Fantastic service ! Came across Waterworld Sports on the web and have since visited their store. I was looking for a birthday present for a very special friend who is obviously very much into diving. Having no clue myself I was not only made to feel extremely welcome but greeted with such excellent customer service. Russell was very knowledgeable and guided me with different ideas. I ended up buying a really cool diving knife and ended up going back on to their website to purchase a gift voucher. You can also choose a great design for the voucher. Really easy to do and I have to say my friend absolutely loved both ! No problems about returning something if you have to although in my case that won't be happening. Very cool easy to use website and I would recommend popping along to the store. I for sure will be back. Would highly recommend checking out Waterworld Sports.

Having read hundreds of reviews for hidden passport/money pouches for travelling around Europe, I’d got it down to one. However, I still had questions…one phone call and all is sorted - guy could not have been of more help and managed to get one a third of the costs I’d initially set out to spend. Plus item delivered sooner than expected - overall 5* Updated - used whilst travelling Rome and held 2 UK passports, held in place under my bra strap at the back and forgot I had it on comfy and discreet

Great customer service - Ordered 2 sets of the same fins in different sizes. The guys picked up on this and were quickly in touch to check if that was correct and if they could offer advice as to which size would be the best fit for me and to try and save me spending on the return shipping costs for the "wrong" sized pair. The order was correct though as the fins were for myself and my wife and we have different sized feet. However, most places would simply have taken the order and shipped without asking the question.
