Wife Review: As a first time customer at SmartStyle my wife wasn't disappointed getting a permanent wave. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Patricia, their operator, suggested an alternate process due to dry brittle hair. She recommended changing shampoo and using curl lock moisturizer for aftercare. The perm looked great for date night as shown in my photos. A+ 5 stars

Called and asked if walk in was available, was told yes. Went in store to get just a cut because all other stores were closed today and they told me to come tomorrow and gave me a business card. I asked her what time for tomorrow and she said call to make an appointment… I’m standing in front of you asking for an appointment. If you wanted the business you would make the appointment for the client then and there and not risk losing $$$. If you’re too good for haircuts just tell us and we won’t waste each others time. :)

Been here many times & today I had my haircut with Xiomara. I showed her what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. Xiomara was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable of my needs and very skilled. Their prices are inconsistent, they change every 3 weeks. Do not go if you have long hair, they will charge you based on how they’re feeling. The manager is rude and do not follow their waiting list. Overall a poor experience, would not recommend.

Patricia is always on point. I go monthly for my root touch-up and to refresh my highlights and trim. Will recommend 100% All the girls and fabulous and Luigi of course. 😁

This salon is conveniently located and presents a pleasing environment. Patricia is always welcoming and very pleasant to work with. Mostly, she does a fabulous job. Instinctively, she knows the style i am looking for once it is explained and never disappoints me. I am extremely pleased with her services and recommend her and this salon highly. Besides, the stylists do observe covid protocols which makes me feel safe.
