Fabulous house. Parking in the pub car park opposite. Plenty of space for at least 14 people. Large dining room and sitting room. Sauna, hot tub, patio area with table chairs and deck chairs, decking with bbq, table and chairs as well as another seating area plus a trampoline. Very close walking distance to sea. Highly recommend.

This was our third time at the Beach House. This time we were celebrating a 60th birthday. This house is incredible- it has everything we needed for a fantastic weekend- every detail has been thought of. It’s so comfortable- plenty of space, seating, comfy beds, a large dining table, even a large drinks fridge. We had an amazing weekend- thank you to Imogen for the attention to detail that makes this house so special.

We have just returned from our third amazing holiday in this wonderful house. It is the perfect size for an extended family break (8 adults and 7 children). The location is ideal with the sea literally over the road, so you can go to the beach for a few hours and pop home for lunch! Mundesley has some lovely coffee shops, a great little amusement arcade and crazy golf, and it’s just a short drive to Cromer and other family friendly places. The house is superbly presented, with beautifully decorated bedrooms, amazing bathrooms and a great sized living room and kitchen, perfect for big family dinners. It has everything you need from crockery, wine glasses and Sky TV to books, games and buckets & spades. We all love the garden; it’s secure so we know our little ones are safe, and there's a brilliant outdoor BBQ seating area, trampoline and a hot tub too. The Beach House is an ideal place to have a fun and relaxing family holiday, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had the most amazing stay at The Beach house Mundesley. Beautiful house, perfect for a large group of people. Everything you could wish for and more. Comfy beds, great bathrooms. So much attention to detail. I cannot praise this wonderful house enough. Imogen communicated so well. All instructions clearly stated. Beautifully furnished, soft towels, bathrobes. I would highly recommend this house. Everything was perfect. Would love to go back one day.

Nothing about The Beach House and our stay there was less than superb! Fantastic house and nothing was too much trouble for the owners, highly recommended I'd give it ten stars if I could!

I ran my first residential painting holiday from The Beach House this year and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation. Everything possible is supplied and the house itself is set out to a high standard. The owners couldn’t have been more kind and attentive in making sure everything was to hand. With the beach across the road and plenty of surrounding places of interest, we had plenty of inspiration for our paintings. I have nothing but praise for the owners and their accommodation.

What can I say? The house is absolutely beautiful, designed and decorated to perfection with so much thought into making it a home from home. The owners have literally thought of everything from the bed linen to garden furniture and I would highly recommend staying at the beach house! The location is fabulous - the beach is literally across the road and a couple of the bedrooms have beautiful sea views. Put it this way, the house and location are so fabulous that we literally spent the entire time either in the house or across the road at the beach. The owner couldn't do enough and helped organise a private chef, afternoon tea and beauty treatments - all at the house. The wkd was perfect and there is nothing I would change!

Gorgeous house in great location just across the road from the beach. Hosts could not be more helpful. Wonderful place for an family holiday. Particularly enjoyed sea swimming followed by hot tub! Thoroughly recommend.

Where to start with the most incredible weekend spent at The Beach House! It is absolutely stunning and has everything you would need for your stay. The bedrooms are all unique and have beautiful views. The kitchen/dining room was perfect for the 15 of us and the garden and jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in after our walk along the beach. Imogen was such a helpful host, ensuring our weekend was exactly what we wanted. I can't wait to book our next break.

Well where do I start all positive feedback, me and ten other ladies stayed at Mundesley beach house for a hen weekend the house is Amazing the views from the bedrooms a so nice and the location is perfect. When we arrived at the house there was a lovely welcome basket which was a very kind extra. All the rooms were immaculet with beautiful decor. The bathrooms had everything needed and would say they were more of a luxury bathroom. The kitchen was enormous with plenty of space to store food and drink. Lots of cutlery and crockery to use. The living room was a great size and felt cosy. The garden was so beautiful and the hot tub and sauna was great so we never got bored as there was lots to do. I would highly recommend booking this for a fabulous time away. Thankyou Imogen I will definitely be booking again. Emma clements xx

From 8 months to 70 years old - 15 of us enjoyed the most amazing weeks holiday at Beach House Mundesley - hosted by Imogen and Phil. Everything was provided, all we had to bring was ourselves and food! Hot tub was managed during the week by Phil and with Imogen answering any questions we might have had, they were the perfect hosts. The lay out of the garden was ideal with deck chairs, outside dining and BBQ.The weather was cold and windy but it didn't stop us make the 2 minute walk to the beach for the younger members of the family to use the boat and body boards we brought with us. Everything in the house was spotless, tasteful, interesting and cosy. Crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment was plentiful. One night we indulged in a meal cooked and served by Karen's Catering. Imogen had helped to organise this for us and we cannot praise Karen and Sharon enough for supplying, serving and washing up a very delicious meal. I hope we will be able to return - thank you Imogen and Phil for helping to make our holiday wonderful.

We had such an amazing time at the Beach House, it caters perfectly for large parties, all the spaces are amazing and everyone can gather comfortably. The house is so well kept, clean and beautiful. Will definately be returning for another relaxing break. Thank you.

Yet another amazing stay at the Beach House Mundesley. We are a mixed aged group of 14 friends and this was our 2nd stay, the last being in 2019. Last year we stupidly booked elsewhere and we spent the whole time pining for Beach House- we are already rebooking for next year! Everything is immaculate- the decor, the bedding, cleanliness and the facilities. There are plenty of towels, robes, cutlery and crockery for everyone and the 2 dishwashers makes easy work of the clearing up of breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas! The hot tub is always a favourite of ours however as the weather was amazing we spent much of the time at the beach- the windbreakers, beach chairs and beach games available made for the best of days! Highly recommend food at The ship Inn, literally 30 years over the road from the house. The staff were very accommodating and the food delicious and great value! Cannot give Imogen and Phil anything but the highest praise for the care and thought they have put into the Beach House and counting the days until we are back again next year!

Beautiful place to stay, couldn't fault any part of our stay at all. The house was spotless and had everything you could ever want when taking a break as a large group. Mundesley itself is a lovely place, and is good for the soul.

Absolutely fantastic place for a hen weekend, you could not want anything more with this beautiful house in a stunning location. It has everything you need for a fantastic weekend. I will 100 percent be finding a reason to book back here so my two girls can enjoy this amazing house too.

I had a restful and rejuvenating weekend at the Beach House with friends. A perfect location, facing the sea, right opposite the path. The house has been decorated beautifully. Imogen and Phillip have great taste and are very talented. Everything you could possibly need is there. The hot tub can be tranquil or fun. Music and lights. This house ticks all the boxes and did so splendidly. Luxurious but practical too.
