We have had our swim spa delivered and installed this week. The service from start to finish has been amazing, we decided to have the swim spa sunken into our patio. Gil was extremely accommodating and Theo took time to visit us and agree the installation project. Nothing was too much hassle and it was great to have a one stop shop who took care of everything, including an aftercare service agreement. Truly profession company with truly great staff. We had our hot tub installed at the end of August, and it's fantastic. Tracy dealt with our order, she was very helpful and gave us great advice. She kept hold of our tub until we got the area we wanted it installed in prepared, which took longer than we originally planned due to unforeseen circumstances. Lee came to do the site visit before the installation and again was very helpful and professional. On the day it was delivered, he was here with his team, they were all very polite and efficient. Lee stayed to go through the cleaning procedures and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend this company.

From meeting Gil at the “test swim” to getting in the first time, the HTSC have been fabulous. I have appreciated them “doing it all” from beginning to end. We had some hiccups that they handled with supportive reassurance along the way especially with “third times’ the charm with the crane! I would highly recommend them.

We bought a barrel sauna with a window at the shop as it was a display piece on discount.. what was installed and delivered when I get back to the UK was another sauna all together without a window. They refuse to fix it and are claiming that it’s the same.. Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

Fantastic team from order to installation and after service. Quick to answer any queries and the installation team were great to deal with, working exceptionally hard over two days to do the base and install.

We bought our hot tub in May '23. I've waited a while to let you know how we are getting on with it. Gil helped us with the purchase. We did spend much more than we had originally planned but it was worth it. We had previously owned a Sundance Spring that was 15 years old. We went for the Hydropool Signature 790 self-cleaning model in Cedar. It's hard to tell how much it is costing to run, I think about £15 per week. This is significantly cheaper than our old one. Cost has a lot to do with where a hot tub is positioned in the garden and modern insulation techniques. (Old one is now in use by my son and it costs a lot less as it in now in full sun - when the sun shines, we had it in shade.) The self-cleaning aspect of the Hydropool works very well. We have never has such clear water. And there are never any bits in it as there is a constant hoovering process. It does need to have the filter cleaned every week to 10 days, depending on use. We have 2 filters in order to deep clean one while the other is in use. All the staff we came into contact with were extremely helpful. Thanks to Gil and Theo for making sure we had a smooth delivery of our new tub and relocation of the old one.

My Experience was Brilliant I needed a hot tub for my disabled wife so it need to be spacific dimensions and I know nothing about hot tubs after sitting down with Gil from the sales team she helped with the choosing of a soft tub. When it came to the installation the team where professional. My wife can now have her hydrotherapy when ever she feels like it Thank you to all the Team.

Excellent sales service from Gil, very kind, professional and super helpful. Tom is great on product support and ongoing maintenance. Theo, the owner, is a lovely person, responsive and thoughtful. The team are always willing to go the extra mile to assist. John and his team were excellent on groundworks and installation, perfect with no issues and willing to, again, go the extra mile to ensure our installation looks excellent. We have a 19EX SwimSpa and 970 Hot tub and couldn’t be happier.

We bought our hot tub and it was delivered and installed within a few days. The team were very efficient in setting it up and super helpful in sharing with us how to set up and maintain the hot tub. The hot tub itself is a fantastic product, with great features and easy maintenance.
