    I bought a 2m USB-C cable for £19, which was on the expensive side but needed it asap. I opened the box up to find a used cable that had dirt all around it. I don't live locally so I couldn't return it so decided to use it anyway, stopped working after a few days of use. Bit scammy.

    Shocking customer service…. Have no words to describe it…Shame on Apple… Had an appointment booked for repair.Arrived and found store closed. The guy from the shop was so rude without any customer service skills. What he told that he didn’t care despite I had an appointment booked and traveled quite far away. Thank you for waisting my time and my money. Just shocking……

    Did a good job of putting a new screen protector on my phone. But sorry nothing like the customer service and range you get at an official Apple store. Ended up traveling to Milton Keynes so we could see, feel and test products before purchasing.

    Kindly avoid this store and buy direct from apple store. Apple store have better customer service and return policy. Return policy of apple is 14 days and its full refund in apple store.But this shop will ask for 20% stocking fee, which is very unethical. Please stay away from them.

    Complete and utter waist of time I had a pre-booked appointment at 9am to have my damaged iPhone 13 screen replaced. I drove 56 miles to this appointment only to be told they don’t have the screen in stock Why they accept the while you wait appointment for a screen change and then don’t have any stock to do the repairs just amazes me Definitely check with them first before attending an online appointment Maybe you don’t have to go through the same aggravation I did

    Two times used this shop and both times experienced very bad customer service. Was served by a young lady, first I came in to buy iphone 14 pro, asked some questions about it and the girl working there didn't answer any, she also said that none are in stock and said to come back later (could have offered me to pre-order it?) I then bought it online from amazon, couple days later I came in to buy a case for my new iphone, was served by same lady, she didn't want to serve me at all, looked at me as if she wanted me to leave immediately. Came couple days later to return the case as I did not like it and I was eligible to return it as per ToS. She looked at me even angrier, hasn't said a single word, just kept staring at me with the look on her face as if she is about to start swearing at me. Then her colleague noticed it and took over, he was trying to be helpful, but was kind of rude too as if they didn't want to serve me. I am not sure why this is happening as I haven't said anything, haven't complained or moaned, simply came in and politely asked couple questions, politely asked for the case to be returned and explained that I did not use it and did not damage it, etc.. Would not use it again

    iStore - Northampton - I've used Apple for years, since 1986 at Art college, so always visit any Apple Store from London to New York. This time I thought I'd give the local, iStore a chance with my latest purchase. Easy going staff and I had previously spoken with the manager, the staff are knowledgeable, attentive to what I required, even when busy. I had a good experience and paid via Apple Pay, just to go on the all encompassing journey. I went with a Graphite colour, although they had others in stock. I've also purchased a mouse recently from the same iStore. It's local and the prices are the same as online, so no extra spending incurred. I'll be back for a iPad or Apple Watch soon. I'd recommend you give them a try... Many thanks. I'm enjoying my new iPhone 13 Max Pro. they also have Belkin product, the new HomePod smart speaker, cases and much more! Update: Just purchased a magic keyboard to help with Adobe CC keystroke commands.

    Thank you Cat for first class Customer Service. I popped in today and this wonderful young lady helped me with a new MacBook Pro and Apple Watch 7. She was an expert on both products and gave me all the time that I needed to make sure I was making the correct purchase. I do not hesitate to recommend both Cat and this store.

    Got my new apple watch ultra 2. The service was abosolutey great. It was quick. Andre in the istore is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the store is very good . If you are looking to phone/ watch just have some general questions they are the one to go to. They will guarantee that you are happy and feel secure

    went into the istore for help restoring my data after getting the iphone 15, was served by charlie who was very knowledgeable on apple products and managed to restore my phone same day as i was anxious about being without my phone, at one point he called over a manager called saroosh who was also very polite and expertised on the phone. they were a great pair and mentioned that reviews are appreciated so i hope this helps. would very much recommend the istore over other shops in northampton 10/10

    I upgraded my iPhone just in time for the new iOS update. Welja served me and really made my experience shopping there smooth and easy. She even taught me a few features I didn’t know of on my phone. Great customer service.

