Place is great as per a 3 star hotel - the hostess was very welcoming, the cooked breakfast was fine, the room was very warm when we entered, and bed itself was quite comfortable. Not hard to reach from Heathrow either by bus

I wanted to love it but a refresh is needed! Felt like I had strayed into someone's home and they said sure stay if you want... An historic house and village near Heathrow was what I wanted for the night and the bed was super fresh and clean.
