Comparing Carshalton & Wallington post offices is like comparing Heaven & Hell. I don't mind waiting in a line here because the staff are efficient if there is one. When you get to the counter they are always helpful and friendly. It's a happy place!

Absolutely appalling. Man in the counter doesn’t seem to be listening, I said no I don’t want to tax, all I want is to apply for a new keepers log book via V62. He then proceeds to try and tax and OF COURSE IT GETS REJECTED. Bro quite wasting time. Fair play to the other person actually telling him straight what I wanted all long, but got damn.

I've used this Post Office on many occasions when my local one has been closed...they are very professional and the service is always with a smile....very polite and helpful.

Popped in to get some euros. The sign says €1.112 to the £1, when I questioned the amount as I didn't add up, he told me the rate was €1.04 to the £1 even though the post office rate online is showing as €1.112. BE AWARE YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF.

Man in there is rude and he over charged me I Got letter box boxes that Go through letter boxes so should be charge for a large letter wich it says on the post office web site but he charged me for a small parcel
