Stayed back in April. Arrived early and got my room, used as one night stay before a connection flight in the morning. Easy access to London via a bus and tube, easy access to the bus to the terminal. The room was clean, the usual high standard from Premier Inn, all the usual room amenities. Well informed of facilities and breakfast time. Breakfast was self service and was well stocked and more than enough. Shame I could have stayed longer and ate more. Never used the bar or the coffee shop but would appear to be very convenient. The hotel appeared modern and had parking if you need it. Close the the airport but not a single bit of noise. I will stay here again even if I’m traveling from a different terminal. Always enjoy a Premier Inn and this was up there with the rest

Brilliant location at Heathrow. We were actually flying out of T3, but this Premier Inn at T4 was so much cheaper than the others at Heathrow and I knew about the Hoppa bus so knew we could jump on that in the morning to take us to T3 for just £6 for an adult (kids ride free). The staff were amazing at reception and very helpful. At dinner our waiter was so much fun with the kids and chatted and was very attentive. I cannot fault my experience. I use Premier Inn as often as I can when travelling around the UK as the rooms are always immaculate, you know exactly what you are getting, and as a single parents of 2 kids, they both get to eat breakfast for free as I am a paying adult. Highly recommended if you are on a budget. Beds are super comfy and despite being at an airport it was so quiet and we had views of planes taking off from our room…bonus!

We came to this hotel after booking it at last minute due to our previous hotel being a huge disappointment. We were so happy with the change. The check in process was very easy. The hotel was very easy to access and get around. Our room was very spacious, and comfortable. We got a nice view of the runway from our hotel room. I really liked the mirror with the LED light in our room. Our breakfast was very nice. They have a Costa that is open 24hrs. They also have a walk way that is connected to terminal 4 so getting to the airport is very easy. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the toilet handle was broken and the parking costs £20 per day. However, it was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Good value, standard hotel. It's a Premier Inn so not exactly luxurious, but is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Right next to terminal 4 so very convenient (there's a covered elevated walkway from the terminal, about a five minute walk at normal pace). Even if you're not using it for access to Heathrow, it's still good as a base for London or the surrounding area as the Elizabeth Line and Piccadilly line stations are beneath the terminal 4 building. Central London just 35 minutes away using the former, an hour or so with the latter. Room was at a good standard of cleanliness with just a couple of minor issues, but the most important parts (shower, toilet, bed, sink) were spotless. Bed was comfy, shower worked well, as did the heating. If you're worried about aircraft noise then don't be - the windows are good, I couldn't hear a thing. Rooms on the north side of the building have good views of the south runway, which was enough to entertain me. My only complaints were an odd smell in the corridor (didn't affect the room) and that the toilet flush never worked first time and needed several attempts. Otherwise a good place to stay, would recommend.

We've stayed here twice this year - once in July and just last week. It's a perfect location when you a)need to be near the airport and b) need a place to crash when your flight is canceled. It's conveniently connected to Terminal 4; super easy to get to the other terminals (be aware that the train only runs every 45 minutes). The beds are nice and big; clean showers; and food options downstairs. Great service too.

This room was an excellent value for the money. Comfortable bed, great shower and. Completely soundproof. I never heard a single plane. The staff is great, very attentive, helpful and kind. They have a good coffee spot and a nice restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.

22.07.2022 Very slick and modern hotel. Fully staffed with Hardly any waiting time to check in or get seated for a table. Ate dinner in the Thyme restaurant. Was a bit like a zoo at 9pm but this is expected. There is a proper Costa (not machine) as well as vending machines if you have forgotten anything. Rooms are what you expect, basic and no frills. Tunnel walk from Terminal 4 is 10 mins but seems longer with luggage. Would return and recommend.

We stayed here because we assumed it was the best option having to be close to Terminal 4 at Heathrow. A couple of things to note... Their website (and customer service) says it's a 4-6 min walk to the terminal. This is not true. It's about a 10-12 min walk. Not big deal but not honest. Hilton and Crown Plaza are much closer and better hotels. The rooms are old and outdated. The hairdryer didn't work. The linens were old and didn't feel clean. Their service is nearly non-existent If you just need a minimal room at a budget hotel, this will meet your needs. If you want anything more, I'd consider some of the options mentioned above.

