The
entire
team
was
friendly
and
nice.
They
did
a
great
job
and
explained
everything
to
me.
My
biggest
issue
is
prices
for
everything.
I
thought
they
would
have
been
able
to
do
more
than
take
x-rays,
refer
me
to
a
specialist
for
a
root
canal,
and
explain
what
I
was
already
aware
of
with
my
teeth.
I
guess
$40
for
x-rays,
a
referral,
and
a
consultation
isn't
a
lot
but
I
wish
they
could
have
at
least
offered
to
do
a
cleaning.
They
offered
me
the
$200
annual
"discount
plan"
but
they
couldn't
do
a
cleaning
or
any
services
for
me
that
day.
I
have
a
sharp
edge
to
a
tooth
and
they
couldn't
do
anything
for
it
that
day
either.
I
understand
that
dental
work
is
expensive
but
I
truly
felt
like
it
was
more
expensive
then
I
think
it
should
be.
The
cost
for
the
amount
work
they
could
provide
was
roughly
$6000
with
out
spending
the
$200
for
a
"discount
plan".
With
this
$200
"plan"
the
cost
for
the
work
dropped
from
$6000
to
roughly
$4000
total.
I
don't
understand
why
the
HUGE
price
difference.
I
understand
not
working
for
free
but
why
not
start
with
the
$4000
for
people
paying
out
of
pocket
without
insurance?
Then
if
you
need
a
payment
plan
it
has
to
be
with
a
specific
dental
credit
company
(acceptance
is
based
on
credit
score).
They
did
not
have
any
other
type
of
payment
plan
options
that
I
was
told
about.
Again,
the
staff
was
nice
and
the
facility
was
clean
and
pretty,
but
I
can't
afford
their
services.
