The deserts were to die for. Lovely crispy chips, nice warm moist sandwiches. I loved it. Years later here I am again. Lovely setting as usual. I tried this amazing salad, it was yummy and to die for. Very good portion and delicious 😋. Clean and cozy, love it.

A beautiful selection of cakes that tasted homemade and delicious and very fresh. I went in a Sunday morning at 10:30 and by 11:30 we had our food due to how busy it was. Service could have been a little better (they asked if we wanted our table wiped after flicking the crumbs to the floor), but I can let that go. A nice brunch place but expect to wait a little bit. Also the coffee (flatwhite for £2.70) was mildly bitter but smooth enough. 5 stars to support small business and to commend them for how busy it was. Very well-presented food.

Popped in here with a couple of friends at lunchtime. It was extremely busy and we were lucky to get a table inside. Considering how busy the place was it was so clean and the staff were very good at waiting, serving and clearing away. Our table was clean and although we had to queue to place our order, the food and drinks came quickly and was all very nice and warm. My cheese and beans jacket was very tasty with a side salad and dressing. I had this with a pot of tea and it came to just under £12. I also took some large fresh cream doughnuts home. I ordered at the till and these were boxed and bought over to me in a paper bag. The doughnuts were £4 each and a very special treat. I ordered Rolo ones which had Rolos inside and a Toffee Apple one which had Apple filling in with the cream. A very nice place and ideal for a special treat with friends or family.

Love this gem of a place! Been coming here for as long as I can remember for breakfasts, brunches, afternoon teas & their amazing cakes!! This time we opted for The Sourdough which consists of: Hummus, pesto, roasted peppers, halloumi, rocket, balsamic glaze on the perfect toasted sourdough - it wasn’t rock hard at all. I also loved the presentation, it was too pretty to eat! Drinks: Latte and a Classic Hot Chocolate

Find a table, choose your food and drink from the menu, queue, give table number and order, pay. Simple! The food, particularly the cake choice, is very good. Inside can be noisy so, on a warm sunny day, go for an outside table. Service is good, friendly and helpful.

We visited a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday and managed to get a table with no fuss. The food on offer is as good as ever! The hot chocolate was spot on, as was the traditional English breakfast. Free parking along the sea front makes an even better excuse for buying a second round of drinks and maybe a cheeky slice of cake to go! 5 stars.

Always a great experience, one of our favourite spots in Southsea. Tried the Billy burger for the first time, definitely a winner! And got cake to take away, can't go wrong with any of the choices.

Service was great. I prefer mayo with prawns, rather than the marie rose sauce on offer. No problem, all sorted. Prawns were plentiful but underneath there was no butter on the baked potato, I had to ask for some. We took away cakes to eat later. The mixed fruit cheesecake was beautiful. The coffee walnut cake was excellent but the sponge to butter icing ratio was off and needed a tad more butter cream for the thickness of the cake. The Tenth Hole was recommended by several friends and that was evident by how busy it was. The only thing that marred our experience was we were seated by the waitress in a room located in the center of the premises which had no windows to look out of. This felt claustrophobic and our stay was cut short by the presence of a very young baby that screamed loudly for the duration of our visit. Overall value for money 4/5

A sunny halloumi day at the tenth hole! The food, as usual, was amazing - we couldn’t wait to attack before we even took some pics. The missing star is for the chaos - there were a lot of broken pottery on the ground, people looking around for tables… it got a bit too much at some point.

Delicious. We had chocolate fudge and carrot cake. So yummy. Almost too much for one person. Highly recommend to anyone in Southsea area.

Lovely place, staff are always friendly unfortunately I didn't think the cakes were particularly great today. Chose the coffee and walnut but couldn't really taste the coffee and with the exception of a couple of walnuts on the top that was it, no walnuts in the actual cake. Also a little dry and sickly. Three of the four friends I was with also said their cakes were very sickly. It hasn't put me off though, I will definitely return but I think I'll stick to the cheesecake as that is yummy 😋

Been here a couple of times but most recently the other week had a lovely experience. All staff are friendly and welcoming, ordering is easy, the food came out at good speed and it was delicious! I love how they accommodate dogs in the outside area and that the outside is covered by a gazebo like structure. Definitely will be coming here again!

Very very busy when we arrived but went straight through to order takeaway breakfast butties! Service incredibly quick and lovely as always. Food was delicious! This time had a breakfast wrap. It's huge 🤣 Very tasty! Also, self service doggy water and treat area which was perfect and even doggy ice cream to purchase ... Coco was a very happy hound!

First time that I've ever been here, despite living just down the road! I tried two from a great selection of herbal teas, served in a generous pot, and enjoyed a delicious fruit scone with jam. So many cakes to choose from! Plenty of seating at roomy tables; clean and tidy; good atmosphere made better by the smiley, friendly staff who happily got on with their jobs and didn't get in the way in the slightest! No complaints whatsoever! Will definitely revisit soon; and next tome the it's cheesecake!

There is some on street parking right outside and across the road. Free for 3 hours, no return in 4. Usually spaces quite close to the cafe, but even a short walk is worth it. In my case, after the meal. On a cold and frosty morning, without bursting into song, it was a real treat. Great service, delicious food and a charm, all of its own. Love watching the field full of geese through the window. Pot yourself a breakfast or two. Highly recommended gem of a place.

Nice brisket burger, friendly staff but smelly toilets. Catered as request for our eldely fussy eater but sadly the fries was so hard she bearly ate them.

Well worth the short wait for a table you will not be disappointed with the 10th hole, Great selections of sandwiches, wraps ect, doorstep means doorstep. Great value and a wonderful selection of cakes. The only issue I had was that lunch filled me up so I had no room for cake afterward. Ohhh well I will have to come back

Good times will be had by all that go here! Out of this world cakes, perfect location and friendly staff. Just love visiting 🫖 🧁 ⛳️

Popped in for a Saturday lunch treat and was not disappointed. We had the Mac n cheese, salad and chips, followed by the cream scones. Only tip for the cafe is to improve the veggie breakfast which I had earlier in the week.

Clearly the café is now the main focus while the pitch and putt has become a wreck… I remember playing there during my childhood, when the course was in perfect shape. Now, an afternoon of golf is more frustrating than anything as you play with terrible golf balls. One advice: buy new decent golf balls.

I had the macaroni cheese and my boyfriend had the ultimate cheese toastie. Both were absolutely delicious! The homemade sweet chilli jam was lovely. We also bought a couple slices of cake to takeaway - banoffee brownie and strawberry clotted cream slice. Unfortunately, they didn't fare too well on the 40 minute drive home but they were still wonderful. We'd have loved to have stayed for a round of golf but the weather wasn't great. We shall have to go back (a good excuse to get some more tasty cake!)

Lovely place, had to queue to get in, but didn't take long both indoor and outdoor seating, we had afternoon tea which is served after 2pm, was good for the money and very tasty, peach ice tea is really nice and refreshing too, will definitely go again to try something else on the menu

Great food, and amazing cakes! Always busy. Friendly staff, waited a little while for our food, but it was busy. Can't wait to go back and try a different cake! Yum. :)

We've been here several times and it never dissapoints. We went for breakfasts and indulged in the luxury hot chocolate. We also had their meaty one breakfast. Good portion size and great quality. I can't recommend this place enough, get there early as its popular. Parking can be difficult outside but if you park on the sea front and walk its much less stressful. We then took some cake away as you can't avoid buying some. We had peanut better brownie, flake cake and honeycomb cake. All delicious 😋. Go and you won't regret it!
