Definitely book with confidence if you are attending an event at Wembley Stadium, or any time. What a great hotel and you can’t get closer to the stadium. The staff we all professional and attentive. A special mention to Lisa (the Welsh lady) at breakfast who always had a smile. And when I asked why she replied ‘I love working here, it great!’ How many people say that these days? She genuinely meant it too. What a great advocate for this lovely hotel. We slept well, ate well and felt very safe. What more could you want. We stayed for two nights. Our rooms were spotless. All in all a very pleasant stay. We would recommend and we will visit again.

Located close to Wembley Stadium. The hotel offers great access to the stadium on a matchday. Wembley Tube station is only a walk across the road too, offering easy access into the Centre of London if that is what you wanted to do. Rooms are always clean, just maybe on the small side, but that's no big issue.

Rooms has good standards, clean and decent but I can't deal with bathroom they are quite poor or outdated. The taps on the sink has a style that either will work or make the water come in all directions. The bed is super comfortable and that's the highlight of the room I would say.

A perfectly located hotel within easy walk of Wembley Park and with a great view of Wembley Stadium. Accessible room was spacious, clean and tidy. The bed was soo comfortable as well!

Recently stayed here for 5 days and I enjoyed my stay. Bed was comfy which is standard in premier inn. Only thing that let it down was the bathroom as the wallpaper was pealing at multiple bits with a couple stains on the ceiling. Would stay here again however

Great self check-in facilities. We were attending a sold out Wembley Arena show which attracted international attendance, there were a LOT of folk checking in at the same time as us but credit to the Premier Inn they've catered well for that and the queue moved swiftly. Good quality room.

Stayed for one night after a concert at OVO Arena Wembley, great location!, just minutes walk. The bed was big and comfortable, the room had a spare bed, maybe it's a standard as we have not requested it It is right next to an outlet so if you have time and money to spend, there's plenty to choose from - shops and different places to eat or have coffee. There's a big, paid car park right next to it, as Premier Inn customers we got 25% off

Standard premier inn, you know exactly what you are getting. Room was clean and had everything you needed in it. Great location for what we needed and with no events on at Wembley the price was really good value! The team are really friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early for a small cost. Overall, a great stay! Thank you!

Stayed for an event at Wembley Stadium. The staff were very welcoming, even on what was an extremely busy day for them. Breakfast was brilliant, the restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were great for the price and with a view that cannot be beaten.

Check in was very simple and prompt, I paid for a premium room & had a great sleep, the bed was very comfortable and I love how effective the blackout curtains were. I had a clear view of Wembley Stadium to top it off. Breakfast was great and the food seemed to be of good quality, very tasty. All staff members were very polite and attentive especially the Asian ladies in the food area in the morning. Overall a great stay if you need a cheap room with good service & a great location.

Excellent services, convenient location, impeccable cleanliness throughout our stay. Daily room maintenance, including fresh towels and pillow covers, contributed to a delightful experience. Highly recommend this place.

This Premier Inn is located directly beside the Wembley Stadium. The location is great - many places to eat , go shopping and enjoy live are nearby. The underground is 10 minutes to walk. The rooms are clean , bed is in a very good condition and the breakfast has a good variety of different options for everyone’s taste. The price / performance ratio is 5 stars. I will come back to this place :-)

Bed sheets, duvet and pillows were dirty, asked someone at reception to get everything changed and I came back an hour later for her to tell me in an annoyed tone that housekeeping said nothing was dirty but we took pictures as proof to show everything was dirty and there was hair on the bed which was not ours. Sheets obviously had not been washed to a good standard or at all. Stayed in room 1205 and have also stayed on a lower floor before in May which was more clean so this was super disappointing. Asked to speak to a manager but no one was in and was told someone would get back to me today but I received no call. Was also told we couldn't check in until 4pm when it's usually 2pm as they're trying to be more clean but it was definitely not clean at all and definitely not worth being a 3 star hotel. Usually love premier inn hotels but this was the biggest disappointment.

One of the nicer Premier Inns I've been to. It was inviting with lovely interior. Only a couple of minutes walk to the Wembley arenas and nearby shopping village. The breakfast buffet was served from 7am. Great selection of hot foods, breads, yoghurts, fruits and cereals. We had to book our breakfast time when checking in. Also very happy they make porridge to order (with soy milk, or just plain water etc). The only let down was the paint cracks on the bathroom wall but the rest of the room was fine. Comfortable bed.

The beds are so comfy. Wish they had more than 1 chair in the room, though there were 2 of us after all. The bathroom was impressive too it only mentions a power shower when you book, but our room has a bath and shower

This hotel is the same as every premier Inn, comfy clean well appointed. What sets it apart is the location, right opposite Wembley stadium and very central to the train stations. The restaurant served great food and breakfast was good too, strangely not very busy even tho the hotel was full. We were on the 11th floor but there were plenty of lifts to take us up sadly we had a view of the holiday Inn and the premier plus rooms had the good views over the stadium, didn't change our mind tho as we didn't stay for the view but the convenience of location. You can leave your bags here too which is a big bonus. Great staff as always.

