Staff are always helpful and friendly. Always seems to be a good vibe in the shop amongst staff and always doing something to promote sales. Very well organized shop. They do well considering the customers they get to keep a smile on there faces all day.

Great shop for books and craft things. Shop is very full of things and moving around you all ways end up bumping into things.

Not smiley team as usual, but worst of all, I wanted to collect an online order and find the shop was already closed at 5:28 and didn’t want to open for the order. I don’t think collecting a parcel will take more than 1 minute, but no worries at all as I am going to order from another brand and never order from this one again.

The store is fantastic in terms of stock. Books at reasonable prices for people of all ages, stationary at decent prices too. However be mindful if you are a parent pushing a pram or have a trolley. The store is very cramped and trying to get around it with something like a pram regularly involves knocking something over.

A nice friendly shopping venue, the staff don't rush you, are pleasant and helpful if you ask them anything. It is a great place to get the out of the ordinary, as well as the normal practical gifts.

Always a great place to take the grandchildren to buy some creative supplies, with good deals always on offer. One of my regular school holiday shops

Staff at this particular branch of the Works I have always found are really friendly, very helpful all of the time and there is generally a very happy atmosphere whenever I go into the shop, which is quite often.

Great customer service today (30/12/22 4.30pm) My husband called to see if they had an Aston Villa annual in stock. Spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed they did and she agreed to keep it behind the till for me to collect. I got there about 20 minutes later and collected the annual from the polite man behind the time. Thank you team for being so helpful!

I have ordered from the website they have taken the money and I have not received an order number and have not been able to get hold of anyone through phone or email it’s been nearly a month after the website has stated it takes 5-6 working days and still received anything…
