There was a longer wait than usual due to the sheer volume of orders they were getting. The customer service was good and the manager was very helpful. Food itself was very tasty and the ingredients felt fresh and of a better standard to what is used in Domino's or Pizza Hut. Would order again. EDIT: For all the people complaining about the whole pepper in the box, it's supposed to be there. Do some research before you order & it won't be such a surprise... It's FREE after all.

Pizzas have definitely improved since the first time I've ordered. Lots more flavour and more toppings. Enjoyed the four cheese tots and chicken too. Decent value for money if you go for one of the deals

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered food at 7.50, papa johns phoned me an hour later at 9pm saying they didn’t have the sides i wanted so I asked them for a different side that they had. Half hour later I ring to ask where my order is but no answer for ages I then finally get through and the guy told me he sent the driver out half hour ago so I told him to contact the driver and to ring me back. 20 mins later I then ring again but no answer so I go through the refund option online and while I’m doing this my order turns up at 10pm exactly and this is the time there store closes. Not ordering from them again.

My pizza was late due to staff sickness (this was 27/09/2023) but the member staff Connor (I think that was his name) was absolutely killing it, made the order and then delivered it himself. What a legend. Love Papa John's, will always order from here.

My order was over £30 and took 1.45 hours to deliver and was cold. Shocking. Will never order from here again. If you are too busy then just reject the order. Absolute jokes. Useless....

I was in town from the USA for the Senior British Open. I stopped in here and was waited on by what seemed to be a husband/wife couple. They were cleaning when I walked in the door. They were super friendly and the food was excellent. I couldn't have been happier with my visit here!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY So ordered the buy one get one free deal from the Bridgend branch. We had the large all meat pizzas which in the picture looked lovely. When it arrived, there was very little of any meat on it and was mainly cheese. Each pizza had 10 pieces. 1 pizza had 7 pieces of pepperoni and the spicy meet was barely noticeable. The thin base was really floppy and it was Luke warm. It was very bland with hardly any taste apart from the cheese. This pizza cost £28 so expected a lot more for my money. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Do Not Order From Here! The staff were completely rude and disrespectful. They didn’t apply correct discounts that were clearly advertised on the menu and door. We tried to order in store then we were ordered to order online but the website wasn’t working. They kicked up a fuss and said they wouldn’t split the bill 4 ways but when we went to pay, the cook shouted “can one of you pay and bank transfer each other? We are busy and don’t have time” we said no as we were promised we could split the bill and pay separately. He then said “no, charge them £10 each and one gets the rest!”. We then said we wouldn’t do that but his aggression got worse so we decided to go. The rudeness and complete incompetence cause me and my friends to leave and write this review. In short DO NOT EAT OR ORDER HERE! Unless you want to be disrespected and shouted at. Also, dominoes is cheaper, helpful staff and better food. Easy choice when it’s a 10 second walk.