Highly convenient accommodation should you be travelling from Heather T4. Firstly it's very easy for Taxi drivers to find when dropping you off, it has a covered space and underground car parking. Check-in takes all of 30 seconds if you've pre booked a room. The beds are comfy and the shower was decently powerful. From the 3rd floor you can directly leave the hotel to access terminal 4 which is provided by way of a covered walkway about a 6 to 7 minute walk. You can also checkout on this exit point so you don't been to make multiple trips downstairs with your bags. Thanks for a great stay. By the way, all of it has step free access.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4! The location is absolutely spot-on for anyone needing quick access to the airport – just an effortless 8-minute stroll through a dedicated connection tunnel from departures to the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was nothing short of marvellous, with delicious options and the added bonus of unlimited servings. Although it's about a 40-minute journey to central London via the underground, the convenience of the dedicated tunnel more than makes up for it. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring the safety of my luggage in the storage room until 6 pm, which allowed me to explore London without worrying about early checkout. Overall, a top-notch experience with Premier Inn – highly recommended for its prime location, cleanliness, delectable breakfast, and attentive staff. A solid 5 stars!

Staff were professional at check in, room was clean and very beautifully decorated. Looked very high class for a premier Inn. Had breakfast in the morning. Very cheap all you can eat cooked breakfast buffet. Food was nice and there was a huge selection. Very convenient stay if you're stranded at Heathrow. Short walk from terminal 4 and affordable

Like location as it is reached by the covered walkway at T4. 10/15 minute trudge to terminal depending on where you start. Surprisingly loud music in reception but friendly staff. Room ok. We booked the dinner and breakfast package which is good value and decent quality. Again good service at bar and in restaurant. We were flying from T5, there is a bus 100 metres from the hotel front door, quicker than walking to terminal and changing trains at T2/T3.

This is a great hotel for a night between flights. Especially if you're getting a great price. We got 4 full beds in one room so parents and kids could sleep together. Easy access via a covered walkway directly from Terminal 4. Great food options, we had a great dinner at reasonable prices and were able to grab a quick breakfast before heading over to the terminal. We would even consider staying here and taking the train into the city during a city trip because of the great price...

Enjoyed a nice meal when we arrived at the hotel on our first evening, made all the more special by the excellent service we received from our lovely waiter Valeriano. I’ve eaten in many places around the world but few waiters can measure up to his impeccable eye for detail. He polished our glasses, kept our wine topped up and answered all our questions about the food choices. Brilliant, 10/10 and I hope his employers appreciate him as much as we did. Thank you 😊

We had an exceptional experience at Thyme. Aldrich was attentive and friendly. It made the dining atmosphere truly enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, the service was prompt and courteous. We appreciate the team's dedication to making my visit memorable. We look forward to returning and savoring more of the delicious offerings with such outstanding service. Highly recommended! Kudos!

A good walk from Terminal 4, but it's clean enough and worth hanging your head for a night. It is not glamorous by any means. The check in process is strangely odd - the staff make it more complicated than it needs to be. The rooms are simple but quite large. They appear clean but are showing their age for sure. The bar and dining area is quite large. There is also a coffee bar with snacks. At the end of the day - it's fine. Very 'acceptable'

Good no frills very well price. Clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Shampoo but no conditioner, soap. If you need your room service, you need to ask. Restaurant and bar food very good. Bar portions very generous. Easy access to terminal. We will stay here again

Recently stayed at premier inn terminal 4 standard room overnight prior to returning to Australia. Room was as per photos on website, clean and presentable. Price was very reasonable, staff were numerous, helpful and friendly. We had the meal deal and breakfast which was also reasonably priced and tasty. Getting to terminal 4 was easy as there is a connecting walkway straight from level 2 of the hotel. Negatives for the hotel were small, pillow was very plump (like sleeping on 2 pillows) which gave the wife a soar neck and I myself did not enjoy sleeping on. The other being was that the bath shower, this did not affect us but if you were more elderly, climbing in and out the bath which was high could be difficult and could cause pose a problem.

