I bought 2 combination cast iron fireplaces from The Architectural Forum and was most impressed with the customer care from start to finish. Nadine provided me with very useful advice as I needed my chimney breast opened up and fireplaces re-instated and then once she knew what kind I was looking for, provided me with a bingo moment with both beautiful fireplaces and got me in touch with one of her trusted installers. It is very rare in London these days to have such exceptional care from a business. Well worth the visit for anyone considering going there.

We have been really happy with the Architectural Forum. We found a beautiful and unusual marble fireplace here, much better value than other shops we'd looked at, plus a cast iron insert and hearth, and had it all installed efficiently and painlessly at a very reasonable price. Nadine in the shop was a pleasure to deal with and took great trouble in getting us what we needed. A very good experience and I highly recommend this place.

We recently bought a fabulous reclaimed Victorian carrara marble surround and cast iron insert from The Architectural Forum. Nadine was incredibly helpful - nothing was too much trouble, and the rest of her staff were terrific too. And their recommended fitter (Mark) did an amazing job of installing the fireplace in our property. We can't recommend The Architectural Forum highly enough!

Beautiful things sold by lovely people. I bought 9 beautiful refurbished cast iron radiators from Architectural Forum in 2020. They still look incredible and function much better than then modern imitations they replaced. I needed to change a bleed valve in one of them last week. Nadine found the valve for me, posted it to me and has refused to charge me for it. A great company.

Awful company and customer service, do not recommend. I purchased and paid for an item that was already sold. The purchase was cancelled without any direct contact or notification and I had missed out on another item elsewhere. However, I persevered in order to find another one similar, was promised a reduced price then was told she sold that one as well minutes later because she clearly changed her mind. It's still on the website. Absolute waste of time.

The Architectural Forum supplied us with a gorgeous reclaimed fireplace as part of our house refurbishment project last year and more recently also restored another original fireplace for us. Nadine and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful in turning things around for us within a very tight deadline.