A very middle of the road Premier Inn. I stayed for business on a day when there was nothing on at the Arena and so the hotel was almost empty. You would think this translated into better service - nope! When I arrived and tried to check in, the receptionist got half way through checking me in (between looking at his phone) before a Manager walked over and, without acknowledging me at all, told the receiptionist to go to the bar as people were waiting. The Manager then proceeded to ask me all the same questions *again* before I got checked in. The room was up to the usual standard of Premier Inn - no complaints at all. Breakfast was poor for a Premier Inn. Most of the food was cold (I went at 8am so wasn't exactly late) and I could never seem to find someone to ask for help with I couldn't find something. Overall - not the standard I am used to from Premier Inns.

This Premier Inn in London stands out as the best I've experienced. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. While the room itself is great, the bathroom, particularly the bath, feels a bit dated and not very accessible due to its height. Breakfast was decent, but there was a lack of vegetarian options. To be fair, I likely had to request them specifically, but I made do with what was already prepared and laid out which was adequate enough. If only all Premier inns were like this place (looking at you Kingston upon Thames)

This hotel has gone downhill. Extortionate rates on some days not worth the price. The staff here are extremely rude and I’ll soon I get their names and expose them. The hotel rooms are dirty and toilets smell of urine. It seems that they are also now working with the council to house homeless people who absolutely stink. One homeless lady with a beard was complaining in reception, entitled behaviour that is very typical from unemployed people… she stank and left her nasty smell in reception, another rough looking couple came out the lift and when I went in it, the stench was so foul I could barely breathe.

Booked this for a concert. The room was immaculate, as was the entrance and lift areas. The bar was clean and tidy the staff were fantastic - I had asked they leave something in the room beforehand for my anniversary and they sorted it. So sweet of them and excellent service. Things to note: you'll need your booking number to get in due to security at the door (this might be due to the concert crowd). The bar after the concert was packed. Still managed to get a drink though

Nice quiet room on 12th floor. Premier Plus room arrived 3 hrs prior to check in, but as room was ready, paid £10 extra and could check in straight away, real bonus. Great staff and clean room with comfy bed and the usual great Premier breakfast

It's just another Premier Inn but the staff make it special, everyone is very nice and welcoming. I'd stay here everyday. Wembley is a beautiful place, full of diversity. Recommended for an enjoyable stay in the city.

Always a great stay here. Not far from the tube and directly across from wembley stadium. The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. The staff catered to our needs by making sure we had two rooms next to each other for my family. Will be staying more in the future 👍🏻

Not the usual premier Inn standard. Our room was dirty, bathroom fixtures were broken and when the check in kiosk didn't work, the staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming. The service didn't matter massively, we were only staying a night. But the room cleanliness was not acceptable. Overall disappointing for the price, but excellent location for Wembley.

Lovely rooms and clean interiors, the room was a good size. The only down side was the water saving feature on the taps made it hard to use as the water was going everywhere

Some of the staff is not very kind / friendly in the day shift. Rooms are ok could be more clean from dust and not set 26°C as per default. Breakfast was a quite stressful moment as we paid for breakfast but the staff did not list us and wasted time as well as so much noise in the tables next to the dirty utensils and crockery boxes the staff use as their collection point.

Perfect place to stay if you're going to Wembley Stadium for an event. We stopped on floor 13 and had great views of the stadium (even numbers faced the stadium in case you want the same view) and the lifts worked quickly. Solid service and what you'd expect from Premier Inn. Easy to get into Central if you want to do shopping or sightseeing.

We stayed for two nights for an event at Wembley stadium and the experience was fantastic. Lovely room very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic and had 2 great nights sleep on the very comfortable bed. We parked across the road and got a discount with staying at premier Inn so it ended up being half price. Very close to Wembley and lots of shops. Would definitely stay again.

Booked for dinner staff were dismissive took no notice of us waiting by the sign when we did get their attention told us to go to the bar explained that we had a table booked we were told to find a table. No menus given no explanation of any deals waited 20 minutes no one came over it wasn't busy so we left. The room was lovely but I always remove the bedding when I leave to help the staff didn't like the state of the duvet

A great, low budget hotel. The staff are helpful and the price is very fair. The rooms are always clean and everyone seems to keep to themselves here - I have never experienced any problems and have stayed here >20 times. Premier inn is so much better than any of the other hotels within this price range eg. Travel Lodge, Holiday Inn etc and I am very happy with this brand and tend to stay here whenever I am looking for a cheaper option!

Although it's over six miles from the centre the tube makes it easy to get to and from. Was a third of the price of central standard hotels and was great! Staff were great, food was amazing! Best value in my entire week in London. Typical premier inn quality. Well done as always. Walking to and from late at night we felt safe even with three children.

