dealership
they
could
not
care
less
about
looking
after
your
vehicle.
Harwoods
Basingstoke
have
badly
damaged
my
F-Type
when
in
for
a
service.
Scratched
the
driver's
door
sill
down
to
the
bare
metal,
mis-aligned
the
bonnet
and
slammed
it
shut
damaging
the
bonnet
and
the
side
vent.
Inside
the
car,
although
I
cannot
be
100%
sure,
it
appears
they
have
marked
a
switch
and
pillar
on
the
centre
console
too.
To
top
it
off
they
even
had
the
audacity
to
hand
the
car
back
covered
the
car
covered
in
greasy
hand
prints.
Despite
being
promised
a
call
immediately
the
next
day
to
get
it
repaired,
I
have
had
to
chase
the
Assistant
Service
Manager
via
call
and
email
and
even
then,
nearly
at
the
end
of
the
week
no
resolution.
UPDATE:
After
considerable
chasing,
Harwoods
Jaguar
collected
the
vehicle
and
took
it
off
to
be
repaired.
After
stating
it
would
be
approximately
3
days,
the
vehicle
was
returned
a
week
later.
Upon
inspection,
only
half
of
the
repairs
have
been
done!
The
door
sill
is
repaired,
but
the
bonnet
and
vent
still
haven't
been.
Tracy
who
replied
to
my
review
was
emailed
promptly
after
and
never
even
responded.
This
dealership
is
not
fit
to
be
responsible
for
customers'
vehicles,
let
alone
high-end
ones.

Brilliant
customer
service,
throughout
-
service
department
has
been
very
accommodating
and
efficient.
Had
some
issues
with
some
noises
and
handling
and
their
team
booked
in
an
inspection
literally
the
next
day.
Offered
to
charge
the
car
as
the
battery
overnight
as
it
was
showing
as
low
and
were
very
reasonably
priced.
