I’ve just left this clinic incredibly upset; due to the conduct of a female GP. I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, however, I was advised by the very nice receptionist, that the GP scheduled for my appointment was running late due to a phone consultation with another patient. Unfortunately, I could hear every single word of this consultation. I could inform you of the patient’s name, symptoms, previous doctor’s diagnosis, recent weight loss… this was a red flag before my consultation even commenced. My appointment was with a female doctor, early to mid-forties (unfortunately, I did not catch her name) She was abrasive, rude, and had an inability to listen – frankly, she liked the sound of her own voice. I left the clinic incredibly upset due to the conduct of this lady. Please do not book in an appointment, it is complete waste of time and money.

I booked a PCR test with results in 48 hours, the results came after over 5 days which caused us to miss a very important trip. As a "gesture" they did not even reimburse the full cost of the test. Do not ever use their services for PCR tests.

I cannot agree with the reviews I found here. My appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before the confirmed time, offered another over a week later. My payment of 70.00 was not fully repaid after cancellation only receiving 55.00 and I was cancelled whilst on the train by a poor customer service rep. I was left feeling scammed not medically helped. Beware of this organisation as they are arrogant, unhelpful and not trust worthy.

Could not be more disappointed with my experience with this practice. My infant daughter was refused (despite being visibly distressed with an extremely high temperature and mild dehydration) as we were 6 minutes late for our appointment due to train breakdowns. The receptionist (who was very kind)c told us the doctor would not see us as we were over 5 minutes late (even though we had phoned ahead to alert the practice we were stuck on the train). My 20 month old daughter had an extreme temperature and needed to be seen. How could a late policy trump medical intervention of an infant? I find this policy extremely unethical. I did everything I could to get there on time, circumstances were against me and your policies should be situation dependent. Your doctor SHOULD have seen my very ill daughter regardless of being 6 minutes late. Will never use this lack of service again, and would not recommend the practice.

Very very bad service. We had to wait 20 minutes at doctors room for him to figure out what to do. He couldn't find the tools needed. Results were late 3 days. Will never think about visiting

The receptionist was really nice. However I was met with the rudest and most unprofessional clinician ever. Do not come here if you are seeking actual medical advice.

Excellent, efficient and professional service. I booked my appointment on Friday afternoon and within less than 24 hours I was able to see GP who provided me with all analysis and tests I needed. Doctor took his time to understand my case very. Follow up after and communication with GP after the visit were prompt and informative. I would highly recommend London Doctors Clinic.

My first GP appointment was really good, but my second appointment with a different female GP was not great at all- her attitude was uncaring and inconsiderate and I felt rushed.

Not actually givivng any service during Saturday or Sunday. Do not attempt. It is a trap!!!

Really great experience. The appointment was right on time, I was readily diagnosed, and good follow up instructions given, with a referral for future treatment if needed. And very reasonably priced. Don't let the small size of the office deter you.

The clinic is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was warmly welcome there and the service was quick and the advice was good. The doctor is very friendly, experienced and was quickly in identifying what’s wrong. The appointment started a bit early and I was in and out within 15min.

Very comfortable reception and office. Both times I've been here (once on a Saturday) the doctor actually listened, gave clear advice, and helped me with prescriptions and referrals, and to navigate how to get the further help I needed. They also stock certain basic prescriptions right there - eliminating the need for another stop at a pharmacy, which is helpful especially off-hours. Sometimes, it's worth it to invest a little for excellent service.

horrendous. very very poor service. late for appointment as receptionist was chatting on the phone then they told me I had to rebook even though it was their fault then they called saying we are banned from booking because we were aggressive yet didn't even ask for the full story on what happened! AVOID AVOID AVOID FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Excellent service, nothing I can honestly complain about. The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password. Not 'Fit to Fly' :( We were very disappointed that a service advertised as 'fit to fly' was so poorly informed about the requirements for international travel (including the GP who tried to tell us no certificate was needed), and finally failed to produce an appropriate document in time [Bizarrely there is no 'fit to fly' certificate provided as standard on a so-called 'fit to fly' PCR test (only lab result)]. This in spite of us checking in advance, providing precise details of the airline's requirements several times, and receiving multiple assurances (in advance and at the time of testing) that the correct certificate would be provided. AS A DIRECT RESULT we were turned away from 2 flights, our family's journey to SE Asia took 50+ hours (instead of 16), and we had to be split up onto separate connecting flights. It was a nightmare. The call centre staff worked hard to help us (the 2 stars are for them), but communication with us and with their GPs/clinics was chaotic. We had to chase them endlessly and they sent through a total of more than 20 incorrect documents before providing one meeting the airline requirements that we had sent (Singapore Airlines), while we sat stranded. Never again.

Had an excellent visit to the Waterloo Clinic and saw Dr. Houda Ounnas. She was very attentive, and approachable. She was very attentive to my health concerns, knowledgeable and friendly. Her service was outstanding . All the staff at the clinic were also really friendly.

Prompt response and experienced doctor

Great service, yes the base cost of a consultation which is 15 minutes at £65 is on the more expensive side, especially if like me it’s something straight forward that just needed a prescription. However, you are paying for the convenience which I think is reasonable. Was able to get an appointment within hours, several slots available and you could amend it at any point, locations throughout London. Also able to dispense some medications they hold in stock which is £2-£3 more than an NHS prescription but again up to you whether you do it or just take the prescription. They are not at all pushy about it. Would use again.

I've only made really good experiences with this practice. Appointments quickly available, friendly staff, thorough examination.
