you’re struggling to find delicious home cooked food in slough, this is it😍I ordered rice and peas with mixed steam veg, plantain and coleslaw and it was absolutely divine 😍 portion size is big too (enough for 2). Definitely recommend this place if you love Caribbean food

Poor quality , Overpriced and tasteless... you will regret ... fried TILAPIA fish comes soaked in beef SALTY gravy- the Fish comes as a 2 pieces midfish part & fish tail- tasteless for £14... lm not even joking, l actually measured in disbelief , each piece was 2inchs of a small to medium tilapia fish... where is the rest of the fish??? Fried FISH means fried.. not soaking in beef gravy... OXTAIL was BURNT... with actual bottom pot burnt spots on one side, oversalted & overcooked in mashy potatoes... could only taste the starch from the potatoes that had absorbed all the flavour... another £14 for mashy potatoes in Oxtail!!!! A DISGRACE to Caribbean cuisine!!! ... THIS was my 2nd time ordering thinking 1st time was maybe a bad batch... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Best curried goat 🐐 I ever had. Worth the wait. The intelligent chef lady was really lovely. Very enjoyable experience for those looking for something different and authentic, cooked pride, with respect for tradition and love. Yes, there are many places in Slough where you can be served a meal, but not many where sunshine comes to your heart ❤ with the meal too...

Went with my family for a birthday dinner. The food was great and so was the service the lady was lovely and gave me some cake because it was my birthday

The food, what I ate, was ok. but I ask for jerk chicken, it looked and tasted more like brown stew chicken and the mutton tasted very similar to the chicken, so that was a big disappointment, I won’t be returning.

So delicious food was fantastic and I would eat this everyday if I lived near by and had the funds. Lady owner is lovely too and dedicated to the high quality of her food even at this hard times running a business. Yum yum 😋

Nice food……but I’ve just checked my bank account and I was charged over £18 for curry goat, rice and peas and a coleslaw!!!! What a rip off!!!

Ordered a take away order the oxtail was good but the beef and lamb patties were very small expensive and tasteless.

I recently relocated to Slough (7 months ago) and have been missing my Roots (caribbean home cooked food). I found a gem called Angie (owner). Who is confident in her menu and service offerings and rightfully so. Being my first time to Angie's establishment, I thought I'd be safe and go for the Curried Goat with Rice and Peas. I also ordered a portion of plantain 🤤 Now... I've tried this at many caribbean takeaways and restaurants to measure their skills in flavour, portion size, quality of the mutton used (as some use shoulder and this is not acceptable) and have found them to be lacking. But Angies food was right on the money. Quality service. Quality portions. Quality food. I will be visiting Angie again and do urge others to do the same. Supporting our local businesses during these times, if you choose to eat out is so important. Especially when you find somewhere this good. Great experience at Caribbean Experience!!!

The food was delivered very quickly and it was excellent. I can recommend the mutton curry and the jerk chicken. Both dishes were exceptional. They have a new customer with me. Highly recommended.

Disgusting food. Curry mutton was awful. chicken curry was a little better but overall the food was absolutely nasty. Paid £27 for curry mutton and curry chicken which was not worth the money at all. Won’t ever be eating from here ever again. What a huge disappointment.

The food is amazing, the curry goat was so good. Good portion sizes and everything we tried was really delicious. The service was so good too, a lovely lady served us. Definitely recommend!

Decided to order the Roti and vegetable filling and a curry goat meal. To my disgust, for the Roti and vegetable meal, I received a supermarket bought white wrap filled with cabbage - i.e. no roti, but bad tasting white wrap from the supermarket! This cost £8.90!! Tasted and had to dump the entire thing in the bin! This is deceitful and can’t understand why people do these things and think it is OK!
