My Favorite cake shop in London. We ordered 3 tier wedding cake for my younger brother’s wedding and the cake was Simply amazing. Seems like they are experts in making such cakes. We ordered the wedding cake for the first time from this shop and we were initially doubtful whether we should buy it or not but after the wedding we realized our choice was best and next time we simply come here and order the cakes without doing any research. I am posting this especially for the people who are trying to buy cakes for the first time - this information will be useful, this saves lot of time for you guys! Don’t search anywhere else, just pop in to the Cake Box store and your job is done!!! Very experienced staff with lot of patience. You ask any thing they just listen with patience and clarify all your questions without hesitating. Tanks & Kudos to Cake box for making my brother’s wedding very very special and memorable event !

Cake box Southall AVOID irresponsible As i have received the broken/damaged cake and send images as requested by Manager from Southall Cake Box, and she promised me to call me back in 10 to 15 minutes, as i have not receive the call back in 30 minutes, i called her and got the surprise answer she was so rude and said to me she doesn't care it because this is not her problem. I have ordered over 20 times from them on past, now i will not use them any more. Avoid this Cake box

Lady standing on counter is very rude and illmanered very bad style of talking will never ever visit again its request to owner if you trust coustmer send a dumy coustmer and you will be knowing everything.thanks

The cake was delicious... But the customer service they are providing is pretty bad .. No respect for customers... I went there the first time but such a horrible experience.. The lady at the counter was so rude .. She has no experience that how to handle customers.. Customers will only come if u give them respect..otherwise u will lose ur allcustomers ..she is behaving like we are getting their cakes in free.. It was the worst customer experience I have been ... Never go there ...

Purchased a strawberry cheesecake it was awful. The cream part of it was so thick and hard that if I was a builder I could have used that cheesecake to build a wall instead of concrete. Expensive and no taste even after leaving it out for over an hour it was like being choked when it went down the throat.Please amend your ingredients or maybe train the staff better rather then selling this god awful cheesecake. I must admit I know there cakes are fresh but highly believe there cheesecakes are old and not fresh. PLASE AVOID.

I bought here a birthday cake via Devileroo. The cake has arrived smashed. I have called the cakery, and they told me that they are not responsible for the couriers! Why don't you provide proper packaging and instructions to the couriers?

I have ordered the Cake for my 30th Birthday from cake box Southall branch. Staff are so polite & suggested the proper cake to make my day, more special. Cake is absolutely tasty & decorated beautifully. THANKS A LOT.

I ordered a cake from deliveroo at 6:45 which didn’t turn up in the end. I waited for a long time but there were issues with deliveroo rider. However when I phoned Cakebox the customer service was appalling! The lady answered the phone and told me the order had been collected an hour ago. She also switched to speaking to me in hindi rather than continuing to speak in English. She was not letting me complete my sentences and just started claiming it’s a deliveroo problem because the order has been collected. From my app I could tell the order hadn’t been collected. She then started blaming me saying I cancelled the order and she was told this by a deliveroo driver! She continued to blame me for the fact we hadn’t received the order and then said “We are closed, it’s my fault I answered phone. I shouldn’t have answered” I would never order from here again with the way she spoke and the lies she said. I received a phone call from deliveroo at 8:30 saying the driver has arrived but the restaurant was closed proving they had been lying about it being with the driver already.

I ordered a cake via just eat got the wrong cake and customer services was useless. Refused to send correct cake or refund. Started to argue. Very poor customer service.

Very bad experience. I had my cake booked online to collect at 11am. We went in to pick it up and they said they don’t have the booking and to try the other branch in Southall. So after an hour they called to say that the system is broken and they are making our cake now. My event had already started and we needed the cake then. This put a lot of unnecessary stress on us on a very special event. We are not happy with the experience at all with this store. I am appalled by the staff that they did not check the system beforehand and organised the cakes that were ordered online for the day. The writing on the cake was diabolically bad! It’s as if a child scribbled on the cake. If I could, I would give 0 stars

I love their cake, everytime there's an occasion i always order the cake from here whether it would be a birthday celebration, anniversary or marriage reception, they do have all type of cake and variety. The taste is amazing and if you try once you will def go again and again.

This place has wonderful cakes! And, staff here is good and awesome yet amazing! I like cakes over here, they are eggless and tastiest cakes ever had. It's nice and comfortable feeling over this place. Highly recommended this place

Very poor customer service from staff. I waited for over 10 mins waiting to be served while the 2 staff behind the counter messed around (laughing, joking) with the 2 customers ahead of me who I'm assuming were there friends. I left disappointed and went to Paul's baker's next door and was served with a smile plus the cake slices were cheaper (£2.25). AVOID this place, it's a shame as I have always bought egg free cake's here but not anymore.

We get all of our family birthday and celebration/party cakes from Cake Box on South Road and have to say that they have been consistently brilliant in not only their quality but also in their friendly customer service. It's nice to go in and be remembered from your previous custom!! The sponge is always fresh and the soft cream/icing is just right, sweet but not so sweet that it's overpowering!! Thank you so much for your quality and service over the years !!

While their birthday cakes are excellent, their tea cakes are equally opposite. They had displayed them as "luxury cakes". So, we bought the almond and cherry tea cakes for £6. The taste of the cake was very bitter. We were not satisfied. They gave a replacement cakes that had dry fruits in it. Even that was far below the standard you would expect given the price charged.
