Very
disappointed
with
Decathlon,
Wandsworth.
Yesterday,
I
went
to
the
store
at
to
show
them
that
the
stitches
at
the
top
of
the
shoe
was
coming
undone,
more
on
the
right
shoe.
See
attached
photos.
I
bought
the
pair
on
19th
April
2023.
My
Decathlon
account
number/
membership
number
is
2093099395186.
I
informed
them
that
I
am
not
a
runner,
just
do
walking.
I
also
informed
them
that
I
fractured
my
ankle
(was
wearing
sandals
at
the
time
of
the
incident)
and
had
not
been
able
to
go
for
walks
(since
the
incident
on
14th
Aug)
for
nearly
7
weeks.
I
did
not
tell
her
this,
but
the
shoe
has
not
even
been
through
a
wash.
That
of
course
would
have
been
obvious.
I
was
told
a
return
was
not
possible
because
it
has
had
a
lot
of
wear.
Note
that
I
had
already
told
the
shop
assistant
that
I
only
use
it
for
walking
and
that
I
had
not
used
it
for
6
weeks.
I
asked
her
if
they
expect
the
stitching
to
come
off
in
this
time
(regardless)
and
whether
they
had
any
reports
of
a
similar
problem.
She
said
no
to
both
and
then
went
on
to
say
I
was
wearing
the
wrong
size;
this
shoe
was
too
small
for
me.
I
then
informed
her
that
the
shoe
was
in
fact
fitted
in
store.
She
did
not
say
anything
to
that.
During
my
visit
I
saw
3
different
‘assistants’
but
I
didn’t
ask
for
any
of
their
names.
From
my
till
receipt
I
can
see
that
I
was
served
by

All
in
all,
I
did
expect
a
better
service
from
Decathlon.
