We
attended
Harvester
today
which
was
relatively
quiet,
which
we
thought
would
be
a
good
thing
as
we
could
have
a
bite
to
eat
without
a
huge
wait.
We
were
seated
in
an
area,
alongside
another
four
sets
of
customers.
Myself
and
my
partner
sat
for
around
25
minutes
without
being
served,
whilst
other
tables
who
were
seated
roughly
around
the
same
time
as
us
or
after
us
were
ordering
their
drinks,
food
and
receiving
their
salad
bowls.
After
25
minutes
we
were
fed
up
and
managed
to
grab
the
attention
of
the
front
of
house
or
manager,
dressed
in
a
black
shirt,
who
then
came
and
received
our
drink
orders,
with
what
I
must
say
was
attitude.
We
then
waited
another
10
minutes,
so
in
total
over
30
minutes
for
a
waiter
to
come
and
serve
us,
again
the
restaurant
was
relatively
quiet,
so
the
wait
time
to
even
order
should
not
have
been
this
slow.
We
then
ordered
our
food,
two
chicken
burgers
and
received
our
salad
bowls.
At
this
point
our
drinks
still
had
not
arrived.
The
salad
bar
was
very,
very
poor.
There
was
nothing
that
was
full,
a
lot
of
the
selection
was
empty.
We
were
informed
that
a
chef
would
be
out
shortly
to
top
everything
up,
which
had
myself
and
other
customers
picking
at
the
scraps
and
then
waiting
for
mostly
everything
to
be
filled.
For
a
restaurant
who
prides
themselves
of
a
free
salad
bar
with
their
meal,
I
could
not
believe
how
poor
this
was.
Myself
and
others
then
waited
around
10/15
minutes
for
everything
to
be
topped
up.
After
eating
our
salad,
we
then
waited
around
40
minutes
for
our
mains,
others
who
were
sat
after
us
and
at
the
same
time
as
us
had
received
their
meals
and
had
eaten
by
the
time
our
mains
had
arrived
at
our
table.
Now
I
understand
if
we
had
ordered
a
lot
but
all
we
had
ordered
was
two
chicken
burgers
and
a
side
of
garlic
bread.
The
garlic
bread
was
just
a
baked
piece
of
bread
with
garlic
butter
on
the
crust,
very
tasteless.
During
all
of
this
a
number
of
tables
were
left
empty,
with
used
plates
sat
there
for
a
long
period
of
time
before
anyone
came
to
tidy
these
away.
We
then
managed
to
grab
the
attention
of
a
different
waitress
who
had
served
us
and
requested
the
bill
and
a
take
away
container,
as
due
to
waiting
for
so
long
I
had
passed
the
point
of
wanting
food
and
decided
that
I
would
prefer
to
take
this
home.
The
waitress
then
left
whilst
I
was
getting
the
blue
light
voucher
code
up
on
my
phone
and
then
returned,
which
I
assumed
she
would
with
the
container,
which
she
did
not.
At
this
moment
I
was
ridiculously
fed
up
and
just
wanted
to
leave.
We
paid
for
our
meal
and
then
had
to
remind
the
server
about
the
container,
this
is
not
something
I
would
usually
be
petty
about
but
as
I
have
stated,
I
was
fed
up
of
the
shocking
service
that
we
have
received
and
I
felt
no
point
in
discussing
this
with
the
staff
further
as
I
just
felt
that
they
had
no
time
at
all
for
their
customers.
Myself
and
my
partner
have
enjoyed
going
to
harvester
many
times
before
and
due
to
us
not
going
for
such
a
long
time,
with
working
and
other
family
commitments,
we
felt
that
it
would
be
a
perfect
date
to
go.
Now
we
wish
we
didn’t
bother!
A
huge
disappointment.