Simply the most outstanding hotel in terms of price for the value provided, that I’ve ever stayed at over 26 years. Check in was fast and efficient, the rooms are separated from the elevators by a door and passageway which dramatically reduces the noise. Rooms are spacious, clean, well appointed. They even have the thoughtfulness to have a bottle opener attached to the table. Almost zero plane noise even being next to Heathrow. Terminal 4 is a covered walkway and 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and from there you can take the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line free of cost to any other terminal. They also have a Costa Coffee downstairs for your coffee needs, with some light snacks available 24x7. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. One tip : Please include some USB power outlets in the wall sockets or table lamps for us American tourists who may not have enough UK adapters.

Andrew was great at greeting us and giving us heads up on the hotel. Tiffany and Frank at Restaurant were superb along with others though it took them awhile to take our orders. Steak was not medium rare as asked and totally lacking taste, no dressing on kale and tomato was bland....we would not eat in again. Room still has smell of smoke in it. Housekeeping was great to resupply our tea and milk etc. Pity no pool, spa, gym or relaxation centre for meditation and prayer.

We had the premium plus rooms, and the beds were very hard even though they were supposed to be the upgraded versions. The customer service did not fulfill requests unless called. However, they are very kind and one had specifically been very helpful in giving us directions. The ac, and other room accommodations were also nice and inviting. They also held a package for me, which was easy and convenient to set up. Affordable and easy for tourists, yet far from the city center.

Very good value, usual premier inn rooms which are clean, comfortable and modern. Tea and coffee in rooms plus additional available in reception. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located at Terminal 4, a short 5 minute walk from the main building via a covered walkway. Trains link terminals 2 and 3 to Central London with Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line and Piccadilly line with London Underground (subway). Terminal 5 is a simple change at terminals 2/3. Free to transfer between terminals on the train. A chargeable bus also links the terminals. This hotel has a bar and restaurant attached.

Great location and very convenient to get to terminal 4. The rooms are small but neat and although the room was clean the carpets are filthy, especially in the corridors. We had the dinner and breakfast meal package, there was a variety to select from and the breakfast was good. The accommodation is good value for the price paid.

Perfect place to overnight before flying out of terminal 4 Heathrow. Rooms comfortable quiet and warm. Covered walkway goes from level 2 all the way to the terminal so you don't get wet getting to the airport. Brilliant idea. Not an expensive place to stay.

Fabulous service ... comfy rooms exceptionall bathroom shower x bed was epic. Staff were great nothing was too much trouble x car park was massive bonus x highly recommended to arrive early and pay for early check in to secure your parking for 24 hours x . Also the epic walk way and FREE Train travel to all terminals. Weather meeting people off a flight or just watching the planes it's well worth every penny Thank you Premier Inn London Heathrow T4

It's a good option for an airport stay. Short walk from T4. Rooms are clean and quiet. Decent dinner and breakfast. The only drawback was the Internet speed, I was getting less than 1 Mbps, reminded me of my dial up modem back in the late 1990s.

Surprisingly long walk from Departures; then new check-in didn’t work for us & it took Receptionist a while to check us in. Given room on Reception/bars/restaurant level so no long wait for lift. Usual Premier room, which is fine. Pleasant bar staff and very nice meal, served by Keagan - attentive and efficient. A good, quiet stay before flight.

Great value for money. Excellent customer care. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and caring. We went to spend the weekend for our son’s birthday. Special mention to one of the staff at the restaurant, Dixon, who made it memorable for my 6yo by bringing him a lovely decorated piece of cake and the team sang happy birthday to him. He was so pleased. The rooms are very clean and bed was very comfy. I noticed that the housekeeping staff took great effort in cleaning all the rooms, even wiping down the coat hangers. Easy access to tube station and Elizabeth line. Will definitely be coming back.

