We went in with an idea in mi d for a short break. The staff were welcoming, but then it started... A member of staff sat us down. I said we were looking at a city break to Rome. She told me that was too expensive and tried to persuade us to go on an all inclusive resort holiday to a different part of Italy instead... how are they the same thing??? We were only offered 1 type of holiday, no alternative, and before we left to "think about it" she printed off all the information saying that this was the last 1 available so we need to be quick. We didn't go back... I probably won't be again!!

I just wanted to say how pleased i was with the service i recieved in the bracknell branch,i enquired a about a 2 week flight to crete went back to book it mirabel had found a 3 week fight at £90 less nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff who are expertly managed bd nicki the manageress would not go anywhere else, even when i went to singapore/australiashe booked me into the hotels she had stayed in gave me a list of bars and restaurants to use without being ripped off. yours David Coombs, 07985682955dgc31@hotmail .com

When spoke to one person in the morning by phone. She was a little off with me. But in the shop in the afternoon the girl who served me was very friendly and gave me a idea for my next holiday

Waited 45mins for a TUI agent to help me... Only 2 staff in the shop... Absolutely awful... Then when I did get seen, they couldn't answer my queries..

Came in a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for a holiday, spoke to two lovely ladies, Nikki and Fleur. They were so friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely be back again soon to book in our holiday!

Kloe ward was a very friendly and helpful. She helped to organize a anniversary holiday for me and my partner. We had a fantastic time thanks to Kloe and her expertise as she had plenty of recommendations and all our bookings through TUI were very well organized . She also helped us sort out any currency exchanges we needed very smoothly.

I can not recommend Kelsey Paterson from the Bracknell branch enough. Massively helped me out when I was struggling to amend a booking I had booked but was facing trouble with amending due to my partner being unable to fly along with escalating an issue which had been ongoing for 7 months which she was able to get resolved within a week. If you need anything sorted relating to your holiday, she is the person to go to. Amazing work!

We booked Dominican Republic with Nikki N at the Bracknell store. Lovely bubbly lady, very helpful in finding us the holiday with everything we wanted and more especially as we are the picky kind so didn’t make it easy for her but appreciate her time n patience with us.