    Visited the store for the second time and again got excellent service. Only had to go back to the store because Currys are being awkward about repairing/replacing my phone (side note - don’t buy a phone from Currys, their policy to return a phone is designed to put you off doing so as there’s so many hoops to jump through!). As last time I visited, the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It was Nick who helped me again today and he remembered us from our previous visit. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and really hope that the shop stays open unlike many businesses within the town centre at the moment. It would have been a real pain to have to go to Milton Keynes Apple Store Genius Bar for the same information. Thanks again, Becky and Stuart.

    Great Service provided by the staff specially Nick who helped me buying the new phone and the Apple Watch! He erased all the data from my old phone and brilliantly set up the new phone and paired it up with the watch. He did it all so patiently with a friendly smile! Great salesman ship 👍👍👍

    Forever my go to store. More convenient than the standard Apple store with a much more personal one to one experience. Every time I’ve had an issue it’s always been resolved and left me with a smile. Keep up the good service!

    I went in to the iStore to get more info on the Apple Watch after my Fitbit broke after 2 years. I wasn’t familiar with the features of the watch and the different models, when I spoke with Andre. Although he mentioned he wasn’t long in the job he was very helpful and was able to advise me that I purchased a new watch within the hour. Thanks for your help Andre

    Nick and Jordan helped me with my iPhone SE which was turning off by itself. They were both so helpful and friendly and although my phone cannot be fixed they gave me some good advice about how to pursue a replacement phone from the company I bought it from. Would definitely recommend this store and the staff!

    I was not only given a warm welcome, but I was also given exceptional customer service by Nick. I needed an urgent replacement for my MacBook Pro charger as an assignment was due that day, and Nick was quick, efficient, helpful, and very knowledgeable in what he knew. He was professional and friendly, and he even went out of his way to charge my laptop and clean my screen. Knowing someone could do so much in such a short amount of time was the nicest gesture I have ever received. He definitely deserves a promotion and is, most importantly, a great asset to the team.

    I never write reviews but this place deserves it - the customer service is excellent. They weren't able to offer me a repair same day but the guy in the store showed great knowledge and knew I could get an emergency replacement through my AppleCare+ coverage, which was exactly the solution I needed as I was short on time to wait for a repair another day. He even let me use one of the iMacs in store to chat and send my repair ticket to Apple, since I didn't have a working device to do this myself. In my opinion it really shows great customer service to offer a solution and support a customer to complete it, even though iStore themselves didn't receive any money from me. This interaction has absolutely encouraged me to bring my custom to the store in future.

    Had a great experience from start to finish. Was greeted by Jordan who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and explained everything to me thoroughly without being condescending. Also spoke to Josh who was very friendly too. They made great recommendations and ensured I received 5 star service. Enjoyed my visit to the store, would definitely recommend and will be visiting again for any Apple needs :)

    Went in with a dodgy charging port on my iPhone. The man took two minutes to diagnose and remove a piece of fluff blocking it! No charge. Excellent service. I'll use them again.

    Fab shopping experience. I spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Ollie who was at the front of store ready to greet us. He was thorough and overall brilliant. So knowledgable and honest. A true asset to the company!

    Terrible customer service, went in on 04/12 /21 to buy a MacBook Pro and got told by the young lad that they were out back but he didn’t know where they were, didn’t look bothered at all and when I asked if he could speak to someone to find out where they were he said he didn’t want to bother anyone on their day off. No apology or follow up with me, the guy simply wasn’t interested. I certainly won’t be taking my custom their anymore, terrible service and organisation.

    Came in with my Dad about getting a new phone for him, Bradley helped us to above even setting up the phone for him and applying a privacy screen protector which I didn’t know about! And Bradley showed us what it does and I had to get one myself as well! Brilliant customer service and friendly team!

