Melissa is the absolute best! She listens and makes sure I am relaxed and comfortable! She also works with my crazy schedule. Her deep tissue massage will leave you feeling amazing everytime!!! Her knowledge and skill is truly wonderful, she provides a full experience from start to finish! My massage therapist is Jason. I have been the most happiest seeing Jason for my chronic back, hip, and neck issues. I had been going to physical therapists for years and when they gave up on me I decided to see a medical massage therapist. I am so glad I made the switch. I had seen other massage therapists but none met Jason's experience. I live with chronic back neck and hip pain and I tell him exactly what is bothering me the day I see him and he focuses on those areas. For me, there is no quick fix and there never will be. This is something I will have to deal with the rest of my life as it is chronic. However, because of my visits with Jason, my life is a lot more fuller and I don't worry as much about intolerable pain returning. The office is not like a spa, so don't go in expecting that. Quite frankly, it should not matter what a place looks like so long as you get a good quality product, in my opinion. I care more about the way I feel when I leave more than sitting in a spa-like environment. You are your own advocate so if some part of your body is tight or hurting or you would just like a relaxation type massage, you have to be upfront and vocal about it. You won't regret coming here.

I had my first massage by Jason Ostrander and it was amazing! He listened to what I needed/wanted and he went above and beyond. I’m a physical therapist and do massage as well, so I’m a pretty hard judge and I would highly recommend him. He has experience and knows and understand the human body. I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I can’t wait for the next session!

Hands down (pun intended) the best massages I've experienced anywhere. I've been a client of Jason's for about 20 years. His massages are consistently excellent. I've enjoyed massages at other places, and none of them, even large, beautiful spas in Vegas and mind-body-spirit retreat centers, can compare to the actual massage itself from Jason. He is great at determining how much pressure is effective at releasing tension yet is still relaxing, and the pressure is disguised in long, full movements. He talks just enough to understand what is going on with your current life (small talk) and where some extra attention may be needed (e.g., worked too long at the computer for a work project = check on my neck and shoulders), and to let you get to know the person who is touching you. Then the talking tapers off as he lets the mind relax with the body. The new location on Lafayette Blvd is lovely - clean and new, with artwork and decor that provides an escape from the cluttered, busy world.

I can honestly say it has been hard finding a GOOD QUALITY massage therapist since moving here to Fredericksburg almost a year ago. After countless tries a many failed appointments, I think I have found my guy!! Going solely based on reviews, I decided to book an appointment and give this place a try. Not only was Jason kind, he made my first massage experience with him comfortable and oh so relaxing!! I enjoyed my massage so much that I even booked a second appointment with him! A massage with Jason is truly a healing experience! After numerous surgeries and injuries, I've found massage therapy to be extremely beneficial. And I've tried them ALL! Jason is by far the best! I have had multiple joint, back and muscle issues over the past three years and have fought chronic inflammation for even longer. A friend recommended Jason for massage at Massage Therapy Center. I was hesitant at first but as nothing else was providing relief I thought I would give it a try. I am so grateful I did. The professionalism immediately put me at ease. Within two sessions the swelling in my injured knee started decreasing and he has been an incredible part of my medical treatment ever since. He was the first one to let me know my back should be evaluated. Upon evaluation I found out I had adult onset scoliosis which explained all the pressure. I am very grateful God led me to someone with the expertise to help.
