Need a little help please, come up against a brick wall? Bought a Hoover Dishwasher from Currys. It broke within the 30 days, I wanted to return for refund but they convinced me to let them fix it. It broke a second time (same issue) but they they wouldn't have it back as out of the 30 days. It got fixed. It broke a third time (same issue) the engineer condemned it so I could have a refund. Neither Currys nor Hoover would honour this and so they again fixed it. It's now broke a fourth time (same issue yet again). I can't get any sense out of either... Getting in touch is a nightmare... they just want to repair it again. But the computer in it has broke 4 times in 3 months, and we've not done more than a dozen washes in it total. I just want money back or a replacement dishwasher without the re-occurring issue. 1. Please NEVER buy from Currys (their support is unreal) 2. Any contacts, advise, help greatly appreciated. 3. Please share and shame.

ustomer service from hell I first brought a logik washer dryer as it was on sale for 329£ I received the product it tripped my electric resulting in my freezer to be defrosted therefore I had to buy a full new freezer shop. Absolutely fuming. Went into the store the next day they sorted this very well actually. Changed for a Beko more expensive alternative this is where it goes downhill! When the team come to install it, the machine was stuck on factory test mode. He then blamed it on my perfectly working pipes and left I then had to go back into curries using more petrol. To ask them to sort this. They then sent another team out to tell me I’m right it’s broke. I then had to go back in again to get them to sort it completely unhelpful saying it’s too late on the evening to sort jt. So I’m two weeks deep now of no washing horrendous. So I claimed my refund had to wait a whole week to receive it. Awful experience never buy anytning from there again

Rude staff on the phone section, she didn't acknowledge our presence even when approached twice as she was too busy on her phone, then was snappy, obviously we went elsewhere to purchase.

I wasn't happy just as soon as I put my foot over the door way a young man asked me do I need any help come on I hadn't even had time to go to what I was looking for I'm not impressed at all

I had a fault with a printer I bought from Currys, which was only 2 months old. I took it in to my local store over a month ago and was told they would send it off to be repaired. I still don't have the printer back. I find it quite unacceptable that they won't replace the faulty item and leave customers stuck without essential things like printers for weeks, without any kind of update or explanation.

Very good service from all the team at Curry’s Stafford from Sales, Service, Install and the Knowhow team! Dishwasher installed, and door rebooked and installed as of today. Happy days!

Great Service, we brought a new American fridge. Not delivered yet but the service was very good.

Fantastic although we didn't end up getting anything. They were really helpful. Gave good advice and listened to our needs rather than pushing something that wouldn't have been of use. We plan to get it from here just needed more time before buying it.

Usual Currys experience. Item I wanted wasn't in stock would be at least two weeks before I could get it, couldn't be delivered to store for collection so would have to pay for delivery to my home at a cost of £35 🙄 going somewhere else ...

Bought their own brand ink for printer both time black wouldn't work ended up going elsewhere

Great staff. Great ethos of supporting local people. The staff from top to bottom are awesome. They treat you with respect and give honest knowledge.

Bought many items from Currys Stafford. Never had an issue, delivery and collection had always been great. Look out for sales and deals you can get a bargain!

Helpful staff. Got the laptop I wanted. I also was able to trade in my old laptop. Great service.

Shocking service. Went in for a washing machine.... seemed a massive inconvenience to the staff. Approached a team member and asked for help. They advised that they would get another team member. So we stood around waiting whilst they went off to talk to other team members, who all ignored us. Won't be going back again. Used a local company JJ's in Cannock. Service was A*.

Never buy from this shop. It took over two hours to process a phone purchase due to training the staff for the new carphone warehouse system. Due to this we were given a £100 parking fine. When returning to confront the store about this we were told this should have been resolved on the day and their staff should have let us know. Would shoulda coulda and all that. They have attempted to resolve this, but have not heard anything for weeks. We will always be going online in future.
