Best place to see sunset

The hike to the spot is easy and only 1 km long. Beware there are no street lights or whatever so make sure you either got sunlight or a flashlight with you.

Very easy hike with good terrain to get a perfect view of the city. It’s available day and night, there are trashcans, fire places, benches. Other places worth mentioning, like Nagy Tubes or the TV-tower are close by. If you are here for a short time I strongly advise you to visit Kis Tubes!

A nice place to get some winter sunshine and a nice view. Possible to hike up from the town. Start at Mecsek-kapu and follow the yellow triangle trail marker

It's a perfect point on the top of the Mountain Mecsek, where you can look down to the City of Pécs, to observe the surrounding villages and to wonder in the view of the TV tower. There is a path through the forest. On the very beginning and at the absolute end of it, there are tables, which show you, where to go. But, sadly, there is no help between. When you rich the "Kis-Tubes kilátó", you realize a wonderful built plateau with sitting opportunities around. It's really pleasant! From here you can view the entire area in and around of the City of Pécs, from a totally different point, as from other places.

Nice walk up until the viewpoint. Really nice view to the city from the there. There are some banks to take a rest also and two fireplaces for camp fire.

Beautiful sight and it's in the heart if nature.

You can see Pécs and surrounding small towns. Beautiful place to spot the areas , buildings . I grew up here, beautiful place to visit.
