It used to be okay when I visited last year. Now it's terrible. Not the brand just this boutique. In other Aesop boutiques, staff are quite friendly and able to help. Give your advise as well as give your space. And when you checked out they would give you the samples of what you've bought and told you to use the sample first in case of you want exchange or refund the product if you had any allergic or other problems. But this store, at least when I visited it last month, didn't have well trained staff. Even forgot to give me the receipt in which it should say about the policy of exchange/return. Just try to avoid this boutique and go to other Aesop store. It's a typical store in Westfield London, you can never expect the same level of service from other stores located elsewhere even they are under the same brand. Because Westfield has enough customers so they don't care.

You can smell this outside the store. I walk past it everytime and I can smell it. They've so many varieties to pick from.

Went to this store recently to get a gift. Tbh, cost value is not there; but kudos to the company turning all this into a big hype, and people seem to be shelling money. On the day of my visit to this store, there was a tall gent with North American accent. I get that he is doing his job, but there is a fine line between being attentive vs. pestering people with redundant questions and fake greetings. Felt like I walked into a US store. The entire staff feels quite inauthentic in their communication style and pretentious in a store that sells soap, hand lotion etc...

Friendly staff, stunning store and products but didn’t get offered any free samples despite spending ~£30 on a single bottle of hand wash at each visit. Probably you get treated if you aren’t there with a face-ful of clown like make up. Far better experience at the Aesop Concession inside Selfridges where I spent the same amount for a minuscule amount of products but got my skin type noted down by the friendly Asian gentleman who offered me at least 10 samples of different products from hand balms to masks to face creams! Need o say more?!?

Excellent service. Staff very helpful and went through a few products interesting in purchasing. Bought a few items. Love them. Deodrant is excellent quality, great smell and worth the price. My go to brand for soaps, perfumes and other skincare products. Highly recommend...

Beautiful store, each one is unique and Westfield's has a fabulous resin counter that has the appearance of a bar of soap.... I love their body scrubs, hand washes and the essential post poo drops ( which makes everything smell Lovely after 😉). I have several perfumes, which smell divine, my personal favourite is Eremia. Really lovely knowledgeable staff. Always a treat to shop here.

First of all let me say Aesop is expensive but it is also very good quality. The customer service is EXCELLENT. Bought myself a deodorant which is all natural, smells great and does not irritate my skin. Also tried the perfume on the picture ( not my hand ;-)) and it is smells wonderful so hopefully a treat in the future. The Aesop hand-creams are a treat also, the scent is out of this world.

It was my first time visiting an Aesop store and I had the best experience. Tom was extremely helpful and talked me through all the suitable products and gave me a demonstration. I will be back! Thanks again Tom for being so informative and friendly.

Have been an Aesop customer for a very very long time, first bad experience in this store. Tried to get something for Xmas today but very disappointed to come home empty handed. Kudos to the manager, a small shop has same amount of staff and customers, so it appears to be very busy. Having selected a rather expensive travel set then someone put it behind the counter, when waiting to pay, no one were there to help, I mean there were at least 8 staff there, some were busy gift wrapping, but some just standing around and looking into the distance - assuming they were day dreaming, which was too precious to be interrupted. After 15 mins of waiting, no one was there to help, so decided to leave. Suggestion to the store manager, you need at least 1 person guarding the til so you don’t lose customers this way. And train your staff to acknowledge when customers are waiting.

11/10 customer service, definitely worth the price. Shoutouts to the two ladies that worked there who made our experience extremely memorable.

I have always had the best customer experience with Aesop in general. This store is not an exception either. The staff is very accommodating and never fails to reassure me in my loyalty towards the brand by adding that extra value. :)

I recently had the most amazing experience at Aesop in the White City store. A lovely employee Justas who had just joined Aesop went over an above for me with the full Aesop experience. This included detailed analysis of each product he was recommending me, a generous supply of samples and his personal advise from a avid Aesop consumer before he started working there. Which i can now say after trialling them they are perfect for my skin! He was also happy to stay past the shutting hours to continue speaking with me. Thank you Justas! The new aesthetics of the shop is amazing and worth a visit! highly recommend visiting and you get excellent customer care!
