Visited last week to speak about a potential holiday. I spoke with a travel agent called Dione, what a funny man he was! Me and my wife thought he was brilliant. Dione gave us great top tips about America and listened to what we actually wanted. First time visiting this tui store. However I will be back to book with Dione! Great guy Store was busy, however I was seen within 5 minutes. Tidy and great customer service.

Visited today to pay off our holiday. Upon entry we were greeted by Jess, smiley and willing to assist us. We were seated straight away and were able to achieve payment within a matter of minutes. We were also made to feel more at ease with our holiday to Egypt. Nice to have peace of mind. I prefer going in store to make holiday bookings, not only are the staff friendly and helpful but they strive to deal with all/any issues or questions that you cannot get from an online booking

We saw Jess today who helped us with our booking. She was lovely and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Top notch customer service, couldn't fault TUI. Jess, you are a credit to TUI!

Booked our holiday today with Atul so helpful , friendly and a very pleasant man. Would definitely recommend him to friends so nice to talk to him and not a computer. He is truly an asset to your team.

Went to the TUI store in Dunstable. Great experience, I usually book my holidays online but will definitely be visiting the store from now on. Jeannie was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. She understood exactly what type of holiday we were searching for and put a great package together for me and the family. Highly recommend anyone to go in store and ask for Jeannie to assist them. Visited the TUI shop today and whilst there was a bit of a wait to be seen I can't speak highly enough of Atul who helped us get a holiday booked. Only 2 of us could make it to the shop but we were booking for 6, and his patience (and guidance) whilst we confirmed details with the others and the way he navigated the system to find the alternatives to flight times and booking options was fantastic. He persevered to find us exactly what we were looking for : 6 Happy Holidaymakers thanks to his good work & customer focus attitude, Thankyou.

We have visited the TUI Dunstable store on a number of occasions, each time the staff have been extremely helpful, informative and seek to find the best deal for you. A special mention has to go to Elle who has always been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and really takes into consideration all her customers requirements. We are travelling as a group of mixed ages from grandparents to toddlers - Elle has really taken this into account when seeking holiday options for us, ensuring that all in the group are catered for whilst giving her expert advice. Excellent customer service, and always with a smile.
