Very quick to get results, doctor commented on the items out of range. Pleased to see my health has improved compared to bloods a couple of years ago (when I was long term stressed as bloods showed several issues). Nurse home visit was a great freebie, saved me a lot of time and she came Sunday 8am which was very convenient. Very professional throughout the experience. Courtesy phone calls re nurse contacting me too.

We are very disappointed with the service. I have ordered blood test for my daughter who is in Dundee, Scotland, in uni. I also ordered the sampling. Obviously, I gave the company my daughter's address for the kit delivery. The company did not warn us that the sampling is not available in Dundee but only in Edinburgh. Now my daughter has to spend money and time for the trip to Edinburgh. The company offered the refund but my daughter has no time now to order the tests from the other provider. New customers, be aware and ask about the sampling options beforehand!

Kit was easy to use and arrived quickly. Received my results quickly too! Also handy tracking, they let you know when you should expect your kit to arrive and when they've received it. Had a great experience with Blue Horizon!

All very good, easy home kit and very quick results. The only minor issue is the delay in receiving the kit: I ordered on Saturday and didn’t get it until Thursday which means not having the results until Monday after. If only there was the option I would have happily paid an extra for next day delivery

Very pleased with the test and service from Blue Horizon. I found the instructions easy to follow and successfully did the finger prick and collection. Sent as directed & received my results quickly. I would use the company again if I needed another test for any reason.

Easy to use, quick turnaround and a comprehensive doctor's report which helped me make sense of the findings. Shame that there are no places in Cornwall to do the tests (I would have had to drive to Plymouth which is over 2 hours from where I live) but booking in London in Superdrug was easy so I combined it with a trip for Christmas shopping!

Totally satisfactory. Test Thursday and results Monday - note weekend in between. Could not ask for more. The nurse who visited was wonderful. Sometimes you meet people and your day is better for meeting them. I doubt she realised how much that meant to me!

After months of getting nowhere with the nhs, I ordered the Gold Wellness test package. A nurse visited my house at 11am on Monday morning. I received the results, with doctors comments, on Wednesday at 6pm. Just 55 hours from visit to full analysis emailed over to me. I've been suffering from severe dizzy spells and blurred vision, and have been terrified. A blood test identified a deficiency which I can now resolve. Looking forward to returning to normal life asap.