This is exactly what it says on the tin . Economy style hotel but offers more than you think. Reception staff were very friendly- the room is standard and basic but not lacking or overly cheap feeling . Very clean indeed. I went for dinner and it was super quick and pretty nice considering this place is very busy . John Fernandes gave attentive service and my bill came promptly. For the price Premier Inn ticks all the boxes and more. Very good 😊

We are staying here tonight before our flight to Canada tomorrow and I have to write a review already to say what an amazing staff member Deepti is! She greeted us with a smile, has been polite and extremely attentive throughout, remembers our orders and just gives that personal touch that every guest wants. She is an absolute asset to this hotel! Also the rooms are very clean, beds comfy, location excellent. Would recommend!

We use this hotel quite often and we find it great value, particularly with the meal deals. Staff in the restaurant are always very pleasant and helpful. Tonight we were served by Valeriano who advised us on the meals available, and he proved to be spot on. Meals were excellent.

Had a 3 day stay at Heathrow T4 as a treat from my partner. We had 2 nights where we had the great value meal deal and could not be happier with the outstanding service provided by Deepti on night one and John Fernandez night two. They were polite, friendly and ensured the best possible service despite the restaurant being busy. Very pleased. Thank you.

Overall nothing to write home about. The room was clean when I arrived. The staff was kind enough to help me with early check-in (extra 10 pounds) even if I arrived early and did not notice them in advance. I did not use the cleaning service, since my stay was short. My biggest complaint is regarding the lack of a toilet brush in the bathroom. I understand in the UK this item is not a fixture. However, I expected it to be accommodated since the hotel was both at an international airport and part of an international chain. The passageway from the terminal to the hotels was also very nice.

I was so disappointed with the treatment I got from the staff here. I was looking for a room on the 2nd of December. Fair enough they were booked out and they didn't have any to spare. I didn't have a problem with this. But to be told I had to leave the premises I found insulting. I had sat down to see if there was anywhere else I could find, mainly because it was a minimum of -2.2 in London. Understandably I didn't want to go outside in a hurry and it wasn't as if I had been there for several hours. I had literally just sat down. I have stayed at other Premiere Inns during my UK visit and have found the staff absolutely top notch in the way they deal with people.I had trouble paying for a room at one of them even. The online system was refusing to take my money. So they had reason to get narky with me.and they were totally patient. Shame. Because I was going home to tell everyone how great Premiere Inn was. Not now I'm not.

When everything just works and you get good service, you seem to forget to appreciate it. I booked the Premier Inn T4 for three days because of the location close to the airport as I am a hobby plane spotter. Upon arrival, I asked if I could get a room with a view of the airports, and yes, I could. I got the best view I could think of, thank you very much I say. I stayed in a premier plus room where there was water in the fridge and the possibility to make coffee. The room was spacious, clean and nice. As for the restaurant, it was also just a good experience. the breakfast buffet had a large selection of both hot and cold - and the atmosphere was just really nice and relaxing. I also used the restaurant in the evenings, I had no difficulty finding tasty dishes. I would also like to highlight the possibility that I myself was responsible for cleaning as a positive thing. I don't have to make my bed every morning or a new towel every day, this option gives me the freedom to feel at home. Naturally, I will choose the Premier Inn T4 when I come to London again.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay at this hotel for the 7 nights i was there. I could plane spot from my hotel window which to me was an amazing experience for me. A section of the wall in room 489 needed some paint and minor repairs but I didn't mind. Free Internet was also not the best (less than 1mbps) but hey, it works. I will definitely visit again. See you soon.

