I was attending for a child's birthday party. This place was not what I expected. I mean that in the best way possible. The food the customer service the games all top-notch. We got a couple of the three-hour game cards and had an absolute blast playing every game possible. It was such a great experience I've told so many of my friends and other parents to go and have their parties there. I will definitely be back. I've got a stuffed animal I need a win!

Awesome food, awesome drinks, awesome bowling, awesome arcade, awesome everything! We celebrated a family member’s birthday here a few days ago and had an amazing experience. Main Event Orlando is very well kept up and feels so much nicer than many of the other attractions near here on I-Drive! I could definitely see myself coming here MANY more times. They have an extensive food and drink menu and the bowling was excellent - absolutely no complaints there. Despite it being pretty busy, we all got our food in a reasonable amount of time, service was good (all the people bringing our food had a smile), and the atmosphere was great. Certain places near I-Drive have a rougher, rowdier crowd…this didn’t feel like one of those places at all. It would be perfect to bring kids. Honestly, this would be paradise for kids! All in all, great experience, and since we live in the area, we’ll definitely be back. We love bowling and being able to have (good) food combined with it takes things to a whole new level!

Good place for families. Great place to have a birthday party as well. We went for my nephews 16th birthday and the kids had so much fun! The food was fresh and good which was surprising for a arcade. I would recommend this place for an adult date night as well. Definitely a chill, fun vibe.

The facility was very nice for events geared towards kids. The staff was friendly. There was a lack of hand sanitizer. They had pumps located throughout the place but several were empty. The food was really good as well. Would recommend it for kids birthday parties.

EXPENSIVE!!! $$$$ Spent $65 and only got an hour of play!!! We could’ve gone to An amusement park all day for that price. No, I repeat NO game for little kids. None. Pointless to bring them here. They did not have their restaurant/food stations open!! What?! And there’s no other family friendly eateries in this strip. No stars.

Hidden gem! Found this place looking for a bowling alley to celebrate a birthday and it was so much fun!! Cleanest restrooms I’ve used in a while!!! The arcade had so many games to choose from and the prizes you could redeem with your tickets had a variety of things to choose from. Definitely will be coming back!

Good spot for fun, family, and food. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the game room style location. Vary diverse games from arcade style to a full bowling alley. Of course the only feedback would come in the form of improving their gifts and ticket system. I spent over $60 and only got a mug for 950 tickets; but you know what to expect when you come to these places. Overall, highly recommended; go have some fun! YOU’LL LOVE IT

We had my daughters 12th birthday here. It was definitely a good experience. Her and her friends had such a great time! The food was great. Elizabeth the bartender was super awesome. She’s friendly, made a great margarita and gave off great vibes. Main event has fun arcade games and the laser tag was great! We will be back!

Celebrated our grandsons birthday here. If you want to have a great experience 1) rent the private room it’s worth every penny! 2) request Rachel to attend your party because she was phenomenal! The place is very clean, the bathrooms were spacious and immaculate, the bartender Ruben was so friendly, the games are the most current and up to date. Even the adults had a blast being a kid again. We took part in bowling, Laser Tag and free game time. The food was excellent!! Everyone commented on how good it was. The room was set up with self serve urns of soda, lemonade and water. You can order from the menu for the adults and they provided the goodie bags, the kids loved them!

First time visiting Main Event and it was for my birthday party. They were very accommodating for a gluten allergy and the food was great! We all had such fun playing laser tag, bowling, playing the arcades, and using the pool tables. The areas were all pretty clean and looked well maintained. I know the company I work for has had several team building events here as well and I can see why they come back. This place is really fun. I know I'll come back again!

Great place for kids and adults. Food was pretty good (bacon cheeseburger with fries). Went as a work outing and really enjoyed myself. Staff was friendly, and helpful when needed with bowling lane freezing up. Don't drink myself but they do have a bar for adult beverage consumption as well. Good place, definitely plan to visit again.

Such an incredible time out at the Main Event Orlando! We had our 501c3 nonprofit @2TheNextChapter fundraising event there for our "Free 2 Be!" Youth empowerment program and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating! Everyone there was having a great time, the good was great, too! Our letter of gratitude so go our shortly! Thank you again so much for a fabulous time and successful event!

I took our teen twins here for their birthday. They had a great time!! The staff was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed this location so much more than the over crowded GA location. We will definitely be returning!!

We celebrated our granddaughter's 10th birthday and it was fantastic. The hostess London was great and very professional. We highly recommend Main event. Kindly, Mr Larry Smith Sr.

Came to Pointe Orlando after being at a festival the first part of the day. I've been to the Jacksonville Main Event but not the Orlando one. Service was better at this location in the restaurant area. I ordered a salad with chicken. The only thing is, I got shredded iceberg lettuce, which I've never had in a salad before. It's generally romaine or spring mix. They also put the dressing in the salad instead of on the side. Usually it comes on the side at most restaurants. Was just a bit much when eating it. My partner got the loaded chicken nachos. My kiddo got the kids cheese pizza and fries. I enjoyed my drink. We played a few games, but they really need to get DDR, and House of the Dead. We ended up going down the street to Dave and Buster's just to play House of the Dead. Next time I'm down, I'd like to check out the gravity ropes and escape rooms.

Ruben was THE BEST server. It was like we were at his house. His hospitality was amazing. We were visiting from California & will definitely remember the level of customer service we received

Recently, I had my son's 13th birthday party here. First, my party coordinator Brianna was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we had everything needed for the party. Second, my party host, Zaria and Kim were great in making the party move smoothly and in a timely manner. Also that all our needs were met. There were some issues during our bowling time. However, the manager David was able to rectify the situation, and we came to an agreement that was suitable for both of us. I would definitely recommend having your party here. I would definitely be returning for some more fun times.

The place is pretty cool. The food was decent and the service was nice. There seems to be a lot of activities and games you can do as well. We enjoyed our chicken nachos.

The food was good. The service, on the other hand was sub par. Ran out of fried chicken and gave us grilled chicken instead. The waitress was stuck with one party and couldn't help us for quite some time. Also ordered an appetizer and didn't receive it until we were finished with our main dishes.

This is an arcade type place. My son wanted to do his bday here with a friend and not a group. They had a blast. Lots of games to choose from. Lots of games. They also have VR stuff as well. Lots of options for kids to choose from to spend their tickets. Restaurant attached has good food and plenty of seating. I’ve actually been here with a work event in the past and remember the food was good. The staff was very nice.
