Enjoy the meal with family. Amazed to find out that it's half prize on Mon Tues and Wednesday before late afternoon. Burgers were freshly made and very tasty. The entire family enjoyed the meal and clean environment. Staff was also very friendly and helpful

Popped in and went for the Lunch offer (burger and fries) Firstly the presentation was great the burger looks just like it does in the menu photos (unlike a lot of places these days) the patty is not processed meat you can really tell the difference a lot of care and attention has gone into it, also the chips are cooked to perfection, they tasted fresh with a nice crunch and no oil or grease. The restaurant is clean inside and spacious and the staff were welcoming. Overall I really enjoyed the beef burger and will be back to try their other items. Now for the negatives. Prices are abit too high imo and their chicken burger was very poor, had a flour covered brioche bun which was too hard, the chicken patty is smaller than it looks in the menu and was too crunchy so giving this place a score of 4 stars. First time I have been here. The customer service was brilliant nice clean place the chicken burger was great the chips was nice didn't get one but the milkshakes looked 👌 👍 if I pass this way again I will definitely pop in

Excellent food! I had the signature shawarma platter and kofta plate, both were cooked fresh with amazing flavour in both dishes. Service was excellent. The food and service definitely lived up to expectations and I cannot recommend this place enough. I do not understand why people have given this place 1* - I only assume they are bittersweet rivals.

The food was okay, I think I had better. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. This wa my second time visiting this place and the second time just did not live up to expectation, they had a sour sauce that they used for the burger that really ruined the flavour.

This place is dirty, one of the staff was not wearing gloves and had dirty long nails. The other one was wearing gloves but he didn’t use them just for handling the food, he touched everything with them: the register counter, money, door of fridge, etc. then he decided to take one off and blew inside it to reuse it. I felt disgusted by this place and would never go again. Food was also very average and overpriced, the vegan brioche bun didn’t do it for me.

Given the hype and mission statement (five star food, etc), we were thoroughly disappointed with our meals. The chicken burger was basically a large nugget and the spicy beef burger was below average, I decided not to finish it after a few bites. On a side note the garlic mayo was good.

Amazing shawarma wrap and chips, the flavour is absolutely delicious and the service to receive the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant as it's very high quality and clean. This is also my first time here and definitely my favourite burger restaurant in the area.

The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the fries, that's where this restaurant has saved itself in my taste buds, I got the halloumi burger this time round and it was awful, no flavour to it at all, it was like chewing on rubber, the sauce inside it was like garlic yogurt instead of mayo, there was so much I used several tissues to scoop it out. The chilli sauce was basically lemon sauce, way to tangy. I honestly can't believe I spent £10 on this meal. Previously I got the chicken shawarma wrap which had some taste to it but the portion was so small and again over powered by the garlic yogurt that it came with. More yogurt then chicken, that's how bad. I have been to this place 3 times and the first time was when I got the lunchbox burger meal, this again was awful. I'm saddened to say that I will not be going any more times. 3 different meals and all bad is the limit for me. I tried. Also a side note, get rid of the previous prices make the restaurant look so down-market, £9 for a single cheese burger reduced to £5.99🙃 be serious.

Extremely over priced. Reheated frozen burger and reheated frozen fries. This place takes the piss. £7 for a burger that is so basic and so obviously frozen before. No thanks. Too many restaurants these days take the piss. Dont let them. Ask for better

good service and polite girl working there, cooked nicely but burger itself taste like flies meat, nowhere near meat taste, cross the road much tastier, or maybe taste like oven cleaner because i was there after 10pm. £10 burger and chips in west Ealing with that quality not suprised why you not busy.

After a long drive, I stopped at this burger restaurant since we loved the flavour of burgers and I wanted my diabetic uncle to eat out. Unfortunately, the young Iraqi man who usually serves customers with a smile couldn't be seen performing other tasks he is a good man . I have diabetes, so we drove a long way to eat here. Unfortunately, after we politely inquired if we could use the restroom, the kurdish short guy told us that they didn't offer restrooms to anyone, which made us upset and made us lose our appetite never going back they just a lost a customer. Zero star for customer services no issue with food just attitude of the kurdish guy.

Our burgers were delicious, the service was efficient and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

After all the positive reviews I have had my burger here. Maybe I had too much expectations. Bit salty to my taste. Tasted similar to mcd burgers. But the service was instant

I was there 3 years ago when it opened, I was there during covid, and recently today. It has nothing to do with what was once. Small burger, the meat tastes like those from Burger Ling and the price is twice as high. For the money I definitely recommend going elsewhere for a burger.