The hotel is next to the wembley stadium and just a few minutes away from wembley arena. The next tube station is about 10 walking minutes away. There are supermarkets and restaurants in a 5 minute walking distance. The hotel was very busy the first days we stayed here, the room was mostly clean although there was garbage between the bed and the wall from the previous guest and the floor had crumbs in the corners. There must have been water damage in the bathroom at one point, there was water spotting all over the ceiling and walls. If you want your room cleaned, you have to tell reception, which we did, the request was denied because too many guests where leaving that day. They offered us new towels and new bed sheets but we would have had to change the bed sheets ourselves (we didn’t want new bed sheets, just thought it was weird to ask the guests to do it. It would have been enough for us if they had cleaned the bathroom). We have been staying in premier inn hotels for years now but unfortunately the service and friendliness has declined more and more over the years. The only reason i gave it 3 Stars is because it is so close to the stadium and arena, therefore great if your visiting a concert or such.

Took an extra 40 minutes to get into my room because they needed to clean it ( was busy tho so not to fussed) but when we got into the room there were sweets under the bed and a dirty mirror. I wouldn’t be to fussed but they took extra time to clean it for it to still be a little dirty, there was a web full of flys downstairs. The staff were lovely apart from one male staff in the dining area. We got a room with a sofa bed for 1 extra person and only got pillows, no blanket.

  • 5/5 Miriam S. 1 year ago on Google
Room very clean and comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble as I was a single person and not used to travelling. The only fault I found was the state of the restaurant floor which was very sticky.

Lovely staff member rooms are clean as well. Only one issue at night time you will get lots of smell at night outside the room It looks like someone is smoking vid. Make sure you arrive at 3pm otherwise they will charge you more if you want early check in.

The best bed I slept on, room is not huge (standard room), but it's very nice to bring someone and spend some quality time. Breakfast also didn't disappoint, you can basically grab anything you want and the options are good. I'd advise to ask for the rooms at floor 8 or 9 with a view to the stadium :)

  • 5/5 Jacqueline C. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean. Good size rooms, exactly what you expect from a Pemier Inn. The bar was busy but expected due to an event at Wembley Stadium. Easy to get to and about a 3 minute walk from the Stadium. We definitely would stay here again.

We had booked the Premier Inn on Wembley Park when we booked our Wembley Arena gig tickets. The location is great-about 5 minutes walk from the venue, and the hotel was clean and modern. Check in staff member was great-friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good-there were plenty of tables and used crockery etc was cleared away quickly and the breakfast was hot and the food was replaced/topped up quickly. I even had my croissants warmed up. It was a little disappointing that the bar was closed after the gig, but it was fairly late and a Sunday night, so this was understandable. I would recommend this hotel if you're going to Wembley.

Our overall stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The bathroom had a bath and shower so it was nice to have a cosy bath before bed while staying at the hotel. The bed was cosy and the bedroom temperature wasn't cold. Everything was clean and presentable. One issue however happened with us being woken up despite having a don't disturb sign on our door, and having a staff member asking us to check out despite it being only our second night stay out of four nights. We were told to speak to reception who rectified this with a free breakfast voucher. The hotel is close to the arena and there are many lovely shops to eat out or shop in. The hotel also isn't far from the underground so it's in a very convenient spot. We were overall satisfied with our stay.

We travelled down from Liverpool for a show at the arena and my mum booked us this stay as a present and it didn’t disappoint! The distance to the arena is so convenient but aside from that the cleanliness, security, and overall quality of everything at this Premier Inn can’t be faulted. We didn’t catch her name but there was a lovely welsh lady who greeted us for breakfast that I’d like to say a massive thank you to for being so warm and welcoming! My partner liked being compared to Ed Sheeran haha. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back the next time we’re in London 😊

  • 4/5 Kevy C. 1 year ago on Google
Good hotel, has everything you need, room was a bit cramped as a family room. I think it should have been bigger, with a better layout for the beds. The veiw was also very disappointing, as we had a fence which was approx 3 feet away from room, but we were on the 1st floor & it didn't really bother me. The ease of booking in & out is great, as you can book in with their machines & there is drop off boxes for the key card when you leave also, so nice quick and easy. You still have to pay London prices at the restaurant, but it is London.

Such a lovely hotel. Unless you need anything, you’re just left in peace which is what we really wanted for this weekend. The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We were surprised that it wasn’t just a shower room but there was a bath as well! Towels and linen were spotlessly clean. There’s a kettle and hair dryer. They also supply shampoo, body wash, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The staff we did encounter were polite and friendly. We had a bit of a disaster with a taxi when we were leaving and the gentleman on reception was a great help. And it’s so quiet as well! We didn’t have any noise disturbance at all. I highly recommend this hotel, £97 for 2 people for 2 nights is excellent. Especially as we were there for the Paralympics Home Coming show. They could easily have hiked their prices to take advantage of this but they didn’t. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay, we will definitely be coming back next year for a sight seeing weekend with more family members.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my voyage through the UK. The accommodation is bloody brilliant, bed is comfy, room is air conditioned, the staff is very nice and super helpful which is especially great for a shy and socially awkward person like myself! 10/10 would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
