Absolutely loved it. My friend and l did the Alpaca walk this morning. Annie and the Alpacas were very welcoming and such a wonderful experience to take them for a gentle stroll through stunning woodland at their own very gentle pace, albeit a bit of bribery every now and then with all sorts of leaves as treats to keep them on their way. The whole experience was calm, relaxed and fun. There was time to spend with them afterwards feeding them carrots. Facilities were very good and exceptionally clean. Would 100% recommend this experience to all and hopefully return to do it again in the near future with my daughter. Thank you Annie for a throughly enjoyable morning.

Had an absolutely magical time today at Burnt Fen Alpacas. Went for a gorgeous walk and got to see so many baby alpacas, which our knowledgeable host Annie, tells me the correct name is cria! If you’re in Norfolk, you’ve got to book a visit. And if you live here definitely make it your business to come, brilliant day had by all . Loved it !!

We were booked in on the Alpaca walk this morning, as we arrived we were greeted by James, he duly explained very clearly what to expect on the route and every step was gently explained. The website says the route undulates but it is walkable by most definately as my 81yr old mum walked with us today and thoroughly loved the experience. Please expect a very gently walk/stop routine as these animals love to snack! The walk is gorgeous on its own through private wooded land. You get to feed the Alpacas afterwards and they have new born which are all gorgeous. There is a very clean toilet on site upon arrival and return after walk for use. Please allow plenty of time as it is a lovely laid back affair on this walk. I thoughily recommend this walk to anyone. Many thanks Mel & family 👌🏼

Annie was really kind and allowed us to do a lovely Alpaca walk with her in the winter sun today. We are over from Australia and were desperate to see some alpacas and she couldn’t have been kinder and more accomodating in her off season. We walked through beautiful private woodland overlooking a part of the Norfolk Broads. Simply stunning! Thank you for a very memorable day!

We have wanted to walk Alpacas for a long time and done a lot of research as wanted to pick the right place to do it. If walking Alpacas is on your bucket list too, then Burnt Fen Alpacas is most definitely the perfect place to do it! We liked the fun idea of catching the Alpacas first, which was a great way to start our adventure. Annie was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and took the time to tell us about every single Alpaca. (46 in total I think!). We were lucky enough to see some very cute babies too. The Alpacas were so gentle, friendly and funny! I found myself in the middle of many conversations during our trek through the woods, that abruptly came to a halt when the Alpaca decided it was time to eat…again! I could go on about it all day long. It really was the best thing we have ever done and was such a calming, relaxing and enjoyable experience. I can’t recommend it enough!! We will be back!!

The alpacas were simple beautiful. Gentle and friendly. They were very curious - especially the baby. Annie made an excellent afternoon tea and was happy to tell us all about the alpacas when we asked. A must visit for animal lovers

I was bought the Alpaca spinning experience as a Birthday gift and had no idea what to expect. On arrival we were greeted by the sight of numerous beautiful Alpacas in the fields. Lots of different colours and sizes. Not only did they look so cute (still had their coats on), but also very inquisitive so they came to welcome us. Annie was such a good host and showed us round telling us their names as we met them. We started off in the most warm and cosy yurt. Not knowing anything about how to spin Annie explained and demonstrated techniques with lots of patience and fun and the morning flew by. Lunch in the garden was delicious surrounded by the alpacas on the upper garden was idyllic. During the afternoon session we carried on practicing with different wools, having the cheeky alpaca coming to the open door to give us the once over. We found the whole day so much fun and relaxing and so I would recommend this to anyone who loves alpacas.

Annie was amazing, she made the effort to get to know our names and spoke with everyone on the walk. My husband and our 13 year old son were not so keen at first but once they were there, they loved it! I totally 100% recommend Annie's alpacas walk! Thank you Annie, we hope to see you & the alpacas again. Reshma, Michele & Dilan x
