[Updated] My son is now 12 y/o, hence just booked him for PADI Advanced. And yet again - Divecrew is the safe pair of hands while learning crucial skills for deep waters. Absolutely great experience for my 10 years old and myself doing the Open Water Diver course in Bracknell. Highly recommend. All questions answered in such a way, that we can actually understand and also remember! - Many Thanks to the whole team of Divecrew!

Popped in recently to get some gear for a dry suit course in a few weeks and ended up staying for coffee! Fantastic staff, Oli was incredibly helpful and happy to discuss all aspects of diving and equipment and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

From the day that I rang Divecrew and spoke to Sue, to yesterday where I officially passed my PADI Open Water and SSI Dry Suit courses has been phenomenal! I have visited the centre a few times now and they have an amazing team working there, im always welcomed, always asked if I would like a cuppa tea or coffee. Always listened too and assisted in the best way possible, its a breath of fresh air to actually get decent people advising on the best gear to use that suits your needs and isn't the latest and greatest most expensive thing! Anything they might not have in stock will soon be ordered for you straight away, and even then you don't have to purchase it there and then. PADI Open Water training - This was run by Sean. WOW what a great instructor and always happy to provide tips, tricks and any advice inbetween to make you a better diver! I was super pleased and had a great laugh during training. Weekend Qualifying Dives - For the 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) qualifying we dived at Wraysbury and Vobster. First of all the the dive sites were great so glad Vobster was last because the water visibility was 10M+ and I saw so much more there. Secondly the team, this was a hard hitting power duo cute-y by the name of James & Rowan! These guys were amazing! Super funny, always cracking jokes, learnt loads from these guys and their years of experience, from staying warmer in dry suits, preventing leakages, NEW hand signals, recommending hot chocolates, and most of all how to dive dive dive! Because of these two alone im already wanting to book other courses and learn more from them! I really enjoyed absorbing these guys' knowledge and everything they had to offer! THANK YOU SO MUCH DIVECREW!! I will be back to do more and look forward to diving with your crew in the future, I feel part of the Divecrew family now that you guys have spent years growing :) thank you!

My siblings and I just finished our PADI Open Water Referral course with Divecrew and we highly recommend them to everyone! From initial phone conversations where we trying to arrange our session, Sue was very accommodating and lovely to speak to, throwing in a Blue Light discount for us and a complimentary splash session for my husband. We initially had booked a try dive for another member of our group but she backed out of this, and again Divecrew were very understanding of this. The customer service was extremely professional, kind and also very helpful. In terms of our actual training, Steve and the rest of the instructors were brilliant, making sure we were all comfortable in the water and the skills they were teaching us. All the Divecrew instructors and team are a lovely group of people, and in the future we will always come back to Divecrew if we want to do additional courses. If you are unsure of whether to contact Divecrew for training, please do not hesitate to give them a call! Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed our experience with them and can't recommend them enough to everyone. Thanks to the whole team for giving us such a positive experience of diving and being so lovely :) I would give them 100/5 stars if I could!

Just completed my rescue course. Very thorough. A challenging course but I felt supported all the way through. Divecrew take the sport seriously and actually want you to be safe diving rather than just get you through a course. Great place to learn.

I first came across Divecrew looking for a dive shop that sells high-quality snorkels, masks and fins for my 5-year-old boy to take on vacation. The staff has been most helpful in finding the right gear for my son, and the advice I received was professional, and the team was super friendly. A week later, my wife treated me to an Open Water course with Divecrew for my birthday. Yesterday, I passed my certificate, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything has been professional, friendly, and well-organised throughout the journey, from the first inquiry, the first theory session, and the first confined pool session to the open water days. My open water dive team, including Martin, Roger, and Mel, for their patience, diligence and professionalism. They are an enjoyable and lovely bunch of people who care about teaching others the art of diving. I cannot recommend Divecrew highly enough and would encourage any new and old diver to take their courses.

