Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!

Luxury home from home experience. My company used Heathrow Living for 9 nights and I was extremely happy with everything. Nothing is too much for the hosts and the location is just incredible. 5 stars, 10/10, 100%. Keep up the good work

My mum and I stayed for 10 days, the apartment was clean and tidy and complete with all required amenities. Great location with a parking space.Very quiet and safe. We have had a great time, there is a lovely park opposite for walks, local shop about a 3 min walk and the local Tesco only 5 mins in the car. I would definitely recommend an most definitely use again.

The good well furnished. Nice touches like paper towels, and complimentary washing machine pods. The bad, kitchen utensils are broken or missing. Toilet seat didn't fit well, and only one roll of toilet paper was supplied. Despite asking for single beds for our kids they were made up as a double, and no sheets to change to single, despite being informed that the were. Cleaner never got the message to supply sheets, we ran into them and asked on the third day.

This is the best accommodation I have used in London. Easy to find, modern and spotless. We didn't want to leave. Everything has been thought of. Even Alex to inform you about local information etc. Massive comfortable beds and ensuite on bedroom 2 ensured no battles for the facilities

Overall we quite enjoyed our stay here! Decent value for money, convenient location and prompt assistance from the ferndale team made our trip much more relaxed. Definitely a nice way to travel with our family of 5. Only very minor complaint was Walls could use a scrub but as we have learned London is very understaffed so doubtful full deep clean is realistic on a constant basis. Everything else was spotless when we arrived! The village is quite friendly. Everything in the apartment worked, and was well stocked with the basics. Flat was very secure, and suited our needs to a T.👌

Its a nice and very clean place to stay for a reasonable price. Its close to local shops and super market. Lots of parks at walkable distances. Close to Airpoty.

Very clean place with plenty of space for the two of us. We only used one of the two bedrooms. There was plenty of equipment for simple cooking in the well presented kitchen. Parking for one car but also a couple of guest spaces available. It's near a park for those who like to go jogging or have children. Is also only five minutes by car from Bedfont Lakes country park. Just south of the airport but with easy access to the M25 and M3/4 etc. Not meant to be for party types but the was a bit of noise downstairs, which the owners will address to prevent recurrence. Lovely accommodation to stay in.

These are brand new and well kept appartments, although please be aware of their policies prior to purchase. You will have to create an online account to verify your credentials, provide a photocard ID and a £200 deposit up front. The appartments are very spacious, clean and well attended with all the comforts of home, including an Alexa for fun and games. I would stay here again.

We had to book the place last minute due to flight interruptions at LHR … the place was readily available and accessible, check in process was easy however (a bit pricy given the high demand that day) … the apartment was clean and in close proximity to the airport… the only issue we had was the sofa bed! It was completely worn out and literally unusable and the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on

Location useless. No Ubers or cabs will collect you from or take you to the airport for less than £50. Pay the extra money to be able to walk to your terminal.

It was a super bad hotel I made a reservation 2 weeks before i came in and they confirmed everything then after one day from my check in they sent an email saying that we cant take the security deposit and it was too late so they cancelled my reservation last minute and made me in a big problem searching for another hotel at one night before i came
