Chinese Fried Rice at a Mexican restaurant…. WOW! It’s the best of both food worlds! The fried rice made with fajita meat…LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The rice was cooked perfectly, flavored nicely, and enough for 2 meals for me. I will definitely order this again. I was too busy chowing down on my food to ask my boys if they liked their burritos and tacos. They are all of theirs so I’m assuming they liked theirs as well. This place was hoping for lunch with a line that moved quickly. The employees were super nice and refilled drinks immediately upon request.

Very friendly stuff . We tried the chicken fried rice and fish burrito. Both were good . The horchatas is good too if you have a taste for it . It’s a non alcoholic rice drink.

Ohhhhhh Yeah! As an unofficial (Yet, highly qualified) expert on street tacos, this place nailed the street taco experience that can normally only be found south of the border (no not the Canadian border). This restaurant could seriously compete against the incredible hole in the wall taco shops in Southern California and in most cases win. Thanks Oakland Street Tacos for nailing the authenticity of one of our favorite foods!

Love this amazing taco shop and Mexican food diner! The owner is an amazingly nice and helpful man who is incredibly talented and hard working. The food....is the real star of the show. It is flavorful and every bite was delicious. I had the chicken tacos (without any dairy of course because of my food allerigies) and he personally ensured that it was cooked without any butter or cheese. They were awesome tacos. Also we had the guacamole and it was fresh and flavorful. The homemade chips were a nice addition. My family got other tacos and they loved them. We also got their speciality fruit drinks and they were so yummy. I also saw on the table next to us a Mexican pizza that looked amazing. The atmosphere is quiet proper for the kind of restaurant and I highly suggest you try this awesome local restaurant that is doing amazing things!

This modern, cozy taco shop is PHENOMENAL!! Although its not a traditional 'restaurant-style' ordering system, the very large menu on the wall by the register makes it easy for guests to look at ALL their delicious options, place their order, pay then sit at a table. Within a few minutes, deliciousness is brought out to enjoy. For my husband and I, it cost $27ish for two entrées, a side and two drinks. Definitely stop by and try it out. 🌮

I hesitate to even rate this place at five stars, which it deserves, simply because I don't want it to become so inundated with informed customers that I have to wait in line. The food is absolutely amazing. Restaurants of similar ilk typically have a set of flavors and everything on their menu is just a simple reworking of them. This restaurant seems to pull from some otherworldly spice source to reinvision classic dishes. Additionally, the customer service was incredible.

You wont go wrong eating here! Food was amazing and so is the staff. Get the tacos, street corn guac and caso to share.

My kiddos and I were sick, so we ordered pickup from Street Tacos and my husband picked up our meal. We were amazed at the high quality of the food we ordered. Everything was very fresh, tasty, and of the utmost quality. It was incredibly convenient to be able to order online. We sampled quite a few items from quesadillas, nachos, rice, and drinks. I have to say, the customer service here is much better than most of the restaurants we have visited around the area. We are so very thankful for the delicious food and the kind and gracious service. I know this will be a family favorite for many years to come! Also, the cucumber limeade, and hibiscus drinks were amazing! 😍

Talk about a diamond in the rough! You would not expect to find such amazing, authentic Mexican street food in the tiny town of Oakland TN. So worth the trip if you're in the Memphis, Bartlett or Arlington area. Highly recommend!!!

They always have delicious fresh food. Their burritos is our favorite item on their menu. We have been here a couple of times and will keep coming back!

Wonderful genuine authentic family restaurant. Always a pleasure. Fresh and a true taste of south of the border which is unfortunately difficult to locate in many areas of our great country. But street tacos has the real deal and always delivers superior quality products and service. A true culinary treasure.

Tried this restaurant out on a recommendation from a friend. Had their special burrito. It tasted great. Everything inside seemed fresh and well cooked. Service wes quick and very friendly. This place is small and quaint. There was a good crowd but food was served quickly. I will surely go back and try some of their other menu items.

My kids are out of school and were crazing Street Tacos. The steak taco salad, Mexican Pizza, and chicken taco salad were all terrific.

Ordered to go and would to to dine in next time. Ordered their chips and queso which were good. The whole party liked their chips but me. They reminded me of bunuelos aka a fried dough fritter in cinnamon and sugar. The chips didn't have the cinnamon and sugar just salt but the texture and taste reminded me of them. I would have preferred corn tortillas in the oven or fried then salted. Not a deal breaker. The tacos I ordered were good (tripa,lengua,carnitas,bbq shrimp). I wasn't a fan of the shrimp one. Next time I would order carnitas and look into other ones like al pastor and fish. Will be back

I'm from CA and I've been searching for great Mexican food. My search is over, thank God!!! We absolutely fell in love with everything we ate. I had 3 carnitas tacos. There was so much meat, I should have just ordered 1. I also got a small chicken quesadilla. It was delicious. (Just tried a bite, brought the rest home). My husband got a steak taco, lamb and birria. All were great. We also had rice. Yummy. We can't wait to go back. Oh, and the corn, ❤️.
