Only
visiting
for
a
workshop
and
theatre
show,
so
didn't
know
where
to
park.
Saw
ncp
so
chose
to
park
there
as
running
out
of
time.
Only
options
were
1-4
hours
OR
24hrs.
As
4
wouldn't
be
enough
I
had
no
choice
but
to
go
for
the
24
at
a
very
expensive
cost.
Upon
returning
after
the
show
-
the
car
park
was
locked
up
with
my
car
inside.
There
were
10
people
from
4
different
groups
who
were
all
locked
out
and
having
not
seen
any
signs
saying
it
would
close.
The
person
on
the
helpline
was
of
no
help
whatsoever.
A
few
people
luckily
had
friends
nearby
they
could
crash
at.
That
left
4
of
us
-
My
daughter
and
I,
she's
autistic
and
this
unexpected
turn
of
events
was
very
difficult
to
cope
with.
The
other
pair
was
2
friends,
one
who
was
on
a
disability
scooter.
We
had
no
choice
but
to
find
a
hotel
at
nearly
11pm
at
night.
A
cost
I
really
couldn't
afford.
We
had
nothing
with
us
for
staying
away
overnight
and
two
little
dogs
home
alone.
One
of
the
ladies
had
two
young
daughters
(11
+15)
who
would
be
left
home
alone
overnight
too.
The
following
morning
when
we
could
get
our
car
back,
there
were
NO
signs
on
or
right
next
to
the
ticket
machine
which
is
where
you
would
need
them
to
be
and
no
mention
of
it
closing
on
the
biggest
information
sign
on
the
wall
either.
This
is
totally
wrong
and
left
4
females
3
of
whom
have
various
additional
needs,
stranded
and
vulnerable
in
an
unknown
city
at
11pm
at
night.

ACCEPTABLE