Had a great experience with all of the team at Divecrew. I have just finished my open water course with Martin and he was absolutely fantastic. After explaining my fear of water, fish and learning to dive Martin was really patient and took his time to explain everything to me and completely put me at ease. He made the diving experience fun and has filled me with confidence! Thanks Divecrew!

Went to Divecrew for a battery change on my Sunnto D6i and noticed this dent on the back that was definitely not there before !. I am very careful with my dive kit!, called them back and had a chat with Sue the co owner , It was suggested that I may have dropped a dive cylinder on it !, to me it looks like a flat bladed screwdriver and a hammer was used to knock the backplate into place !. Before this happened I rated Divecrew 5 stars . It’s a shame I’ve had to give a bad review.

Amazing place with incredibly friendly & knowledgeable staff . We went across purely to look around the store , as my wife is considering diving while abroad . We decided it was worth buying the basics (mask , snorkel , fins) before we go . Shani took my wife under her wing and explained the different makes , styles and options of numerous items While having her try on different sizes to get the correct fit and different styles to find what was most comfortable . Having spent at least 30 minutes with us , Shani quoted us a price for the items we were potentially looking to purchase , but said that she was more than happy to keep them to one side (they were the last in the desired style & colour) , so that we could go away and have a discussion about everything before making a final decision on the order . Unfortunately I can only award 5 stars or I would have rated Shani & her colleague ( I do know her name but dont want to risk misspelling it ) much higher for their professionalism and fantastic customer service

So I learned to scuba dive at Divecrew many years ago and I have been an instructor with the dive centre for many years. Divecrew is unique, certainly in respect of adaptive teaching for those with disabilities, which is my passion. No where else in the world will you find a dive centre that has invested so much to ensure that the vast majority of the instructional team ar trained in adaptive teaching. The ethos at Divecrew is focussed firmly on enjoyment and performing to meet the standards set out by the diver training agencies. They achieve this and transfer the dive team's enthusiasm and enjoyment of diving to those new to scuba diving and those who wish to develop their diving. The Master Instructors are charged by the owners with maintaining the centre's high standards and reviewing how they can further develop and enhance the centre's scuba diving offerings. In the dive centre you will always, should you require it, receive expert advice about dive courses, equipment, holiday venues, UK recreational diving in quarries and the sea and equipment servicing. Divecrew continually strives to deliver the best service possible. The staff are engaging, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. I am been on many Divecrew holidays over the years, they are well led and managed and most of all the Divecrew spirit comes through and everyone has a rewarding and enjoyable experience. If you want to progress to professional status then there is no where better than Divecrew. Their Master Instructors are highly experienced across a range of diver training agencies. There is a mentoring scheme if you want to embark on the Divemaster programme, you get an assigned instructor. The MIs regularly assess the dive team in the classroom, in the pool and in open water to ensure clients receive the best possible experience and that the high standards set are maintained. Exceptionally they run Master Class - both theory (classroom based) and practical (pool and open water) for trainee Divemasters right through to senior instructors. This learning far exceeds the information found in diver training agency manuals and courses. The Divecrew team never stops learning and that the owners Sue and Martin invest so much time and effort into making Divecrew 'simply the best' is impressive. So I teach for fun, it is my hobby, scuba diving is my passion BUT I am a free agent and I can teach wherever I want. My choice is to teach at Divecrew I maybe be an instructor but I am also a customer, I go on holidays, as a customer, with Divecrew -I buy all my kit with Divecrew - I do all my training in Divecrew. Put simply you will NOT find a better dive centre in the UK than Divecrew - try it out, you won't regret it. Two photos of special note Divecrew owner Martin with triple amputee Josh - the world's first triple amputee Rescue Diver and also in the pool Gary Green , who lost the sight in his right eye and suffered serious physical injuries helping a diver to achieve his dying wish - to dive again - this is what makes Divecrew SPECIAL