Rooms are spacious and in a great location to the airport. Meals were well done and the staff go over and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a pleasant stay. Our dinner staff was Keagan and he was absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend staying here to avoid the stress of rushing to the airport. 10/10 will be coming here the next time we have a flight.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn more than once, choosing the Terminal 4 location over the Terminal 2 one because we preferred it even though our entry/exit to the UK is through Terminal 2. However, on this occasion ( Dec 22) we were really disappointed. We were probably tired from our journey and maybe not so patient, but we felt customer service was non-existant and staff could not care less about their jobs. We needed the "twin" bed to be made up, there were no sheets in the room to do this ourselves so I called to ask for some bedding and instead of being greeted with a helpful response indicating that it would be no problem to provide us with the extra bedding I got an inquisition about the type of room I had booked. Apparently, I had not indicated that I had wanted to use the twin bed and this was quite an issue. Eventually it was agreed that some bedding would be organized. Several minutes later I received a phone call from housekeeping who again gave me an inquisition about why I should require bedding for the twin bed. Eventually Housekeeping said they would bring some but it would be some time before they got to me. I asked how long and they said 20 minutes, although it was about 11 pm I replied that this would be no problem, and thanked them, letting them know I was more than happy to wait for 20 minutes and I would go to the bar for drink. Instead of responding with a "thank you for your patience" I then got told I they wouldn't have time to make up the bed and I would have to do it myself. Although not impressed with the attitude of course I agreed to this. An hour later I went to my room to find there was no bedding delivered. By this time I was not impressed, it was now 12.30 and I had an early morning start. In addition, there were two of us in the room and only 1 towel, we had to ask twice for the extra towels as well. I will think twice before staying at this location again.

Very helpful staff. We were unable to check in on the first day but the reception staff still kept our booking and we were able to check in any time the next day. Great assistance! The food at the restaurant was really good. The service too was great, the staff was cheerful and we did not have to wait long for our food. Rooms - your standard room with basic amenities. Would've been nice if the room was attended to daily, bed made, etc Great location for what & where we had to be during our stay. The 30-40min Driving distance was very convenient. Close to Heathrow airport and all other hotels nearby.

Staff are excellent. Despite kiosks to check in , Andrew did it for me and took me to the window to show me where to catch the bus in the morning for T3. Irina and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Despite being self service, they were happy to bring things to your table. Finally Lacey, took me downstairs and outside to show me how to get to the bus for T5 as flight had changed. Better service than a full price/service hotel . The rooms are great too. Modern, clean and quiet.

Mostly good, but a few negatives stop this being a 4 star review. Good: The staff were all excellent, very pleasant and could not do enough for us. Rooms were very well priced too although the car park was £8 dearer than the Premier Inn on the other side of the airport. Rooms were exactly what you would expect, compact but clean enough. Bad: Tricky to work out that you need to take the Hilton ramp to find the place so we had to go round again to find the entrance. Main gripe was the good was not great, we had the mixed grill which was advertised as coming with a chicken breast but it had blatantly been cut in half as the other piece was on my mate's plate. Raised this with the waiter and got back some gibberish about the steak rather than answering us directly. Breakfast would have been excellent but the scrambled eggs were soggy with water, could not fault the bacon however. Would probably stop there again if the price was right.

Hotel is located walking distance from Heathrow terminal 4(although during covid terminal 4 is non operational and getting here is a bit of a hassle.I wish there was better communication about it) Breakfast buffet has been decent and ample although the staff over there is very amazing and take your experience to another level. Thank you tanzin and others. Overall this is a decent transit hotel with great staff.

Decided to have a break with my partner and a change of scenery. All I can say is that the customer service in this hotel, is splendid. ESPECIALLY ANDREW! absolutely fantastic, extremely welcoming, very professional and pleasant. The fact that we were his last customers at 23:00 yet he still managed to be upbeat and provide such great service, says a lot. Definitely deserves a promotion if he is not already at management level!!!!!

Where to start? The bed was firm, LIKE A ROCK FIRM, there were stains on the chair in the room and on the bed sheet, oh and there was almost no cell reception. The beyond burger however was lovely and the staff were polite and helpful. If you're stuck it'll do, but if you can afford to go elsewhere ...

Absolutely 10/10 recommend if you want a good night's rest before a big trip! So nice to kick off my shoes and relax after a busy day of travel and before a long flight the next morning. Room was extremely clean, peaceful, bed very comfy, I had a great view overlooking a runway and loved watching planes come in for landing! Staff was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I struggle with an anxiety disorder, especially when traveling solo so the kindness of the staff was grestly appreciated! Restaurant serves high quality food and drink and it was great having a 24/7 Costa available. Room was virtually soundproof despite being so close to a runway and I slept like a baby. There is a shuttle bus that runs to and from all terminals and a very helpful hotel employee giving directions and answering questions as people were waiting for rides in the morning. I pre-booked shuttle tickets which turned out to be a good idea. Bus was quite crowded but stops at several big hotels so that's to be expected. All in all, I will absolutely stay here again. One of my best hotel experiences ever!! 😍

