I recently purchased an expensive watch through this company, having no prior knowledge or affiliation with them, I was somewhat nervous of making a very substantial cash transfer to them, my own bank authorised the transfer with the warning that it was totally my decision and any problems could be difficult to resolve. I am pleased to say that having spoken to Jason (owner) on several occasions, my mind was put at rest especially when the watch arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition, just as described. I can therefore reassure any other potential customers to go ahead with your purchase safe in the knowledge you are dealing with an honest and reliable business.

Bristol Gold are truly a wonderful and honest business. I have visited twice in the last month, most recently today to sell Some gold and the whole process was made so easy and professional. I have dealt with both James and Dylan and a couple of other guys who have all been really helpful and always very professional. I was able to go into there safe private room to make the sale and I was paid within a couple of minutes with the best and most fair price I could have asked for. I was even made a coffee and given delicious chocolate biscuits. It’s in a great location also if you’re driving with loads of free parking in the surrounding roads. I will hopefully be paying a visit again soon to purchase a phone. I drove an hour and a half to get to them, but we’ll worth it for the very fair price I was given and the super service. I was nervous when I read the words ‘pawn shop’ online, but trust me there is nothing to be worried about. I honestly 100% recommend these guys with all my heart. Had a great experience in store today when I popped in around lunch time to get some scrap gold valued. Chain got valued at £180 at another store and after seeing the good reviews online I thought I would try my luck. Bristol Gold valued it at £242 with gold dipping in price since then. Great experience!

Excellent customer service! And I do mean excellent! You can feel the legitimacy of the staff's knowledge! Also, they have a machine that they'll use to test your "gold" that you've brought in from eBay. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

This was my first visit to Bristol Gold and will not be my last! The whole set up is very professional. I was served by a very informative and patient lady called Kelly who carefully looked through and tested my items of jewellery. She then offered me what I considered to be a surprisingly good price for scrap (amongst the items were odd earrings and small bits of broken chains). I did have some nice items too which were valued with no pressure to sell. I would highly recommend Bristol Gold. I am now going to check the back of the sofa and the bottom of drawers in search of more treasure to take in!

Very friendly - took my bracelet in to see if I’d need a new clasp as it kept falling off my wrist. They said the clasp needed closing a little as there was a slight gap, so they done it but didn’t charge. Lovely range of items in there for sale also. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
