My daughter bought me a consultation and two sessions for my birthday - one of the best presents I have ever had! Natasha has been superb. In the last 5 weeks my bad back and and sore knees have been transformed. I am walking much better and my mobility is vastly improved. A very professional and sympathetic experience with excellent follow up exercises for me to do at home. Some pain but a great deal of gain !

Booked a consultation with Natasha in the middle of 2021 having suffered discomfort in my right leg for a few years due to driving high mileages. Starting with weekly sessions of acupuncture and my own daily exercise routine at home, reduced to bi-weekly and then monthly sessions, Natasha was able to reduce the discomfort from pretty much permanent to now only occasionally when I'm driving for extended periods. This has been a transformation, as I had just gotten used to putting up with it, but hadn't realised how much it was affecting my wellbeing. Will go back for sessions as and when I need them to keep on top of it. Would thoroughly recommend Natasha and the program she uses, as I've had therapy before using sports massages and no exercise plan and the discomfort always came back quickly - Natasha's work has been far more effective!

I have used the active therapy clinic for the last 15 years - on and off! I can't rate Steve and his team highly enough. Lately I have been seeing Natasha for a neck and back problem, and even let her use acupuncture to treat them....a first for me! The treatments have been really successful. I don't mind if I see Steve, Dave or Natasha and would recommend all of them.

Natasha treated me for chronic shin-splints, which I'd been struggling with for three years. I'd tried numerous other physios and rehab routines. It was a huge relief to find a physio that listened really carefully to my story and was open-minded and honest regarding my course of treatment! Steve at the clinic is amazing! I initially went to see him in incredible pain and it was decided I would have a course of 10 IDD therapy sessions. After 2 sessions Steve recommended that I no longer needed a course of treatment as I was already pain free! It is so great to know that you can trust these people as they are not in it for the money. Steve genuinely cares and helps you to feel safe. Which anyone with back pain knows that feeling safe is all we want. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you again!

Natasha has been fantastic! So knowledgable and friendly, using a mix of body massage, acupuncture needles and physio exercises to really start to change my health around from a state of suffering due to Long Covid to an optimistic state of gradual recovery. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Steve truly is a genius. I have struggled for a long time as I was riding and competing - first with a sore knee and then also with a sore hip - and I thought this was just something I was going to have to put up with it as I was getting older. But thanks to Steve (and his exercises!), I now have no pain and have just completed my first competition since April 2019 including a 4.5 minute cross country round and I did not feel any pain in either my knee or my hip AT ALL! I can hardly believe it, it really is amazing. I had been to 4 highly recommended people before Steve, none of whom had helped at all - and I was not an easy person to treat as a result of those experiences - but Steve never gave up. Thank you so much, I am so grateful.

Active Therapy Clinic is the only place I will go to when needing help with my bad back, Steve, Dot and Olivia are very knowledgeable and friendly as are all the staff. I have been to other clinics and been disappointed but since friends recommended Steve I am happy with my treatment. My husband is now having B12 injections which have given him his quality of life back he now has more energy, isn't so tired and is happy again. I am grateful to Dot for explaining about B12 which I hadn't heard of and once tried I couldn't believe the change it made in my husband.