This branch of Premier Inn is in a prime spot just overlooking the runway at T4. Saying that it's surprising that there is absolutely no sound from the planes ahead and the airport coming into the rooms. This helps if you are not a sound sleeper. Checking in and out is a simple process using the automated system. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are good too. I specifically enjoyed the fact that you have the option to play USB drives on their TVs. Parking is £20 for 24 hours and spaces can be quite limited or tight. A steward is available to guide the way.

Can't fault my experience at this hotel. Value for money is fantastic and every staff member I came across was friendly and proactive. This is much better value for money than the Hilton. Breakfast was fresh and colleagues there super great too.

British Airways cancelled our flight and gave us a voucher for this hotel. A couple riding next to us got their voucher for the Radisson. Highly recommend you request one of the nicer hotels when getting a voucher. This hotel is furthest from the terminal and a bus only comes once an hour. The other nicer hotels are much closer and buses come every 30 minutes. The rooms come with no shampoo or conditioner, but you can get them in a vending machine for $2.50euros a piece. Anything you need will be a separate charge. This is not a nice hotel by any means. The rooms smell strong. They play music late downstairs. We could hear it perfectly well on the fourth floor. The only reason we left a 3 star review is because the employees were very nice.

Phenomenal service throughout the hotel. I was impressed by the warm welcome and courtesy of every member of staff that I spoke with, from parking, to reception to the Thyme and Costa cafe servers. Better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with black out curtains so perfect place to grab some sleep before or after a flight.

Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.

I have stayed here a number of times and simply love it! The staff are always so kind, and the hotel itself is clean with comfortable rooms. The location is wonderful - so easy to access the airport either via the walkway or the Hoppa bus that stops by. There is something unique and wonderful about this place that I love! I will continue to stay here if I am transiting through Heathrow, for it is such a lovely experience. If you are looking for a Heathrow airport, this one is truly a gem! Another stay review... Once again...another wonderful stay! Such amazing staff...Daria was so kind and helpful when I checked in. Love the location, the rooms, and people!

I can honestly say that I have nothing bad to tell you about this hotel, but I also do not have anything great to tell you either. It is basically just a regular Premier Inn and I have stayed in better ones before but that doesn’t make this one particularly bad at all. The view from my room was great and it was directly facing the runway. I’m impressed with the double-glazed windows because I heard absolutely nothing and had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great and I have no complaints about the full english. 7/10. Might stay again if I’m in London.

Very large Premier Inn but still the same quality and service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend the hotel. Staff available in reception at all times very friendly very helpful Despite the hotel being so big it was very quiet - no noise from other rooms

It was a delight to stay at this lovely place. So easy to locate from Terminal 4, signage and Google map will lead you easily. I took a family room which had a family bed, a smaller bed and even a smaller sofa bed. The restaurant is wow, we took a meal deal which gave us and our two kids breakfast next month.

A great place for the night before or after a trip. Walking through the tunnel to the airport was great, possibly around 10 minutes? Don't rely on luggage trolleys for the walk though as they are not routinely kept at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good and worth doing before a long trip! Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and tidy.

Clean, modern room with basic amenities. Beds were really comfortable and due to the number of people in our party we had three beds side by side. Sounds crowded but it worked out great. Experienced some issues with calling a taxi using the taxi phone, but reception had it taken care of for us. Would stay again.

I was welcomed to reception by Bhagya who checked me in. However our room was very far from the lift, had really low water pressure and didn't have a working phone to inform the reception. Also I had a swollen ankle from a previous fall. So we freshened up and went back to reception to request change room. However we were told that all rooms are booked up and even though I had a swollen ankle which made it difficult to walk + the room was really far from lifts, they had no rooms closer to the lift to move me into. Before checking in make sure to get the location of your room clarified so that you don't face issues with the staff. Staff lie especially claiming they are other people and claiming they are managers. Be careful of Winnie at the reception desk. Strongly recommend to look at other options and avoid this hotel

Ah, where do I start!? This place is simply amazing! The staff, the food, the rooms, the view, the cleanliness you name it it's just a 20 out of 10 from me! Breakfast is outstanding, staff are just amazing! The views over the airport were fascinating for everyone staying. I'll be going back here very soon. I forgot to mention the price... £110 for 2 rooms per night 🙃 seriously recommended this place multiple times over.. See you again soon!

