Wifi connection was very poor, beds uncomfortable and the windows leading onto the main street were not insulated at all so a lot of noise was coming in. However we could have handled this. What we could not handle was the disrespect of the night hotel staff : They kept talking on speaker on their phone in the hallway and we could hear every single word as if they were standing right next to us. We asked them 3 times throughout the night to keep it down, the first 2 times they respected our wish a bit but after the third time they didn't even bother to try and be quite. Never ever coming here again. I usually don't give 1 star reviews but this experience was really, really bad.

The main road outside is incredibly loud at night. The room was also not particularly clean with hairs on the bed sheets and towels. There is also no secure overnight parking available within a walking distance from the hotel.

Great place to stay...booked a single bed room to rest during the nights...the rooms are clean and decent..a set of clean towels and clean linen are provided. The toilet aka washroom, bathroom is common for this particular set of single bed rooms.. very clean.. The receptionists are available 24*7 ...the location is great, since it's located near the main street ... It can get noisy at times but can't blame the hotel for it ..overall great place to crash in if ur on a holiday and Gonna be out the entire day. The room has a smart TV along with a small table fan which was a boon during the heatwave. There is also a kettle in the room wid coffee and tea ..not sure if it's replenishable. 4.5/5

It was a bad experience. The rooms were dirty and small and not cleaned often. The wifi was very bad. At the end of the stay they tell people to give them 5 stars for free gifts and sometimes take their phones and write a good review themselves. Thats why there are so many good reviews. Would not recommened this hotel.

I have no idea about the hotel how it would be so I just read the reviews but got disappointed. Room was to small compared to normal double rooms , no one came to clean or tidy your room like other hotels do . And it’s tooo noisy in the night because it’s on broadway high street can’t get enough sleep due to noise outside they should have soundproof windows atleast for the guests rooms .

Lovely little hotel! Fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants and station. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, would definitely recommend and would stay again. The staff carried our luggage to and from our room, and even gave us an upgraded room upon arrival. Ordered us an Uber, finding the best deal and making sure we didn't pay extortionate taxi prices, and as we didn't have an account, offered to order from their personal account and we gave them the cash. Overall experience was lovely from start to finish.

For the price it can’t be beaten it is a budget hotel but the bedding was spotless the bed was comfy tele and tea making facilities in the room plenty of sockets for charging overall a decent stay. My only gripe is shared bathroom and shower facilities but these were kept clean and well stocked so it isn’t a negative just be prepared to share. The area the hotel is located is amazing too loads of shopping opportunities very fairly priced food places and connections to central London are easy from Southall station.

Overall bad experience in this place. The street is very loud. The staff was even louder, we had to ask them 3 times to be quieter at night and in the early morning. They were just chatting to each other and speaking on the phone very loudly in the corridor. Wifi doesn’t work more than a couple minutes at a time. Pillows felt like resting your head on a bag of tennis balls. Just pay a bit more and find a decent place to stay.

The manager on days was a great, professional guy, accommodating and helpful. The rest of the staff were very rude. The residents I think and staff at night were very loud. The worst part of my stay was the stench the room had. Omg it was horrible, smelled like a busted sewage pipe. It was really bad. I covered with my clothes and put a towel on the pillow cus it wasn’t the most clean place. One night the night guy almost didn’t let me in after buzzing and telling him my room number and showing him on cam I had a key. He was really rude. I highly DON’T recommend stay here. Pay a little bit more for a better value.

Amazing stay! Clean room, WIFI, shared bathroom, excellent price and brilliant service. The Broadway inn also went above and beyond as I left my jacket there and they were kind enough to keep it for me and post it back to my address. Thank you so much!

So clean, quiet, cool breeze comes through the window. Don't need to think about any bugs or dirty toilets. Toilets are so clean made me feel like I am only the one using this toilet.

The staff is very kindly. He carried my heavy luggage to my room and to the entrance. Also he was willing to allow to leave my luggage there after checkout as well. The room and bathroom is clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and my small room was clean and had everything i needed. Soundproof from the outside really good but inside you can hear people coming into their rooms.

Have stayed for 5 nights. I really appreciate the prompt responses of the helpful and friendly staff. I noticed the bathrooms are tidy and clean after cleaning by staff everyday, but some housemates just did not clean after themselves. The location of this guesthouse is also convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants around. It's only take 20 minutes to travel from Southall to Paddington or Heathrow.

Great place to stay! Good value rooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Various shared areas (shared kitchen with washing machine facility). 24 hour front desk and very polite staff.

disgusting hotel. was damp on the walls. room stank of damp too. was going to stay for the night as i had paid, until i say the shared bathroom. almost threw up. shower was all orange. tiny sink hanging off the wall. i left immediately.

Friendly staff

Absolutely diabolical. Used this place as a last resort and honestly felt more comfortable out in the car. Both the hotel in general and the room itself were horrifically unsanitary. I had to take antibacterial wipes for everything I touched. There were old mattresses blocking the way to my room and burn marks all over my bed. By far the worst hotel I've ever had to stay at. Honestly not worth paying anything.

Excellent service, staff are friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at the Broadway Inn for the past few weeks for work and haven't had a issue. I recently got Ill but had booked a room and wasn't able to make it however RAZ was able to amend the dates and book me in for the following week which was highly appreciated.

Nice and friendly staff. They let me check in earlier. Great location for Heathrow airport workers/commuters (10 minutes train from Southall), near good restaurants and shops as well. Reasonable price.

The expirience wasn't positive. It is hard to find, only way to enter is be let in. Which can take a couple of minutes. Only positive about this is that they let you in 24/7 The hotel tried to buy a 5 star review with a small gift. Even if you don't want to leave a review they are pushing it. I would not trust any 5 star review that has been left. The room is small, the bed was fairly clean (a bit dirty at the footend in the covers) The WiFi was very bad, couldn't delive a message. There was no free socket for charging my phone, had to unplug the small tabletop fan. The toilets are on the 1st floor, had a room on the ground floor, so this was not practical.

Nice place in the heart of southall. Easy access to Heathrow Airport and good connectivity to central London Nice staff very helpful as well. I had 3 suitcase the the staff member helped me take them to my room which I really appreciate. Best Hotel to live in southall
