Robyn was my hairdresser, the color mixing was very basic, not refined. I have been coming there for blonde hair color for last 6 months. I will not be coming again! The whole visit felt like being on production line. I was one of 3 clients which she treated the same time! This resulted in extended time for the process, the dying time been longer then necessary! The results are not great as she didn’t pay attention to the client need. I asked for the die roots in shadow manner to match my blond hair. I have brown roots and blond on the rest hair ! Not very nice. I even showed her a photo of the hair which I like.

First time I’ve been here and it’s amazing. Im absolutely in love with my new colour. This will now be my hair salon even though it’s an hrs bus ride away from me as i live bedford. Robyn is amazing and she explains everything to you.

Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. I'd never found a hairdresser I could stick with until I met Lydia (in 2018?) and my search was over! She gets it perfect every single time. Both salons in Buckingham and MK are super welcoming and chilled. Booked the team up for my wedding styling too. Love love love!!! ✨

Ella was so lovely today! My daughter (7) had the best time having her hair washed, cut, blow dried and curled. Ella was great with Darcy, and made her feel special and grown up. Thank you Ella and Hair host 🩷

My normal colourist and stylist were not available for me yesterday so booked Charlotte for my colour and Kat for the cut and blow dry. Both equally brilliant and just so lovely to chat to, they both put me at my ease when I came in and looked after me during my time there. Highly recommend them both. xxx

I have been really upset regarding the colour of my hair since the moment I left. While I understand the lady felt she couldn’t do a lighter colour because my hair would snap, what makes me very upset is I had attended their hair salon a month earlier, and explained that I would like to be lighter and I was told that they could definitely do this for me. My hair condition had not changed at any point during this time. If I was informed a month earlier, that this would not be possible by their team, I would have found a second opinion. I actually did get a second opinion straight after I left as I was so upset, and I was informed that this would have been possible with olaplex. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to dye my hair in a colour that isn’t what I wanted, because I had a big event in 3 days and I couldn’t be without dyed hair nor would I find an appointment in 3 days. In addition, I explained that I found the colour they did me to be too yellow/brown and not blend well, to which I received 3 hairdressers all NOT listening to my concerns. The only reason I’m giving this review 3 stars and not 1 is because the lady who cut my hair actually listened to what I needed and what my concerns were about cutting my hair.