Enjoyed our stay, the staff were really helpful and always around when you needed them. The breakfast buffet food was excellent with a good range of options. Easy location at the airport, quite a walk buy well signposted and were able to us trolleys to move our luggage. Comfy beds and pillows.

Great for one night, people very friendly and welcoming. The walk pass sensational, so close to terminal 4, you can catch the free train to terminal 3,&5. This place is geared for travel which is refreshing. Beds are hard, hurt my back I was in pain the day after.

BA assigned this hotel due to cancellation (flight disruptions during end of Aug) and it was absolutely the worse experience we had. The hotel had no locker, no water (not sure if this is part of the policy. If it is, my apologies for mentioning this, this way). We asked for at least lockers to keep our valuables, it was refused. Both BA and Premier in should have mentioned that this is a lodge and we "a business class customers of BA" should have been given an option to choose between staying in a lodge or a place of our choice (where BA pays their policy-based funds, customer pays the difference) We were not aware this is a low budget lodge hence went to check in using the vouchers the BA gave us. As soon as we stepped into the room we didn't like it at all, hence decided that we wont be staying there. It was barely stepping into the room and ringing the reception about our decision. The reception folks answers that they will not be able to return the vouchers as the rooms are considered "occupied" once the guest checks in, and their every second answer was to "take it up with British airways" as a way of telling us to end the conversation. Here's the fun part. I do understand that perhaps premier in's policy may differ from what we requested, however the staff had no courtesy in explaining this. Not only were they rude, and would disrupt us before completing our sentence, they refused to even give any sort of check-out proof that we left the hotel, again the standard of "take it up with BA". I have been to enough hotels and enough travels to differentiate between courtesy, and its opposite. There are better options nearby in the same lane, perhaps its worth to take your money somewhere else where at least the staff would be courteous. We raised this issue with BA about our lovely spa treatment at premier in. Hope its a learning lesson for all. If not, at least i know it was for me.

The hotel is a comfortable value stay, connected to Heathrow T4 by a shaded walkaway and takes around 8 minutes to reach. The room is well-designed and clean, breakfast had a nice variety and the staff are friendly. There's a Costa coffee at Reception which is great.

Great location off a covered walkway from Terminal 4. Hotel busy but never felt that way. Premier plus room so had good air-conditioning as well as a few extras My only gripe, premier inn generally only provide 1 set of bath towels, regardless of how many are in the room. Luckily had the ability to phone to get more delivered. But come on Premier Inn. That and a bath with a significant step into, if you are over 50 or have any mobility issues you generally risk your life stepping out of that bath. Unsure why the Premier inn stick with baths Apart from those niggles, perfect stay for airport or use as a base.

What a great start to the holiday. Booked into the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 as we had a morning flight. Easy to walk to, completely undercover. Room was great. Very quiet, comfortable bed and nice towels for the rain shower. Could have done with another comfortable chair as there were 2 of us but still great. We booked the dinner and breakfast package which was well worth it. Aaron served us. He was polite and prove to be the perfect host giving us aplenty of time to choose our meal. There were some add ones if you wanted to upgrade a little. These too were more than reasonable.a Great start to our holiday and next time we're going from Heathrow we'll be booking again.

I stay in this hotel with my boyfriend once in every 4 months and it never disappoints. All clean, staff is friendly and we always feel comfortable and taken care of. Breakfast has so much to choose from if you are a picky eater :) The only thing I do not like is the housekeeping service because you have to ask for it a day in advance (understandable because the hotel is huge) but we once asked the receptionist and the room was not cleaned the other day. They probably just forgot to inform the hsk but when you stay a bit longer than just one or two nights it can get frustrating. But we will definitely come back soon
