Walpole Park boasts a variety of facilities including kid's playground, kiosk café, historic wildlife interpretations panels, fish ponds with fountains and a serpentine lake. Beautifully landscaped Park homing the historic Manor House and Art Gallery. It also hosts community events such as the Ealing Summer Festival with live music and arts performances.

The best park in London, in my humble opinion. Fantastic festivals every Summer, premium children's playground, and many different bits and bobs to keep your walk interesting. Excellent size, nicely maintained, has 2 water features and water birds nesting. Getting married in Pitzhanger Manor and taking photos at the park later in May, wish me luck and good weather.

A beautiful park with lots of lovely flower beds, an amazing playground which is suitable for all different ages of children. There is a pond, lots of wildlife around. A beautiful avenue of trees. The cafe is adequate and near the playground. Toilet facilities need work due to vandalism but all in all a very lovely park to visit... not to mention Pitshanger Manor Museum too!

Another great discovery during lockdown. Lovely open space with water features and a lovely cafe. Lots of places to sit and reflect. Also loved the numerous plaques and historical facts dotted around. Will definitely revisit.

Nice park for a short walk. To walk around it it takes around 10-12 minutes. You’ll find here nice garden and impressive, big, tall trees. There is a cafe and there are free toilets for people visiting that park. From scale 0-10 I’ll give that park strong 6. It’ll be nice for 2-4 km run 🏃.

Beautiful park. I visited almost every day during my stay in Ealing. I especially liked the lake and the garden. Had lovely time reading books in various spots of the park. It has a corner for every taste. Livelier spots and more peaceful corners. The plaques giving historical and botanical info were a nice touch and fun to discover around the park!

Cute and easily accessible park in the middle of Ealing Broadway - much bigger than it looks on first sight. Beautiful during any season of the year and usually packed, unless there's a thunderstorm outside. It contains many different types of plants and trees throughout, benches with inscribed quotes, a couple of lakes with various kinds of birds chilling around and more. Walpole Park makes a great destination for a walk, chilling on the grass or by the lakes, going for a workout or just relaxing and eating during your lunch break. There are many different shops around the park (mainly towards the train station), so you'll be able to get a coffee or food or anything that works for you before - or after - your visit. P.S: on a fun little note, excellent location to play Pokemon Go by yourself or with your friends, take my word for it. (Photos from last August)

Walpole park: Different season revisited two years on. The park is as beautiful and busy as ever. The lungs for Londoners to relax in. Building work to the entrance is now completed and the gardens are a great place to relax in. The gardens are not too formal or fussy and are a pleasure to be in. Took more photos of this May season.

This park is so wonderful, a brilliant local park with two little bodies of water. Perfect for walks or runs, or picnics when the weather is nice. There is a great playground for kids, there are some free public toilets, a little cafe, and a bandstand that has saved me from the rain many times. There is also a water refill station just outside one of the entrances, and it is very near Ealing Broadway, so perfect for getting some food.

Walpole Park is a great park that needs more support from government - as most parks do. It used to be the grounds of Sir John Soane, until it opened up to the public in 1901. I'm told that there are 28 acres of land to form the grounds. Though I mostly stay by the water features - the ornamental Serpentine Lake, bordering the House's rear lawn, and the west pond, because I like birds 🐦. The water features are small but attract an impressive range and high density of birds - mostly waterfowl. Fortunately they are not being injured as much as in many other London parks. However there are several dog walkers who met their dogs chase them and dive in the water - often unsupervised. There are a few problems with antisocial gatherings - usually close to closing times It is itself a grade two listed park, and there are several grade one and two listed features within the park. Notably the excellent grade one listed Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery. As I write this there is an interesting outdoor modern art exhibition of crows. Fans of Monty Python can even find a shrubbery here =)

The Ealing blues festival was back, but they couldn't have everything that was there before Covid. That said £8 for a whole days music! You can't knock it. In all a great day.

Our puppy's favourite place to do zoomies. Well maintained especially after a weekend of sunshine when people treat the place like a dumpster. Appreciate the efforts to keep it a clean environment for animals to roam around without being hurt by rubbish.

Situated amidst the vibrant bustle of the city, this remarkable historic park offers an oasis of tranquility. Its exquisite enclosed gardens, adorned with intricate designs, are accompanied by engaging historical descriptions. These narratives vividly illustrate the evolution of each area, making it an enlightening journey for both adults and children alike. Moreover, nestled within its serene surroundings, the park features a charming café—a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the park's ambiance while relishing delightful refreshments.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Annual Blues Festival in Walpole Park, Ealing on Sunday! Magnificently organised as usual.. super sounds, great performers, sufficient seating.. + a variety of refreshments available! In addition, the sun appeared.. unlike the previous days heavy downpour on Saturday. Our very lucky day indeed !

This is a lovely park in Ealing. Lots of nature and wild birds. Great to have a good walk for exercise and bring your pets. There’s a gallery at the entrance which you can go in to see some exhibits.

This is one of the nicest parks in London. Two ponds, trees, play area for children, cafe, it has everything; and Lammas is right next to it, so you can soend time in both. It's well maintained, clean etc. The only issue with it is they sometimes close the public bathrooms for long periods of time (months!)

This is a lovely park for dog walking and walking. There's a children's play area and at certain times, a small coffee bar. Just be aware that they lock the gates in the evening and closing times are not generally signposted on the gates... Nobody will tell you that they are being locked, they will just lock you in without warning! To get out, you will either have to climb the gates or call the council. Be warned!

Nice clean park with children's play area for all ages. Different cafes and food options in and around the park, and just a short stroll from Ealing Broadway with its shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking and close to public transport. Great park for dogs.

It's absolutely amazing and beautiful place. The park is really big enough for everyone even for those that want a bit of little privacy. Also you've a little hidden coffee/restaurant just on a side. Playground for kids and everything for everyone as long as you're thankful you'll be definitely enjoy your time. Stay blessed Jesus Christ is King and He is coming back soon!

It's a really lovely place, often not as crowded as one might expect. It has a great little café at the 'Broadway' end and delightful little lakes and other features for young children, like playgrounds

There are no two days, where this park looks the same. I walk through this every single day and I still remain awestruck with the beauty this park holds. A very lively spot and immense joy each time. A must go if you enjoy some time out alone under a tree sketching or reading away. Cherry on top, good play spots for kids and dogs.