    After struggling with what MacBook to buy, and almost going to Apple Milton Keynes, I happened to be in the mall where iStore is. I didn't realise that they were there! I was worried as I thought they'd try and sell me something I didn't need. But after speaking to Ollie, that was squashed completely. He was surprisingly honest, recommended an iPad instead. And I love it! I never had such a fantastic experience in a retail setting until I walked into iStore. I will be recommending this place, and Ollie, to everyone I know looking to buy Apple.

    Cat the manager could not have been more helpful. My fiance David had a problem with his I-phone she ensured that the phone was fixed within an hour of leaving it in. Her knowledges of IT is outstanding. We decided to buy an I-pad from her. She was extremely honest in advising us on the right model to buy. She ensured that it was set up properly. All in all we had a fabulous experience. Thank you Cat continued success with all that you do. .

    After a rude service at Apple MK, I decided to go local and went into this shop and the service was so much better The staff were brilliant, especially Ollie. Who was so polite and knowledgeable with my issue which was thankfully a quick fix Will definitely be coming back here instead of Apple from now on

    Needed to get an iPhone fixed. Was greeted and served by Cat who was really helpful. She explained what needed doing and how much and how long it would take. She was really friendly and helpful. I am a stickler for good customer service and Cat ticked all the boxes. She is an absolute credit to the store and I hope they realise what they have in her. After my experience today I would definitely go back and definitely recommend the store to anyone. Ask for Cat she’s brilliant.

    I needed to quickly buy a replacement charger for my MacBook Pro when mine was accidentally taken for the day by my partner and I had urgent work to be completed. Josh was extremely helpful in quickly finding me the right one and even provided me with one of his own technician cables for free because they were out of stock of the one I needed. This was above and beyond the expected level of customer service and saved me from a potentially disastrous day.

    Could not recommend the service I had at the Istore in Northampton more. I am new to apple so had so many questions about the products to see if I really wanted to make the move over but Jordan was incredible. He took me through all my options, was in no way pushy just very very informative and clearly new the products very well. I will definitely be returning!

    This store has come a long way since new management. Jordan is doing a fab job. Josh was also brilliant with my nieces screen repair. Talked us through everything and did a great job on the screen. It's good as new! Would highly recommend.

    I have only recently stepped back into this store after a terribly experience last year, out of pure necessity I needed help with my iPad and iPhone 13 I was dubious but i was greeted by a young man named Jordan, who not only took Time to actually help me with my query but did so with attention to detail and genuine helpfulness and care. i am happy to say I can confidently feel like if I should need to return for any further help and future purchases I will be happy too and not have to travel all the way to Milton Keynes for my nearest store. top notch!

    The reason I am giving just one star is the staff. I had a problem with my iPhone; it didn't turn on, so I went to check and find out the issue. The employee said he would try to reset all settings, which meant he would delete everything on the phone. I said ok, no problem. I came back after 40 minutes, and I was told there was nothing he could do and I can throw my phone because it was not repairable because there was a system problem. How would you say this to a client? Did I pay 1500 pounds for the phone to hear this? Nah, if you can, avoid even buying phones here, as they are interested only in selling, and not repairing. Glad, I decided to go to a small repair shop, same day, and surprise I had it repaired next day, there was a battery problem. Moreover, all my data from my phone is still there. Does it mean the Istore employee didn't even try to find the issue?

    Being an absolute technophobe and after my phone crashed and being told by Apple Support that my data had been lost, I visited Northampton iStore and I must say that Reece and Will were absolute professional stars. I mostly dealt with Reece who explained everything to me and managed to put my mind at ease (after a few days of stressing out thinking I’d lost all my 10,0000 photos). I managed to save my photos and data, I was extremely grateful and relieved! Both young men were very polite, not just to me but to the other customers in the shop. Brilliant customer service.     I was bought a new i phone for Christmas and everything ‘swapped’ over from the old one except the pairing with my i watch. At the store we saw Andre who was very helpful and and within about 10 minutes he had completed the pairing without issue. What a great knowledgeable employ you have. Thanks soo much
